This hotel is really lovely. Not far from Patong beach but well hideaway from the bustling activities and noise at the beach. Love the very unconventional design and spacious classy decor. Matt, the manager overseeing room reservation was very kind to address all my questions regarding probable bookings next year. I got to view one room to have a feel of the room. It’s truly spacious and well designed. The staff are all very friendly courteous and pleasant. I thought their uniforms were well designed too and they look really professional. Love my first visit to the hotel, even though am not a guest there yet.

Was really surprised at how nice this hotel is. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful (especially the lady operating at the front steps). We were in a private pool room with an outdoor jacuzzi bath which was lovely. There are a few amenities nearby (7 Elven, laundry place etc) which is helpful for guests. Taxis into Patong are easy and cheap to get using Grab. Unfortunately beds by the pools were often hard to come by on our stay. Perhaps staff working the pool areas could be quicker to clean beds of guests that have vacated. There also seemed to be a lack of yellow pool towels as we had to ask for some on a couple of different days. None of this however detracts from the fantastic hotel.

Assu “SUI”

A unique place. You should see and try if you are in Phuket, especially the Freedom Beach . Excellent architectural designs. Wonderful food. Wonderful smile service. My stay at the hotel was one night. It is not enough, going to back again soon. Greetings to Faisal, we did not meet when I checked out until the next time. special thanks to everyone.

Thank you for the thoughtful response!” The property itself is visually stunning, with a beautiful pools and well-designed rooms. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast restaurant is excellent. The food quality is great, and the variety is satisfying, which has been one of the highlights of my stay. While the facilities and breakfast are lovely, the lack of proper service and cleanliness has been disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed before the end of my stay.

Pros: The hotel looks gorgeous, it doesn't look like a stay but like an experience, the view from the hotel lobby or even from room is amazing. The staff is super courteous and very friendly. Full property is super clean and even the pools are maintained very clean. We stayed in Pool side room and got an upgrade from deluxe to family room for being Accor gold status. Cons: Hotel gave priority to aesthetics than practicality. For Ex: the room light controls are on the bedside but they are blocked by a giant hanging lamp and to operate them its painful. Next there are no locks for bathroom doors. Even there is a big wooden window into bathroom and cannot be locked. Anyone can move it and see into the bathtub. I can understand this in couple room but not in family room. The Coffee and hot water making location is too high uncomfortable to access because of aesthetic location. Also, the breakfast spread is big but not so tasty as 5 star level. If we are dining there is no complimentary drinking water and we need to purchase it separately.
