We spent 7 wonderful days at the Pickalbatros Aqua Fun in Marrakech and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is fantastic – very clean, beautifully maintained, and with an absolutely amazing water park that kept both kids and adults entertained every single day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options at every meal – something for everyone, and everything fresh and flavorful. What really stood out was the entertainment team – full of energy, creativity, and professionalism. Honestly, it was some of the best entertainment we’ve seen at any resort. We would 100% recommend this hotel to families or couples looking for a fun, relaxing and memorable holiday in Marrakech. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing hotel to stay at and there’s a big variety of slides also staff are really friendly and welcoming. The service was outstanding and there was many options of food to choose from.The entertainment team is great at doing their job, always smiling and personally they bring the best of entertainment. I recently stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club in Marrakech, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort offers a wide variety of delicious food options, with different cuisines available at every meal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented, making dining a real pleasure. The water rides and slides are the highlight of the stay — perfect for both kids and adults. There are plenty of pools and fun activities, so there’s never a dull moment. The aqua park is well-maintained and very safe, with lifeguards always present. One of the best parts of the resort is the view. Surrounded by the Atlas Mountains, the scenery is absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It gives a peaceful, relaxing vibe despite being full of action and entertainment. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. From reception to restaurant servers and housekeeping, everyone was professional and eager to make our stay comfortable. Any requests were handled promptly with a smile. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were available throughout the day. The bars offered a good variety, and the service was quick. Overall, a great place for families and couples looking for fun, relaxation, and top-quality hospitality. Highly recommended!

The food was exceptional—fresh, varied, and full of flavor every day. From breakfast to dinner, there was something delicious for everyone, and the quality really stood out. A true highlight of our stay was the Aqua Park. Our kids had the time of their lives—so many slides, splash areas, and pools to enjoy. It kept them entertained for hours and gave us parents a chance to relax, knowing they were having fun in a safe environment. I also want to give special recognition to Khaoula, one of the housekeeping staff. She was absolutely incredible—so warm, friendly, and dedicated. Her genuine smile and kind spirit lit up our days, and the room was always spotlessly clean. Her care and attention made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you for a beautiful experience—we’ll definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful time at Tropic! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options that satisfied everyone in our group. Beyond the fantastic meals, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile. The guest services team, in particular, was outstanding, providing excellent support. A big shout-out to Abderrazzak, who was exceptionally helpful and genuinely kind. His assistance was invaluable, and he consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We really appreciated his efforts!
