READ BEFORE BOOKING! I had a great overall stay at Breathless Soul Cancun. The resort was extremely clean and had a true luxury feel throughout. I loved the variety of food options, the multiple pools, and how safe and well-maintained everything felt. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really enhanced the experience.If I could change two things, it would be the pool temperature and the restaurant wait times. The pools were on the cooler side, and the giant jacuzzi wasn’t very hot, which would have been nice to relax in if the water were warmer. Also, the restaurants often had long waits and didn’t seem able to accommodate the number of guests at the resort, so room service was sometimes the only option. I still truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this resort for its cleanliness, atmosphere, amenities, and excellent staff.

We have just returned from this resort for a second time and while we very much enjoyed it, we have noticed some changes from our trip there last year. We originally booked this trip for its upbeat vibe and lively nature however, we were a little disappointed to discover that they had scaled back quite a lot. There was a DJ at the rooftop pool daily but the dancers and live entertainment only occurred twice during our stay. We felt that this impacted the party vibe of the rooftop pool and it was much more subdued. The food was pretty good but we also felt that this had changed a little compared to last year. It was not as impressive and we noticed that the buffet for lunch was scaled back quite significantly. The hotel itself is in a perfect location within the hotel zone but also beside the ferries to the island which is very convenient. It was very clean at all times and the service was great overall. Despite the obvious cut backs, we would return for a short 4-5 day trip as it is a great hotel overall.

Overall a great stay. Getting into the hotel can be a little difficult with how the roads are set up. Quick check in with friendly staff. I booked under a promo code which said I would get a room upgrade. When I mentioned it they said the room was upgraded but it seemed like a basic room to me. The room was nice. Loved the shower. The toilet had some issues that they came to fix shortly after checking in. The Bluetooth speaker in the room was nice. Not too many activities going on during the week but we were able to catch a few. Food was really good except the Mexican restaurant. They were extremely slow and the food wasn’t the best. Except the churros which were really good. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. Overall besides a few hiccups. Nice hotel. I read that it’s a party hotel but it wasn’t much going on where we got that party vibe.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Breathless Cancun Soul while teaching yoga through the FitBodies program, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, welcoming, and well organized. Teaching yoga in such a beautiful, vibrant all-inclusive resort was truly a highlight, and the supportive atmosphere made it even more special. I want to specifically recognize the incredible team members who made my stay and teaching experience so smooth and enjoyable: Casandra, Meyrie, Abel, Gabriella (Amstar), Gustavo, Jener, Fabian, Ferdinand, Farhan, Kevin, Martin, Sergio, Carlos, Rodney, and a special thank-you to Solomon and Erick for luggage assistance — you were all amazing. Every interaction was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The resort itself is stunning, energetic, and thoughtfully designed, while still offering spaces that feel calm and perfect for wellness experiences like yoga. Breathless Cancun Soul truly excels at creating an environment where guests — and instructors — feel supported, valued, and taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a high-energy yet welcoming all-inclusive destination.

The most incredible place we have been. My husband and I don’t travel much because we save for retirement. We are early to mid 40’, with kids. We needed a get away in Jan 2025 from the Missouri cold. My hubby found this place and I said ok. We were both impressed. Granted they try to sell you timeshares, we were quick to say not interested just wanting to get away. The buffet was the most amazing we have ever seen. No matter what you want you can find. We personally enjoyed the buffet more than the restaurants. Coffee shop great for anyone who loves coffee. You honestly will not be disappointed. The service was absolutely amazing and we never got eye rolls from anybody. We will be back.
