I had an amazing stay at Aqua Fun Club! The facilities were fantastic, and the whole experience was unforgettable, largely thanks to the incredible animation team. They kept the energy up and made sure everyone had a great time. Salim, in particular, stood out – he was absolutely awesome and truly made our holiday. His enthusiasm and dedication were contagious, and he went out of his way to make sure we had fun and felt welcome. I can’t thank him and the team enough for their efforts. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be entertained from morning till night, this is it! Highly recommend for families and friends

Our stay was absolutely lovely, with lots of activities to entertain a whole family with. The name says it all - Aqua Fun. Lots of pool options, with a great amount of slides. The entertainment is lovely, and food options very good (honestly, we weren’t expecting much). The rooms definitely need some tending to, and we even needed to change our room during the stay, but the staff were super helpful. We typically judge a hotel/resort based on three things: rooms, food, and customer service. Rooms - comfortable and more than sufficient for a couple or even family (with the family suite); food - lots of variety and not much to get bored from; customer service - incredible (this is where they really shine). From the time we arrived, all the way till the time we departed, the entire team were simply great. If you’re looking for a comfortable and cheerful destination, we would definitely recommend this resort - we’ll hopefully be back soon.

Great experience for people with young kids and their family. Wouldn’t recommend coming without family as the destination is very family orientated being an aqua fun club. Service is great from the staff especially the bartenders! So welcoming 😊. Decent first time experience. Keep in mind it’s almost 30°c here in November, a great time to travel. There was an indoor heated pool for everyone which was quite good as it did get really hot during the afternoon. Only down side was that the outdoor pool temperatures should be monitored! There were around 20 pools but we couldn’t swim in them as they were freezing. Other than that my family had a very fun time here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Fun Club. To be honest we were not expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms - Are kept clean and tidy by the hard working cleaning team. - they are in OK condition. - they are also quite noisy, very thin walls so bring some ear plugs! Pools - all are amazing although I think they are very heavily chlorinated as we all had really dry skin after being in them. - sun beds and shade readily available but this was November so not sure what the situation would be like in summer. Food & drink - really great selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed most of the food on offer. Some of the pizzas and pasta were not very tasty. - drinks were OK. The bottles san Miguel was great but the Casablanca on tap was a bit tasteless. The wine was OK and the rum used in cocktails felt very weak. - the men serving on the bars some were happy some were miserable. - the use of plastic cups needs to be improved. Bring your own reusable cup! Entertainment - the team are fantastic and a real credit to the hotel. They are amazing with the kids and put on a good show for the adults. - the blue bar lighting is horrible. Feels like you’re in an aquarium. - big shame the red sky bar was not open. Noise - this is a very noisy hotel. There is nowhere to have a quiet moment. Noise of the slides, noise of the main pool music, water park music. I guess the ‘Aqua Fun Club’ name gives it away. A hotel for fun not really relaxing! Overall this is a good hotel for the kids and for the adults who like a bit of fun! If you can get a good deal to stay here you won’t be disappointed! If we didn’t have our daughter we probably wouldn’t come back. For families however, it is perfect!

Wonderful family friendly hotel. Clean with amazing staff so nice and helpful. Good food and great rides! Especially the staff were very helpful with everything although we rarely had to ask for anything since everything was taken care of. We stayed one week and would love to come back. I had a massage and Hamam with Salima who was very good at what she does and was so sweet and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend
