The only resort to stay at in Mexico if you’re looking for a perfect balance of relaxing and partying. The service we received from all departments was top notch. From front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff and bartenders, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The property is located at an amazing location within close distance to the city and all the facilities were brand new. The views were absolutely gorgeous, and the food was so good that I would recommend it to everyone visiting. Biggest thanks to the entertainment team that made our stay so special, Emir, Fabian, Ferran, Kevin, Andreas, and Faskano!! They did an amazing job leading activities during the day, partying at night and making sure that we had the best time! They truly made our stay memorable and we would recommend this hotel to anyone, because of their hospitality! Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing resort! Food is exceptional we enjoyed our time and extended by 3 days😂 we loved there. Staff was welcoming and polite. Also the entertainment team was great. READ BEFORE BOOKING! I had a great overall stay at Breathless Soul Cancun. The resort was extremely clean and had a true luxury feel throughout. I loved the variety of food options, the multiple pools, and how safe and well-maintained everything felt. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really enhanced the experience.If I could change two things, it would be the pool temperature and the restaurant wait times. The pools were on the cooler side, and the giant jacuzzi wasn’t very hot, which would have been nice to relax in if the water were warmer. Also, the restaurants often had long waits and didn’t seem able to accommodate the number of guests at the resort, so room service was sometimes the only option. I still truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this resort for its cleanliness, atmosphere, amenities, and excellent staff.

Stayed here Sun, Mar 26 – Thu, Mar 30, 2023. The stay itself was just okay, nothing exceptional. However, a few days after returning to the U.S., I started seeing strange credit card charges coming from Mexico on my account. The credit card that was compromised had been left inside our hotel room for the entire stay and was never used anywhere in Mexico. My husband handled all purchases during the trip, so there was absolutely no reason for that card to have any activity. I never lost the card and still had it with me when I returned home, which leads me to believe someone with access to our room took a photo of the card details while we were out and later used the information. The physical card was not stolen, which makes this even more concerning. I called the hotel to report what happened because it seemed clear that someone who had access to our room may have been responsible. Unfortunately, when I reached out, I was told no one spoke English and I was unable to get any real assistance or follow-up. There was no investigation, no reassurance, and no accountability. What was already an average stay turned into a very stressful situation once I got home. I would strongly advise future guests to keep all valuables and financial items secured at all times while staying here. Or don't stay here at all.

We have just returned from this resort for a second time and while we very much enjoyed it, we have noticed some changes from our trip there last year. We originally booked this trip for its upbeat vibe and lively nature however, we were a little disappointed to discover that they had scaled back quite a lot. There was a DJ at the rooftop pool daily but the dancers and live entertainment only occurred twice during our stay. We felt that this impacted the party vibe of the rooftop pool and it was much more subdued. The food was pretty good but we also felt that this had changed a little compared to last year. It was not as impressive and we noticed that the buffet for lunch was scaled back quite significantly. The hotel itself is in a perfect location within the hotel zone but also beside the ferries to the island which is very convenient. It was very clean at all times and the service was great overall. Despite the obvious cut backs, we would return for a short 4-5 day trip as it is a great hotel overall.
