I recently came to Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel for Iftar, and it was truly a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, well-organized, and perfect for Ramadan gatherings. The food selection was rich and nicely presented, with a good variety that caters to different tastes. Thanks to the chefs. What really stood out to me was the presence of the higher management team around the restaurant. You could clearly see managers actively walking around, supervising, and engaging with guests. It made the whole experience feel professional and well-controlled. Their presence gave a strong impression that the operation is under control and that guest satisfaction is a real priority. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable Iftar experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel for a seven night business trip and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well run the property is. The check in process was quick, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining everything throughout my stay. I also appreciated the small touches— welcoming gift upon arrival, complimentary bottled water and good-quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety: made to order omelets, freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, and even a selection of healthy options like oats, yogurts, nuts and seeds. The staff working the breakfast area were fantastic as well—attentive, friendly, and quick to help or offer recommendations. Overall, the breakfast alone makes this hotel worth returning to. Combined with comfortable rooms and excellent service, it’s an easy 5 star experience. I genuinely can’t wait to come back!

Great value hotel just 5 minutes from the Marina - better value being that bit outside. Fantastic mall right next to the hotel. Rooms are fantastic and modern and the service throughout is friendly and better than expected. Famara on reception was amazing and remembered me from a previous trip! First class customer service from him in particular 👏 Over all would recommend… good breakfast, gym and pool… all you could need and easy to get everywhere.
