Stay: 17th to 19th November 2025 – 4th Wedding Anniversary We stayed at Cinnamon Bentota to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed. The hotel is very beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. Both my wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The meals were delicious with a great variety, and the overall service was excellent. It was a memorable stay and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Cinnamon Bentota for making our anniversary so special. We would definitely love to visit again!

Very good hotel staff are very friendly and kind. Very good service from Ashan and chandima along with so many others that made our stay so great. We had an issue with the hotel not proving accommodation for our driver which they then sorted out after a few days. There could be improvements on the vegetarian options however the Sri Lankan food was incredible as well

We had an amazing family stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach Hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were wonderfully attentive, and the facilities were perfect for both adults and kids. Our children absolutely loved the pool and the fun activities available throughout the day. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered beautiful views that made our stay even more special. I highly recommend Cinnamon Bentota Beach to everyone—especially families with kids—for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

It was our second time at the Cinnamon Bentota Beach, we returned in September 2025 after a wonderful first stay there (in March 2024) and we are so happy we did. This time, we visited for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect romantic getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beach and the views. The food was spectacular, we enjoyed the wide variety of choice for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the hotel took great and thoughtful care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Sameer Lakshah, from the Housekeeping team, left us an amazing goodbye present on the day of our departure (see third photo)!

This hotel is faultless. The rooms are fantastic, the view is unbeatable, but the thing that makes this place a five star hotel is the staff. They are so professional, attentive and kind. Nandana from the Housekeeping team was particularly great and treats his work like an art. Everyday we come back to our room that is pristine with fresh towels arranged in an artistic way - we had towels modelled as an elephant and towels modelled as a turtle! Cannot recommend enough!
