Incredible day and experience at the Aqua Fun Club with lots of fun on the slides. The staff were very helpful throughout the resort and always on hand to help and make the stay a great experience. Best of all is the photography team lead by Majdouline and photographer Ibrahim. We have amazing memories from our stay and highly recommend getting your pictures at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for an incredible stay and lots of fun. Also, catering team did an amazing job with the food and there was always great options for the whole family at meal times. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite!!

Hotel club was excellent, from food to rooms and entertainment. Staff were fab especially the entertainment crew Adil, Floura, Sarah, Emy, Tito, Hakim, Dj Youssef, singer Walid, Ali, Foufou and the rest of the lads who made up the team. Always had smiles on thier faces and they made the trip so much fun. Food was good and there was always a great selection. Simo and Ahmed in the bar were lovely too Mounair on reception was friendly and so very helpful the rooms were spotless, beds really comfy and the whole complex was really clean. Overall the staff could not do enogh for you.Would highly recommend.

Overall we had a very good stay here. We were apprehensive before we booked because of the mixed reviews, but we are glad we did. Before we arrived someone from guest relations reached out to check our preferences re rooms and ask if we needed any airport transfers etc. Slightly disorganised arrival - we arrived at the main gate but there was no one to help you with luggage or greeting you so we had to take it ourselves up the road to reception. Not all of the reception staff know the answers to basic questions and sometime seem a bit flustered - but eventually they find someone who does. This might have been due to a language barrier, some of the receptions staff didn’t have great English. The rooms are nice, large and with everything you’d need. Large shower and two sinks. Decently clean but not spotless. The finishings are of a fine standard, some things are a bit cracked, stained or messy etc. which is odd considering how new the hotel is, but it’s nothing major. At one point we had no running water for a few hours but it got fixed. When we requested things (e.g. toiletries) they came quickly and someone always followed up over the phone to check they’d arrived. The facilities are excellent- two brand new pádel courts, a full sized AstroTurf football pitch, huge water park, many swimming pools (including two heated - one outdoor and one indoor). The indoor one is very large and a tranquil area. The constant music at the main pool is quite grating. The gym is excellently equipped, although very warm inside. The spa looks nice although the hammam and jacuzzi are extra cost, even though it doesn’t say this when booking. WiFi is pretty good - works most places in the resort, but sometimes drops out unexpectedly. They have multiple bars and food stations open at various points throughout the day so you won’t go hungry! They show live sports in lots of the bars. The food was generally good. Not everything is labelled in the buffets which makes it had to know what things are which is especially tricky if you have allergies or intolerances. When asking the chefs they were not always sure/ very minimal English which is definitely not great if you are vegetarian or have allergies etc. Dinner at Culina (international cuisine) has a variety of options- both for meat eaters and vegetarians - but can get a bit repetitive as the menu is similar each day for all meals. The Moroccan style restaurant was excellent. The Asian restaurant is more Chinese style. Shuttle service worked well - both going into Marrakech city centre 3 times each morning and then coming back to the hotel too. It was prompt and the driver friendly. Generally the service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful when they can be. Overall this is clearly a good hotel that is resolving its teething issues from having opened recently.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Marrakech because everything was perfect especially the animation equipment. The activities were well organized, fun, and suitable for everyone, which created a lively and joyful atmosphere throughout the day. The team was professional, energetic, and always smiling, making the experience unforgettable. It was truly a place where comfort, entertainment, and happiness came together.I really loved it

We arrived as a family of 12 for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I have written a very detailed review on trip advisor. So I’ll try to sum this up simpler. This resort is very misleading and selling a dream. Simple amenities from water bottles, irons, ironing boards, extra bedding (duvets), robes, slippers are not available in standard rooms which should be for a hotel this size. We travelled with young children and the rooms were absolutely freezing. It took over 24 hours for them to resolve the heating issue and countless trips and calls to the reception and manager to resolve this. When we asked for extra blankets for the kids, it took them over an hour in the middle of the night to get them to us. No one was very nice or helpful. The staff in the hotel were doing work in rooms opposite ours at all hours of the day. So one night we had to open the door to tell them to please stop as the young babies kept waking up from all the banging and hammering as they were changing a key card reader on the door opposite ours. The key cards are absolutely ridiculous too. We were advised not to keep them next to our phones or other electronics, despite doing that, we still took countless journeys to reception for them to change it. The food is absolutely basic and tasteless and repetitive throughout the day and all the days we were there. The drinks from the machines were heavily diluted. The staff were not pleasant and acted as if they didn’t even want to be there. No one really told us what the resort has to offer and told us what we were able to do in the resort or what is where. We just sort of figured it out on our own. When we asked if they could do something for my daughters birthday, unfortunately disappointed on the day, they didn’t. The room was cleaned once throughout the 4 days we were there. So bins full of nappies were left and no towels or extra toilet rolls were given. I feel like this hotel is very misleading by the photos. Many of the reviews are fake so please be aware! We were absolutely disappointed and upset throughout the stay.
