I had a pleasant stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach. The hotel's architecture is beautiful, and the service was excellent. My room was comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. The mangrove boat ride organized by the hotel was a wonderful experience. However, I feel the dinner buffet could offer more variety to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel and had an amazing stay. Staff is very professional and very attentive. We had a few minor issues to sort out at our room and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food selection was amazing with tasty food and freshly prepared at live kitchens. The highlight was the amazing collection of swimming pools and easy access to beach. We also participated in a yoga session with Roland. Highly recommend for your next stay - be it family or as a couple.

The rooms are renovated, so clean and stylish. I love the dinner Buffet and choices. The clerk also gave us a hotel tour, we can deeply feel the amazing design details. Maja is very helpful, nice smile and shows the hospitality. We will definitely come back and stay more days

The hotel offers a pleasant overall experience with its lovely ambiance and delicious food. There’s an impressive variety of dishes to choose from, catering to different tastes. However, a few areas could use improvement. The air conditioning was too cold, and the controls didn’t seem to work, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The water temperature initially posed an issue as well, but it eventually adjusted to hot water after some time. The hospitality was decent, though there’s room for slight refinement. All in all, a nice stay. 😌 Thank you Cinnamon!

My stay at the hotel was business related - Whilst appreciating the overall operation of your establishment and service rendered by your staff in all areas - I take pride in recognizing the staff member CHAMOD whom I see as a star performer . I worked alongside his leadership that was professional - supportive and hardworking and his juniors followed instructions and supported him with WARMTH ! COMMITMENT and Charm. It was a wedding reception that was in the ballroom- and with Leader being in control and working with his team before- during and after he and his team maintained consistency - professionalism to the end of the evening 3 am the following day - The staff in the restaurant very active - alive and anticipating - Reception needs improvement with welcoming and directing guests to their rooms - which is not easy to locate rooms.without proper markings. Overall - this hotel deserves an accolade for star rating 👏
