The property itself is visually stunning, with a beautiful pools and well-designed rooms. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast restaurant is excellent. The food quality is great, and the variety is satisfying, which has been one of the highlights of my stay.
While the facilities and breakfast are lovely, the lack of proper service and cleanliness has been disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed before the end of my stay.

I spent a few days of my honeymoon at The Avista Resort and it exceeded all my expectations! From the warm welcome by the friendly staff to the impeccably clean facilities, every detail was perfect. The views were breathtaking, delicious food and beautifully designed.
This resort is the ultimate destination for a honeymoon or romantic escape. Whether you’re enjoying the stunning views, indulging in the amazing cuisine, or simply relaxing in the serene atmosphere, it’s an unforgettable experience. We liked the hotel very much and it is in a fantastic location on a hill somewhat away from Patong, surrounded by wooded hillsides and with a great distant view of the sea. The service was great and consistently at 5-star level. We would particularly like to thank Matt and Milky at reception.
At this point, however, we would like to critically emphasize that a 5-star hotel accepts that 90% of the sun beds at the pool are occupied with towels and personal items at 10 am and that there are no hotel guests to be seen anywhere.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at the Avista hideaway. I want to give my thanks to the front manager and the staff for making our stay incredible. The hotel is well maintained surrounded by lushes gardens. The hotel is tucked in a forest away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. However, if you want to explore Patong, the hotel has a shuttle that goes to the area 4 times a day.
Breakfast was 4/5 - food was good but some of the pastries had insects crawling. The pancakes, waffles and French toast were dry.
The spa was pricier than what you would get outside the hotel but the masseuse was knowledgeable and well trained.
I highly recommend this resort and will definitely come back again.

Choosing the Avista Hideaway hotel was the best choice. It is a truly exceptional hotel with an exceptional atmosphere, which is undoubtedly complemented by people who are well trained and driven to complete customer satisfaction.
Excellently organized New Year's Eve entertainment, which was adapted to three types of customers.
A very pleasant evening was prepared in the Avista restaurant, varied with music and delicious food.
The hotel has an excellent spa.
The outdoor staff is pleasant and helpful.
The poolside buffet has an amazing menu, very tasty mixed drinks.
Satisfaction more than 100%.
