I stayed at this hotel for three months, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The reception team is extremely attentive — if you need anything, they take care of it right away. The staff throughout the hotel are all incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel truly welcome. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and especially bright, which made a huge difference during a long stay. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. One thing I want to clarify: Google Maps says it takes ten minutes to walk to the metro, but that’s absolutely not true. It’s literally two minutes — you just cross the street and you’re right there. The location is excellent overall. There’s a mall just one minute away with all the essential shops and services you might need. Breakfast was good, with options for all kinds of preferences. They really try to accommodate any special requests. There’s even a shuttle service to Kite Beach, which is a great bonus. All in all, this hotel was a perfect home away from home — highly recommend for both short and long stays.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by Mr. Evan. From the moment we arrived, He greeted me and my wife warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. Evan stood out with their kindness and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain all the details of the hotel’s amenities, including dining options, spa services, pool hours, and nearby attractions. Their patience in answering my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable navigating the property was truly appreciated. Good customer service makes a difference, and the rest of the team ( Filipino Chef’s & other staff) delivers it with sincerity and care. I would happily recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning in the future.

This is not my first time staying at AVANI Hotel—I spent a full month here last summer and returned again this summer for another month. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are amazing—housekeeping, reception, everyone is so warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel is always spotless and the service is top-notch. One small suggestion: I know it’s part of the hospitality industry, but I’ve noticed the reception team standing for long hours. They’ve become more like friends over time, and I wonder if there’s a way to provide them with chairs or moments of rest during quiet periods. We care about them and just want to make sure they’re as comfortable as they make us feel.

Entire staff is brilliant. People at reception are welcoming. Hinidi at reception was quite helpful. Though you wont face any issue but in case if something comes up, Sofia in Guest or sales team is so supportive... Location is 1 min away from mall and metro Rooms are clean
