From the outset, the venue exceeded all expectations with its elegance and attention to detail. While I did encounter an issue with the room initially offered to me, I was truly impressed by the prompt and professional response from Ryan, who ensured everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. His support made a significant difference and allowed me to focus on enjoying my stay. A special mention also goes to Zeinab, who managed the venue arrangements flawlessly. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and was always attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. Her dedication and warm approach helped make our celebration truly memorable. Overall, I deeply appreciate the efforts of the entire team at Bvlgari Resort Dubai for their outstanding service and commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable event experience.

The ambiance was beautifully set, with traditional and modern touches that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Had the most amazing evening at the Bvlgari Ramadan Majlis — everything from the ambiance to the food was just perfect. The whole vibe was warm, elegant, and really captured the spirit of Ramadan in the most beautiful way. Huge shoutout to Mohamad Al Saudi for being absolutely incredible! His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of — such a great energy all around. And the food? Delicious. Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Definitely one of those nights you remember. Can’t recommend it enough!
