I had an exceptional stay at AVANI Ibn Battuta Dubai on 5 February 2026. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Dinee, Aygul, Bhagya, and Haroon for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, they truly elevated the experience. Great value hotel just 5 minutes from the Marina - better value being that bit outside. Fantastic mall right next to the hotel. Rooms are fantastic and modern and the service throughout is friendly and better than expected. Famara on reception was amazing and remembered me from a previous trip! First class customer service from him in particular 👏 Over all would recommend… good breakfast, gym and pool… all you could need and easy to get everywhere.

My stay at Hotel Avani Ibn Battuta has been wonderful. The room is comfortable, the AC works perfectly, and the room service is fantastic. The breakfast is awesome with great variety and quality. Mohsin has been very kind and helpful — it was a pleasure speaking with him. The bathtub’s water heating and cooling system works smoothly, adding to the comfort. The only suggestion would be to provide a heater option for the colder nights, as the room can get quite chilly. Overall, a great experience!

Warm Compliments to the whole Staff of Avani Ibn Battuta hotel 💪 First of all, those ones @ Front desk. In particular Mr. BEN and Mr. FAMARA, that welcomed and assisted us during the 9 days stay. Their professional behavior but at the same time, friendly and emphatic, give us the feeling to returning back home after our long days spent in Dubai. Thank you even to Pele restaurant staff of 3rd floor, for their professional service and hospitality. In particular I want underline the warm welcome and support received from LIZLY, NOEMI, KUSHAL, NAILA and the trainee NEIL. They were always present to assist all my needs for having a pleasant experience in this nice resto. Overall, the Avani Ibn Battuta hotel offers excellent quality and it’s located close to public transportation (metro, buses, taxis) and a large mall. Essentially, it's an excellent base in the great metropolis of Dubai.
