This resort is more of a 3 start when I comes to the condition of the resort, it's definitely older and run down is some areas. But the food, staff and grounds definitely bring the score up closer to 4.5 star. We had a amazing time and can't wait to come back!

HONEST REVIEW: Beautifully maintained place! Very, very clean! I highly appreciate that. The food was great, the beach is clean and well lit at night which is great as you can spend time there even after dark. The entertainment is superb for all ages. I can complain about anything, really. Yes, the water is not turquoise blue, but the swimming in it is very pleasant as it is calm and warm. I would suggest to give it a shout if you want to stay in gorgeous La Romana and not break the bank.

Amazing hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from each day. The hotel was always clean and appears that efforts are made to keep it in good shape. I give it 4 stars since shower/hot water pressure was not great and they don't enforce the 'no reserving beach chair' rules. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a variety of amenities that made my vacation truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Junior B., who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail were exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a warm smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay even more memorable. The staff are friendly and efficient! The grounds are beautifully maintained! After an issue with our air conditioning the first evening-it was rectified the next day with a follow-up call from Reception and a plate of fruit delivered to our room! Overall an excellent all inclusive resort
