Beautiful resort from reception to the rooms. The architecture is absolutely amazing — thoughtfully designed, elegant, and truly impressive. The location is perfect, with an easy walk to both the beach and the town. The pool area and spa are wonderfully relaxing, and the poolside staff are attentive to your every need, preparing comfortable loungers with fresh towels. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, professional and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. The resort is perfect for both families and couples, with everyone’s needs thoughtfully catered for. We are very likely to return because of the exceptional service, relaxing atmosphere, and the overall luxurious experience that made our visit so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for any more — we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, and the location was peaceful, calm, and very relaxing. A special thanks to Priyangani and Chandima from the dining area for their kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service. Loved our stay at Cinnamon Bentota Resorts. Its a beautiful property with amazing pool, ambience, vibe, good. If someone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway from Colombo, they must try this for sure! The dinner buffet was delicious. The staff at the restaurant is also very courteous and friendly. Graciously served at restaurant by Kapil and Ishara during our stay here.
