Absolutely gorgeous place with fantastic Service and staff. As a travel agent, I have sold this property multiple times to my clients, but never yet had the opportunity to experience it for myself, and it did not disappoint. The property itself is immaculate and you can tell they take pride in ensuring the property is of the best standards. The quality of the food was great with lots of variety and options. The beach is very well maintained with white sands and crystal Clear ocean front. Special shout out to the beach bartender Silvia- she is brilliant. Esteban working inside was always so welcoming, helpful & kind , & the masseuse Abel. Each were so personable, caring and just an overall pleasure to meet. I will for sure be back!! Cheers

We had the best time! The food was great at all the places! The service was friendly and very helpful. Absolutely loved that there were 3 choices for pools, each with a different vibe. The rooftop top shelf and a quiet vibe, lower rooftop fun, dance, party vibe and the middle one had the activities and a fun vibe. All of them had swim up bars and two of them had food nearby. They also had some fun entertainment to watch or be a part of at night. We had 8 in our group and was able to sit together for dinner all but one time. The only negative we had for the whole place/experience was that the gym was way to small for the property/amount of people.

We had the best time here at Breathless soul cancun. Everything was soo amazing, staff, people, vibe. All people are working hard there to make our stay one of the best and memorable. I am indian and i dont eat beef and pork i would just suggest to put some dishs thats famous like butter chicken and butter naan, chilly chicken, goat curry, or something like that. Rest of the food was decent and we loved it. My boyy alex and fransko i guess i may be worng with the names these guys put extra efforts to entertain you at the pool and for many other activities. See you next year on the vollyball area again be ready guys 😃 Thank you everyone for making this trip a memorable one❤️

Amazing resort with luxury vibes and incredible service! This was our second time staying at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa, and this visit was even more special since it was during our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! The grounds are stunning, the beaches are lush, and the overall atmosphere is vibrant and elevated. The pools are beautiful — though I do wish they were slightly heated — and the bars are lively with great energy. The only small downside is that the drinks do taste a bit watered down (I’m almost certain they dilute their liquor), but that aside, everything else was top-tier. The restaurants were exceptional — truly some of the best I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The food was delicious, the presentation was stunning, and the service felt almost Michelin-level, which is rare in an all-inclusive setting. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional. The resort has a fun, adult-oriented vibe with a party atmosphere — live entertainment every night, great DJs, and even a nightclub on-site. It’s perfect if you want something upscale but lively. The only annoying part was being constantly approached by the VIP Services team pretending to offer help when they were really trying to pitch the vacation club. It became a bit much — especially during our honeymoon when we just wanted to relax. Other than that, everything was amazing. The views, the vibe, the service — all of it. We’d definitely return again and highly recommend Breathless Cancun Soul to anyone looking for a fun, luxurious, adults-only getaway with incredible energy and style.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was so kind to us, especially Robinson and a gentleman at the pool bar whose name I sadly can’t recall, possibly Luis or Jesús. He always made sure my drinks came in the cutest glasses, and they were absolutely delicious. The food was excellent, and our suite was perfect, clean, spacious, and with a breathtaking balcony view. We booked the Xhale Club (the VIP option), and I 100% recommend it. It gives you access to a rooftop pool on the 30th floor and a VIP lounge, where the staff treat you with so much kindness and attention to detail. The beach is gorgeous with calm waters and no waves. Overall, the service was flawless, and I truly wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them all properly.
