We got an upgrade confirmation and once we reach they informed us that there is no room availability, and yet they did for us late check-in even tho they told us we will give you early check-in since it was a celebration and they handed us the villa at 4:15! More than that the food at the restaurant was not tasty at all! Once we did check-out they informed us that the ferry dock is crowded so they will arrange a bus from the resort it self once we reach a ferry will be waiting for the guest resort only but shockingly once we arrive they let us get in a full of people from all the resort around the island !!! Not coming back for sure came to celebrate my birthday but they make it worse!!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was terrible. One of our bags – which was expensive and important to us – was damaged by the staff during check-in. No one apologized When we entered our villa, we were shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and it felt like no proper housekeeping had been done. The overall service was extremely bad throughout our stay. The manager, Michelle, was completely unprofessional and did not know how to handle any of our concerns. Her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. The food was also a huge disappointment – nothing tasted good, and none of the restaurants or room service options met even basic expectations. There was nothing enjoyable about the dining experience. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. It was a waste of money and time, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

Had a brilliant trip staying here. The service was impeccable, very friendly staff and the villa room was perfect. This is the ideal spot for a staycation and short trip if you want peace and quiet. Highly recommend to do the safari, it’s great to learn more about the island.

I'm currently staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the hotel failed to properly arrange boat schedules that caused delay to our room—we had to wait two hours before we could check into our room, despite having a confirmed reservation. As for breakfast, the options were VERY limited, with little variety to accommodate different preferences (those kind of resorts should have a really big variety as well can't order anything from outside). However, room service was also disappointingly slow, and when the food finally arrived, its quality was far below the standard I’ve experienced at other hotels and wasn't fresh at all. Overall, the service was poor, and there was a clear lack of attention to guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable stay. The only good thing was the villa and the pool.

Al Yamm Villa provides a glimpse of what the Maldives looks like, with beautiful sunrises to wake up to and deer walking around at night. Our beachfront room is nothing short of amazing; the pool is heated, and the beach is just a short walk away from your doorstep. When you arrive at the island, a shuttle to your villa awaits you outside. You'll have a pleasant ride, and when you reach the hotel lobby, everyone is so welcoming that you'll even receive a free massage while waiting for your room to be ready. Once the room is prepared, a buggy will drive you to your villa, and you'll be amazed by the room and the view for the rest of the day.
