Amazing resort with luxury vibes and incredible service! This was our second time staying at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa, and this visit was even more special since it was during our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! The grounds are stunning, the beaches are lush, and the overall atmosphere is vibrant and elevated. The pools are beautiful — though I do wish they were slightly heated — and the bars are lively with great energy. The only small downside is that the drinks do taste a bit watered down (I’m almost certain they dilute their liquor), but that aside, everything else was top-tier. The restaurants were exceptional — truly some of the best I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The food was delicious, the presentation was stunning, and the service felt almost Michelin-level, which is rare in an all-inclusive setting. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional. The resort has a fun, adult-oriented vibe with a party atmosphere — live entertainment every night, great DJs, and even a nightclub on-site. It’s perfect if you want something upscale but lively. The only annoying part was being constantly approached by the VIP Services team pretending to offer help when they were really trying to pitch the vacation club. It became a bit much — especially during our honeymoon when we just wanted to relax. Other than that, everything was amazing. The views, the vibe, the service — all of it. We’d definitely return again and highly recommend Breathless Cancun Soul to anyone looking for a fun, luxurious, adults-only getaway with incredible energy and style.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Breathless Soul for my birthday in late January of 2025, and I was disappointed. I'm still disappointed to this day. This is not a luxury resort, this is more of a “nice clean hotel.” The resort is very small, and barely any good entertainment. The music for nightlife was the same playlist being played almost every night. I even went up to the DJ requesting that he play a few songs because I wanted to dance, and I was told he was not able to change the music or take request and brushed me off. The club was horrible, everyone was just standing around hoping the music will get better. (We where only in there for 10 minutes) We are unlimited vacation club members and they still wanted us to pay for access to the rooftop and other perks. We had no running water for about 15 minutes in our room, and our water pressure was very low in the shower. Food and drinks were alright. Some staff members were great and some were not. The only great memory I left with was meeting two great couples and becoming friends with them and of course having fun quality time with my boyfriend outside the resort. Do not recommend unfortunately.

Excellent customer service and hospitality at the buffet and à la carte restaurants. I give the hotel 4 stars because there are several areas for improvement before it can claim 5-star status. Furthermore, I note that the hotel never responds to negative comments or areas for improvement. I work in management and recommend that you implement a continuous improvement programme at your resort. Areas for improvement 1) Offer an evening buffet: a basic requirement for a 5-star hotel in Mexico. 2) Offer bottles of water in your café and not just in the gym. 3) Luggage service. When I arrived, the valet took my bags and I had to go down to reception after 30 minutes because he still hadn't brought my bags. 4) Towels: there are several missing in the afternoon around 2 o'clock. 5) Implement a survey system to identify all areas for improvement via email. The employee at reception when I checked out did not assess my satisfaction by asking me questions. However, there was no queue, so he could have taken the time to do so.

This resort honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was so comfortable and clean. We had a basic room without an “ocean view” and it still felt like luxury. The food options are really good. And most of all, the staff are all super friendly and happy with their jobs. The E-Team goes out of their way to engage the guests and include everyone in all the daily activities. Fabian was a stand out! We would definitely come back and stay with Breathless again when we come back to Cancun!

I recently stayed at Breathless Soul Cancun as part of a business trip. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff members were professional and friendly, and the service in every restaurant was outstanding. The pools were amazing, and security around the property made the entire experience feel very safe. Our room attendant did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless, and there were nightly activities to enjoy, which kept the atmosphere lively. However, there were a few negatives that were hard to overlook. While the room and resort were very clean, there was a constant smell that I couldn’t quite place—possibly from the water in the faucets and showers. Each bathroom had incense, which helped a bit but didn’t completely cover the odor. The biggest frustration was the constant push for time-share presentations. We were there for a business trip, not a sales pitch, and the repeated attempts were intrusive and disappointing. The spa experience was also a major letdown. We purchased the hydrotherapy water circuit and were simply dropped off in the locker room with zero direction. No one explained how to use the lockers or where to go next. The spa water was only lukewarm, including the “hot” tub. The jets were weak, and we were left to figure out the sequence ourselves. After being taken to the steam room, we ended up in a “relaxation” area where no one ever came back to tell us we were done—we finally just decided to leave on our own. Finally, the most shocking issue was at Fishnets Restaurant. I ordered the New York strip steak (twice), and both times it was clearly pork, not beef. It wasn’t a simple mistake — they were attempting to pass it off as steak. That’s unacceptable at a resort of this caliber. Overall, Breathless Soul Cancun has great potential. The service and cleanliness are top-notch, but the aggressive sales tactics, disappointing spa, and restaurant deception were hard to get past.
