The overall stay was ok, and the value for money is not bad.
What was good - Nice pool, the rooms are spacious, there are several restaurants in the hotel and there's a nice beach few minutes walk from the hotel.
Each room receives a couples massage for 80 euro, which was great.
What was bad -
1. I got food poisoning in the pool restaurant in the first day.
2. If you get a room in the further building, the noise is horrible. There's a communication door between the rooms, so you basically hear entirely the room next to you. We had to change rooms after 1 night.
3. Some of the staff is not great, and some are horrible. The main waitress at the pool bar (Anna) was constantly harassing us and others sitting there. Asking us to leave, commenting on each and every thing we did and overall making sure we're not in peace.
4. The breakfast's food is mediocre.
5. You need to bring your own pool towels (never heard about such a thing) - They refuse to provide them.
6. The pool's water is salty.
7. There's only 1 key to the room, and it's old fashion (not magnetic, so if you loose it you pay 20 euro).

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them.
The cleaning staff are so polite always speak to you when passing and do a fabulous job and notice a lot of them do other jobs in the hotel throughout the day and evening

Outstanding hotel, couldn't have been happier with our choice. Charming with splendid restaurants, pool bar and coffee bar . Lovely pool that seems to go on for ever . Clean and tidy throughout.
Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.
We went to every restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel. All restaurants are great value for money and cheaper than the restaurants by the beach. The only disappointment was the beach and bars which has nothing to do with the hotel itself .

This is our second time here. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are a delight. I wish they had a walk in shower rather than a shower in a bath but that's just my opinion, other than that the rooms are great, the buffet breakfast has so many choices and is really great. The swimming pool is fantastic with a bar at one end. Unfortunately the evening entertainment is very quiet and lacking atmosphere unlike the first time we stayed here, (it really used to buzz) there is no Karaoke now and we have noticed the bar is less busy, when the acts are on you can hardly hear them and it just sounds like background music which doesn't seem to draw the guests the way it used to. We love where the Hotel is positioned as it's easy to walk into lalysos and just a short taxi ride to town. The beach opposite is really good with toilets and a great beach cafe.

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The rooms were nice, we stayed in two different ones as there was twice issues but they gave us an upgrade and apologised and gifted us with complementary fruit and wine.Spacious and cleaned every day, bed was uncomfortable could do with better mattress and pillows.
The food in the hotel was not good at all, very average and low quality so we didn’t eat there again. Breakfast a lot to be desired for quite poor too for what I experienced in the past in hotels. Staff was usually helpful and friendly however the evening receptionist man was not helpful or didn’t seem to understand very well. Pool temperature is too cold but the set up is nice. Location is good , plenty of restaurants/bars, the beach and bus stops or taxi station. I would recommend hiring a car as it is more handy. Overall was a good stay if they improve some things.
