Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them.
The cleaning staff are so polite always speak to you when passing and do a fabulous job and notice a lot of them do other jobs in the hotel throughout the day and evening

This is our second time here. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are a delight. I wish they had a walk in shower rather than a shower in a bath but that's just my opinion, other than that the rooms are great, the buffet breakfast has so many choices and is really great. The swimming pool is fantastic with a bar at one end. Unfortunately the evening entertainment is very quiet and lacking atmosphere unlike the first time we stayed here, (it really used to buzz) there is no Karaoke now and we have noticed the bar is less busy, when the acts are on you can hardly hear them and it just sounds like background music which doesn't seem to draw the guests the way it used to. We love where the Hotel is positioned as it's easy to walk into lalysos and just a short taxi ride to town. The beach opposite is really good with toilets and a great beach cafe.

The overall stay was ok, and the value for money is not bad.
What was good - Nice pool, the rooms are spacious, there are several restaurants in the hotel and there's a nice beach few minutes walk from the hotel.
Each room receives a couples massage for 80 euro, which was great.
What was bad -
1. I got food poisoning in the pool restaurant in the first day.
2. If you get a room in the further building, the noise is horrible. There's a communication door between the rooms, so you basically hear entirely the room next to you. We had to change rooms after 1 night.
3. Some of the staff is not great, and some are horrible. The main waitress at the pool bar (Anna) was constantly harassing us and others sitting there. Asking us to leave, commenting on each and every thing we did and overall making sure we're not in peace.
4. The breakfast's food is mediocre.
5. You need to bring your own pool towels (never heard about such a thing) - They refuse to provide them.
6. The pool's water is salty.
7. There's only 1 key to the room, and it's old fashion (not magnetic, so if you loose it you pay 20 euro).
