The hotel organises pleasurable glass-bottom boat trips and provides the equipment for snorkelling sessions to explore the marine life on the corals in the crystal-clear Indian Ocean. We had a wonderful stay at Friday Attitude, a charming boutique hotel where we enjoyed 3 delightful nights. The cozy communal and outdoor areas made the place truly special, and we almost felt like we were staying right on the beach. The beach itself was absolutely stunning!
The room wasn’t overly fancy, but it was cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, including a lovely large terrace that we really enjoyed.
The staff, in general, were fine, but the management was exceptional. They took our feedback seriously, which we greatly appreciated.
We would happily return another time and can highly recommend Friday Attitude to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable getaway!

The level of the hotel should be measured to the living standards of the country, in my opinion. In this environment, it is considered to be a good hotel, and you don't feel like you're in a 3-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and satisfactory, and the beach is beautiful. There were always enough sunbeds and umbrellas on the shore. The staff is very kind and helpful with any request. The bar serves excellent local drinks and cocktails. The only questionable point is the food; often, the selection is not the greatest, and they follow the local cuisine, with not much continental food available. However, you can find something to your taste every day if you like spicy food. Also the menu will change in the restaurant starting from 2025, becoming more continental. On our last evening, one of the managers, Mike, even organized a surprise dinner for us, and they made a romantic a la cart dinner just for us, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; you won't be disappointed.

we had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel. The staff were incredibly caring and made us feel right at home. As vegetarians, we truly appreciated the variety and delicious veg food which was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour.The warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable experience!

Friday Attitude is a hotel that impresses from the first moment. This was our second stay and certainly not the last - the place charms with its intimate atmosphere and warmth. The small, cozy hotel offers everything you need for a perfect vacation: a beautiful beach, delicious food and service that really makes you feel special. We strongly recommend coming here. This place is a local pearl that cares about you and community.
We especially want to thank the amazing people who made our stay unforgettable: Yusheeka at the front desk for her professionalism and smile at every turn, Mohun for taking perfect care of the cleanliness and details in our room, Jordan for the best drinks served with passion, Ruben for the wonderful sweets that were a true delight to the palate, and Mike for the wonderful management that is evident at every turn.

So you are planning a trip to Mauritius and are looking for a place to stay. Look no further!
The hotel is a small cosy 50 room property with a semi-private beach, situated on the east of the island where the tourists are scarce and the hospitality is superb!
The room, albeit a bit small, was located next to the beach, featured a sit out area and was equipped with all the amenities that one is used to. A 4 poster bed was a highlight! They place a small jar of an in-house made coconut sweet when you arrive. It was unbelievably good, delicately balanced flavours that allowed you to taste every ingredient. My compliments to Chef Ruben, who created it!
The bar by the beach has a great range of cocktails, spirits wines and beers and featuers evening entertainment as well.
The main restaurant serves all three meals in a buffet style and the food is amazing. They feature a good mix of Local Indian and French. 3 nights a week, Sita Chachi makes the roti...DO NOT MISS IT!
They have a speciality restaurant that operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for dinner. The menu is locally inspired and it is advisable to book in advance as the seating is limited. The food is all cooked in an open kitchen and is delicious. They even cater to vegetarians which is not always easy to find on the island.
The staff - easily, one of the most amazing set of people that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. From the front desk, the restaurants, the chefs and the housekeeping. They are all so gracious in their hospitality. They are warm and caring and endeavour to make every guest have the most enjoyable experience.
It is their dedication to their craft that speaks volumes. I will find it very hard to choose any other hotel when I visit next. I can truly say that I have found a home in Mauritius.
I am listing the staff below, who made my trip one of the best I have ever experienced. If I missed anyone, I do apologise. Each and every one of the staff are what makes the hotel an experience to be had.
