I had such an amazing stay at Avista Hideaway Patong Phuket! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by greenery and peaceful views. It feels private and relaxing, yet it’s still close to Patong Beach. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the pools — there are multiple pools to choose from, and the atmosphere is so calm and perfect for taking photos. The breakfast had a great variety and everything tasted delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly alisa sonya karn abu Vishal we’re helpful throughout my stay. I will come back soon

An amazing hotel a quick 5-7 minute drive from the main Patong area. The property itself is stunning with incredible pool areas. But the best thing about this hotel is the service and the staff. Majda was absolutely amazing in accommodating our every need. Every hotel should have a Majda. At the breakfast area a special shout out to Ankur and Arun who prepared special meals for our 5 year old son and always had a smile on their face. And finally kimi at the welcome desk was so sweet and nice with our son. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Everything was very clean, modern, and well organized. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. A special thank you to Ging, Oil, and Vier for their kindness and support during our stay. They were very attentive and made us feel welcome from the beginning. One of the best things was the app — it made everything so easy because you can see everything at a glance. Very convenient and modern. Overall, a perfect stay with excellent service. 5 stars!

We spent 10 unforgettable nights at Avista Hideaway with my wife and our seven-month-old baby, and the experience was exceptional in every possible way. From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations: the comfort and elegance of the rooms, the breathtaking view, and the outstanding facilities including the pools, game rooms, and restaurants. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to ensure a truly relaxing stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its remarkable staff. Every team member is professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, always ready to help at any time of day or night. Even a 5 a.m. request to change the sheets due to a small baby incident was handled immediately, with kindness and efficiency. The breakfast is simply outstanding — generous, refined, and of exceptional quality. We highly recommend including it in your stay, as it greatly enhances the overall experience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Avista Hideaway team for their dedication and excellence. This stay will remain a wonderful memory for our family, and we look forward to returning.

Our initial room had a strong smell, drainage and/or mold smell, it was lovely otherwise, with pool access. We asked the move after the first night, the new room was great, no issues other than the showers needs a referb. Great views. The hotel is about 30min walk to Freedom beach (pay 100 baht per person for entry). Breakfast was decent but dinner not so great (we only used the generic restaurant not their specialist restaurants). Close to night life and street food but far enough away from it so you can relax and not be caught up in the hype.
