One of the finest hotels in Dubai. The location feels remote even though you are at the heart of Dubai.
The SPA is beautiful, the beach even though small is satisfactory, and you do feel like being in a resort.
Definitely a place to explore.

Stayed here at the end of November for 5 days. Amazing hotel! Great hotel with amazing service. All the workers were in welcoming moods. Amazing room service. Great breakfast choices through the menu A la carte. The beach is always cleaned. The hotel is in modern style. 1000% recommend

I have to say this is the best resort I’ve stayed at ! The view from my room is spectacular. The room is beautifully designed and spacious. The service is excellent and of course, the food is delicious. One of the best experiences you can find anywhere.
I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Although it is a little pricey, it is totally WORTH IT if you want an experience of a lifetime!

I stayed here to become an Ambassador Elite with Marriott, but that was a mistake.
The Bvlgari Resort Dubai was displayed on the Marriott app and I was able to make a reservation from there.
I stayed at this resort to increase the number of nights I stayed and the amount I spent, but Bvlgari Resort Dubai does not offer Marriott points and does not add to the number of nights I stayed or the amount I spent.
You can only cancel up to 45 days in advance, and if you do cancel you will be charged the full amount.
This is a trap.
I realized this after booking and contacted them to let them know about my complaint, but they replied that they were confident that they could satisfy me.
I was confused by the reply I received that I couldn't understand.
The staff member who showed me to my room knew that only one of the two key cards would work, but didn't hesitate to hand it over to me.
As expected, one of the card keys did not respond and could not be used.
The room was not spacious, the view was not good, and it was just ordinary and nothing special.
I also noticed that the wifi in the room was weak.
This is a rare hotel that offers no special services and does not seem to offer high hospitality, but is expensive nonetheless.
This is not a laughing matter for a 5 star hotel.
If you just use the cafe, you may be satisfied.

The lobby service requires significant improvement. I observed that the lobby staff did not greet guests or offer them a place to sit, and they did not appear professional or caring. When I requested a table and selected one, no one came to take my order until I asked. Additionally, when I inquired about the dessert, the staff asked me to go and see what was on display. The staff did not seem professional or reflect the Bulgari service standard. Furthermore, when our coffee was brought, the spoons were dirty, and I had to ask them to change them twice because even the replacements were dirty.
