In the resort you have everything you need: pool, private beach, restaurants, bars, massage or nails salon, shop and the possibility of buying boat tour or desert safari. In proximity there are other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and and small bazars.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, all of them are speaking English (other languages: French, German, Polish, Italian).
The rooms are not what I was expecting, but are very clean. Our room had an amazing view to the pool and see and the sun was hitting the balcony only a few hours in the morning - in Egypt this is a good thing :))
The food is halal how I was expected, but everyone can find something good to eat.

Terrible and unacceptable experience with hotel and security staff being racist on two separate occasions to darker skinned men. Both were harassed, told they were lying, one of them told her could not come in because he's Egyptian despite his wife and friends already being inside.
They claimed they had had a security incident with Egyptian men the previous month but there is no reason why they should bar some people from entering, allowing others to enter without questions asked, being rude and harassing others...everyone deserves to be treated with respect and be treated equally. If you have security concerns check everyone that comes in.
This ruined our experience and we won't be back. I even spent two extra days there doing scuba diving but in future I'll ensure a different dive centre is used so I don't have to deal with such people.

First we got an apartment looking on the wall and ventilation that made dust all over the terace. We asked to change rooms and they did. We got in exchange the best room in all hotel, even though it was just the two of us, we got a room for four overlooking the pool. In both of our rooms, the aparmant was cleaned everyday and they put new towels too. Beda really comfortable! All the staff were extremely nice. The beach is small but clean. There are some reefs on the beach which were amazing to see. I am leaving some pictures of the fish and rays that we saw here. Everything we asked for, we got. The food is almost the same everyday but it was really tasty and there was enough to choose from. The hotel is in the city center and is very safe. There are a lot of shops. Absolutely recommend and would come back!
PS I would recommend going diving, I felt very safe and there is a lot to be seen. Luxor is just not worth that trip.

It's not what I expected. The pictures say one thing and the reality is different. The people who work in the hotel are friendly but the beach workers are not .There are a lot of flies on the beach and by the pool, on the terrace and in the room that give you no peace, a disaster.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE. I never write reviews but felt I needed to for this hotel. Myself and my family are currently staying here and it's awful. My 81 year old mum got locked in the toilet on the first day. The patio doors don't lock. The kettle doesn't work and no cups to make a drink. The rooms are terrible, paint splatters everywhere and everything is yellow with age even the bath tubs. The rooms are also not clean but I'm not surprised after what I seen them using for the floors which didn't look like it had ever seen cleaning fluids or water. After much stress they moved us the following day to rooms just as bad. One shoved right in the back of the hotel by the laundry where they wanted my 81 year old mum to go on her own. The air con didn't work also in my elderley mums room and again not clean. It also doesn't work in the second of our 3 rooms and the noise it makes is horrendous. The pillows are like rock and thr beds have quilts on them 😫. The food is also terrible, it's hit and miss whether you can find something edible and even that is bland. The entertainment or lack of it is also awful and they want you to pay for it 😫. The only good thing is the sea front location and the carribean bar but other than it's awful and we are here for 2 weeks 😫😭. The WiFi is awful and you have to pay to use outside if reception. I could go on for ever.
