Loved this trip for our anniversary get away! The room was probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. The service was great, although there is no private butler, you do have exclusive access if you pay for it - worth it. The beach isn’t much and the water was shallow but it didn’t hurt our opinion of the place at all! Like the party pool and then retreating to the rooftop once the party pool closed down. The service was top notch at all the restaurants. The food was quality and plentiful! The only thing that was a little underwhelming was the spa experience. Overall would definitely recommend and return!!

I had the best time- as someone with strict dietary and not a drinker I felt the staff really helped bring peace of mind. They started to remember my name just as I was ending my trip and all the mangers really took on the role to making sure my food was cooked to my needs. The staff all around were very inviting and warm! I felt seen and looked forward to daily greetings. I will actually miss waking up to those greetings! The beach was super chill and overall vibe was chill which I was happy about. I wasn’t looking for party scene. Although, I thought the rooftop was VIP I sadly learned my last night wasn’t the case so I checked both out not realizing there were two. The views were breathless! I then realized that’s more than likely where most of the people my age were at. All worked out! I really loved the speaker in the ceiling in the room and having solo dance parties. My toilet was lacking water and I asked for maintenance and it was taken care of right away! I really enjoyed myself and I’m sad to be back home! Thank you for your hospitality

This place is AMAZING! We had 5 couples total and everyone loved it and had the best time! Amazing food all over the resort, clean resort, housekeeping was great, drinks were excellent, all the staff were absolutely pleasant and so wonderful! Entertainment staff was great too (shout out to Alaina, she’s awesome). The 2 rooftop views were amazing and we loved our time at all 3 pools. It was definitely worth it to upgrade to XHALE. Our room view was awesome too! It was the most perfect 4 nights and we would love to come back! Definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing time at this resort the staff was amazing! Extremely respectful and caring. Especially Rafael in the buffet always very friendly ensuring our group was well taken care of! He made our breakfasts fun with amazing conversations and jokes will definitely be back in the future due to his amazing service and that of the management! 10 out of 10 recommended to anyone I know. Review of Breathless Cancun I recently had the pleasure of staying at Breathless Cancun, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning, boasting a beautiful atmosphere and luxurious amenities. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to dining options. While I appreciated the warm welcome gesture of receiving a towel upon arrival, I believe that increasing investment in food quality would significantly enhance the overall stay. The culinary offerings were a mixed bag; there were standout dishes, especially from the Mexican restaurant and Fishnet, which were among the best I had during my visit. The steak I ordered was particularly delicious. If you're contemplating the Xhale club upgrade, you might find more variety, but I still think the overall food quality could be better. Additionally, the beverage selection needs some work—the orange and pineapple juice, in particular, could use a refresh. Another point worth mentioning is the frequent sales pitch for the club offerings. I was approached at least twice a day about joining the club for perks like a free massage. While I appreciate the intent, it felt excessive, especially after I had already declined. In summary, while Breathless Cancun shines in terms of ambiance and certain menu items, I hope they consider enhancing their food quality and reducing the aggressive sales tactics to match the high standards of the hotel itself.
