The room was great! We had a Murphy bed that had a table when folded up. They had a nice setup for food near the fridge, so we didn't have to use all our counter space. All the front desk people were very helpful and recognized when you needed something. We didn't use the pools because we spent all day at the parks. But family members that did seemed to enjoy them. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort!
Our stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome as guests. Check-in was quick and seamless, setting the tone for a fantastic visit.
For a budget-friendly resort, the accommodations were outstanding—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The room included a small refrigerator, which was perfect for storing essentials like bottled water and a half-gallon of milk—especially helpful for parents like us providing milk for our toddler. While there was no microwave or room service, mobile orders for the food court restaurant were easy to complete and convenient to pick up.
The grounds were beautiful, with Disney magic around every corner, which made it extra special for our 3-year-old toddler. The larger-than-life movie-themed decor truly brought smiles to our faces!
The food options were varied, delicious, and surprisingly affordable, making mealtime stress-free. The pool was perfect, and the entertainment host kept the kids engaged with fun activities that added to the magic of our stay.
Transportation to the Disney parks was convenient, free, and well-organized—making it easy to maximize our time at the parks without any hassle.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a Disney vacation. It’s the perfect mix of value, comfort, and magic! We will absolutely stay here again!

Staff is very personable, enthusiastic and willing to help...their patience is second to none. That alone made the trip great. The rooms for the price were adequate but I also assume they're mainly for sleeping because long hours of living will be done in the parks. They are nice but quality of beds and room size make it a 4 compared to a hotel of equal price. If you can splurge go for contemporary or fantasia locations those are the higher end of luxury rooms, the all star complex again is good value but more along the lines of those requiring less commodity as in older kids or just adult couples. The location is okay but if you intend to reach out to local facilities like target or gas stations other hotels on Disney property are closer to these in relation to distance. However, that's not to say I wasn't happy with the price/trip package. Disney accommodated us very well and the adventure was as expected so next time we'll save some more and go for the higher end of a visit. However, if you're able there is definitely more ways to save a ton and get the same experience at the park everyone else is getting. It's going to be based on your plans and family.

Excellent. I stay on Disney property because I like the magic to be a part of all my Disney trip. Shrink down to the size of a toy in toy story area, win the races in Herbie land, become a mighty duck in water at the mighty duck area. Movie nights fire pits and pool games nearly every day you get bang for your Disney dollar here. Staff are really nice pools always within easy reach. There is also plenty to do for those strange people that don't want to head to a park everyday. At a cost that all can afford it might not be the cheapest option available in Orlando however for all the magical extras it is worth it.

Rooms was clean. Close to pool. Kids enjoyed the whole place. Arcade was fun. Food was on site and just what fast food is, but convenient fir sure. Store on site had about everything you could ask for or needed. If you forgot or changed your mind on something at the park, you probably can get it there or shipped over from the park.
