Had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel and had an amazing stay. Staff is very professional and very attentive. We had a few minor issues to sort out at our room and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food selection was amazing with tasty food and freshly prepared at live kitchens. The highlight was the amazing collection of swimming pools and easy access to beach. We also participated in a yoga session with Roland. Highly recommend for your next stay - be it family or as a couple.

Cinnamon Bentota is a beautiful hotel. Loved the beach and the pool. Really enjoyed the food. The Indian chef - Sunny Mehta is an amazing cook. His dishes were as good as any good restaurant back in India- maybe even better. He was even nice enough to make some dishes as per our request and taste. Our group looked forward to each meal prepared by him.

The resort is quite big and luxurious and the food is some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and the staff is always there to help you. The only negatives I have: 1. Because of humidity, there is some mold so it can be a bit smelly inside the room if you turn off the AC. 2. We were told the airport transfer costs 30+ $ (as a reference the booking price would be 50$ and the uber price 34$). When we arrived at the airport the driver handed us sort of an invoice from the hotel with the price of 74$

Recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful time. The facilities were all in great condition and the hotel itself was very beautiful architecturally with lovely views overlooking the pool and ocean. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a comfortable stay throughout. The room was also very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Special thanks to Oshada from housekeeping who kept our room impeccably clean and well stocked with towels, water and toiletries at all times. This hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it!

My family and I stayed at Cinnamon Bentota Beach for 4 days. Not only was the hotel stay welcoming and relaxing, but the hospitality of the staff really made a difference. Chef Sunny was incredible and very talented, making us any Indian dish upon request and even teaching me an Indian recipe or two. The entire Indian chef team deserves high praise. House keeping was also very efficient, thank you Oshada for always seeing to guest requirements and being so diligent. There are a few things worth mentioning though. I was surprised to find that there was no desk in the hotel rooms, only a small table in the balcony. For guests who still work remotely, a desk in the room would be appropriate rather than a couch that’s placed under the TV. I felt the western buffet for breakfast was a bit laking, and needed a bit more variety. I do applaud the staff that was able to handle large scale events and still attend to other guests requirements. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we hope to come back for the Sri Lankan New Year in April.
