We stayed here for our honeymoon in March (a massively delayed review!) and honestly, a piece of my heart was left in this hotel. We stayed on the villa side, and from start to finish it was absolutely incredible. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but never — ever — anywhere like this. It makes every other hotel feel second-rate in comparison. Everything was perfect: the setting, the atmosphere, the staff, the little touches that made it so special. It truly is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were originally going to book the Maldives, but chose here instead — and I have zero regrets about that decision. I will definitely, definitely be back. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Just got back home from a 2 week stay at this beautiful resort. This was my second time staying here after previously staying in may 2024. It is so amazing, the stuff are perfect they are so helpful and always smiling, you can see the hard work they put into this place. I stayed in the villa room and it was perfect very nice room. The restaurants was really good with amazing options on their menu from traditional Thai food to other things like pizzas, burgers and your nice fish and chips. I will 100% be back again, this is strongly my favourite place I’ve been too. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

A perfect hideaway escape from the hustle and bustle. The property is in excellent condition with plenty of activities to enjoy. It’s located right next to Memories Beach Bar, where you can also take surfing lessons. The hotel offers a variety of cuisines with great food options. The room I stayed in was newly renovated, and the staff provided very friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back again! 🥰

The resort itself is beautiful, and the food is very good. The villa I booked is also lovely, however the room cleaning does not meet expectations and the pool is unfortunately not being maintained properly. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, though I did not have the same positive experience with the reception team. For all-inclusive guests, the hotel offers a shuttle service within the resort, which is very useful given its size. When I called to request a shuttle, however, I was told there was no service available. The way this was communicated came across as unfriendly and dismissive, and the call was ended abruptly. Such an experience can negatively affect the holiday atmosphere and I believe it could be handled more professionally.

This beautiful place is something to behold. Absolutely spectacular time spent here. We stayed in the villa with pool side of the resort. Very beautiful , the villa is amazing and very private. The food and service in the Napalai restaurant were first class. Always. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Made you feel very special at all times as did all the staff at the resort. They are a true credit to apsara and what really make this place. For an all Inclusive the food and drink were all top shelf. I simply cannot praise apsara enough. Thank you for making our holiday truly memorable and we are definately coming back next year. One last thing the sunset skies are to die for!! Ok really last thing, there's an Elephant home just 10 mins walk away
