We had a wonderful experience at Charmillion Gardens. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was really friendly. We found the food delicious and the manager in the Aqua Garden restaurant Mahmoud Kalaf was amazing. He looked after my family during every meal. His waiters were really friendly especially Hassan Hussein, who would give my baby daughter balloons every time and also prepared a special table for us as a surprise.
The beach was conveniently located near the restaurant and the hotel has all the facilities you would want. I would definitely visit here again

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Miss Terressa, "the gem of communication and guidance," for her excellent service, exceptional professionalism, and kindness. I also thank all the hotel staff in general for their wonderful service, especially Ahmed and Rabie at the reception, and Ahmed, the room cleaner, who is an artist at his work. I must not forget the very welcoming aqua park staff. You were a source of comfort and joy during our stay, and your hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Your professionalism and dedication to guest comfort reflect your commitment to providing the best possible service.

Additionally, I would like to express my great admiration for the diverse restaurants offered by the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the exquisite dishes in the French, Italian, Lebanese, and Japanese restaurants. The quality of food and excellent service in the other restaurants of the three hotels made every meal an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed swimming in the Red Sea, delighting in the sight of the beautiful diverse fish, and enjoying the hotel pools and many other tourist services available at the hotel. Thank you for providing these wonderful options that added so much to the beauty of our stay.

I don’t recommend this hotel for families, Firstly this was my first time at the hotel the check in was very complicated and in welcoming, at the reception they took care of some families and left other families to wait long time, than the people smoking in the whole facility on the pool and everywhere in the hotel, the animation team the same as the reception they are taking care of some people and left other people, the whole stay was miserable and I’m very disappointed, don’t go to this resort.
