This hotel is ideally situated for metro and other conveniences. The hotel is within a 25 minute taxi ride to a number of the main tourist attractions. Our room had a great view overlooking the big screen and pool. Gym facilities and restaurant were good. Hitam and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our only complaint is that we had 2 adults and a very tall 14 year old sharing a room, but there was no actual sofa bed, just a chaise lounge sofa which was too short for our son, which we would have expected given for a hotel of this standard. ( This was also commented on by other families we met). Overall our experience here was very good. 😎😊❤️

I love everything about the hotel and the view… also Milan did a fantastic job maintaining my room. It was always clean, well-organized, and refreshed daily. He was courteous and efficient, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. Great work!!

The hotel is decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The overall experience is just okay, and while it could be better in several aspects, the location and service manage to balance things out. The convenient location is a major plus, and the staff is generally helpful, though there are moments where service could be more attentive. For the price, it’s not bad, but with a few upgrades, it could be much better. A solid option if you’re not expecting luxury, but just an average stay.

My entire stay was wonderful. Mr. Ian at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing all the necessary information I needed and offering assistance whenever required. He also arranged a room with a lovely view. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to Ibn Battuta Mall, an amazing place where I spent much of my time exploring. The only issue I encountered was with the dining discount. I had booked directly through the hotel’s website and was informed about a dining discount. I confirmed with Mr. Ian that this discount would apply to breakfast as well. However, when I ordered breakfast to my room and confirmed the discount again, the bill was not adjusted accordingly. The waitress explained that the discount could not be applied because it was already in a discounted price. While I have no issue with paying the full amount, the inconsistent communication about the discount was disappointing.

The staff were very amicable but the service of the rooms was not. Towels were old and the housekeepers always forgot to place hand and floor towels. I had to literally tell them every day to do that. The breakfast was ok, the veggies were not fresh sometimes but Haitam was a good helper.
