Service and staff excellent. Room nice but bathroom could do with an update. Gardens and pool areas kept really well and spotless. Even the outside bins are wiped down daily. Food is very good with excellent choice of meals. Entertainment daily and nightly and good Entertainment for kids. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The resort is older but the rooms are not bad. The beds are comfortable, and yes we did have hot water. The ocean front room was very nice and convenient. The pools are nice, the gardens are mature, pretty and well maintained. The restaurants are good. Buffet have something new every day. The service was outstanding, smiling faces, helpful and friendly. The entertainment was good, always something going on if you want to participate. We took the excursion to Santo Domingo, which was very nice, so much of history. The beach is very nice, clean and well maintained. The water in the sea is not turquoise blue but it was pleasant. The sunset is picture perfect. Overall was good vacation. 😊

Amazing people with amazing program! Very friendly staff, very clean and organized resort. Ariana and Arnesto from the entertainment team made our stay even more enjoyable with their hyped energy and friendly manners! In addition, the food was always delicious! Would definitely recommend!

the negative points is the water at the beach, but the beach itself is very well maintained and is beautiful.Next, is the bathroom in the room(1706). the sink and toilet are in good shape but the bath/shower need to be changed, they are old and damaged.Also, the hot water is not hot.I asked the customer service and they said hot water should be 39celcius but it feels more like a 37-37,5. I wonder if its because my room is far from the hot water source but this should be fixed. Positive: its a very nice place!Everything else is perfect! the pool waters are tested multiple times in a day which is very reassuring.Everybody is taking care of us and are very kind! special thanks to our preferred waiter and friend Oscar at the buffet and the entertainment team for kids. if the hot water gets fixed I will definitely come back! and if anyhow they manage to get better sea water quality at the beach, this would be a must for all families!

Great view of the sunset, rooms very very clean, staff very friendly, wifi almost everywhere, clean beach but had lots of sand flies that bite so bring bug spray. Only issue we had was water pressure in the rooms. They had a water main issue that was being addressed currently. Would come back!
