We had a great time at this beautiful hotel!
Staff friendly, food great and nice atmosphere.
We were lucky and grateful to receive an upgrade to the Esencia area and it was a little quieter and very pleasant.
However I can recommend all areas of the hotel as there are great places to eat, drink and enjoy beautiful views wherever you are.
We will definitely return and I 100% recommended a stay here.

The hotel is beautiful, no doubt about it. The greenery is stunning, and the common areas are truly great.
Fuerteventura itself is amazing, no question about that either. The pools, in terms of temperature, were perfectly fine for children at the end of January and beginning of February.
The food is okay—nothing extraordinary, but also nothing to complain about. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive concept.
However, the service was slow and not particularly friendly, especially in the restaurants and bars. This is a hospitality job, and a welcoming attitude should be a must!
Cleanliness was generally fine, but there were areas that seemed to be forgotten—dear staff, the corridor behind room 3-122 also needs to be cleaned; the same trash has been there for a week.
Check-in was a disappointment. We had to wait a long time for our room—not expecting early check-in, just a smooth process. The queues were poorly managed, and we experienced a 45-minute delay, which was quite challenging with small, tired children after a long journey.

A bit of a mixed bag.
The good:
Rooms are spotless, a good size, and the bed is massive with a comfortable mattress.
The complex is very well maintained and modern decor throughout.
Waiting on staff, for the most part are very happy and pleasant to deal with.
Checkout is 11:00, so better than a lot of other hotel brands.
Good selection of food for breakfast and evening tea.
The bad:
The Christmas evening menu is atrocious, so bad we had to cancel our reservation and go to the Mercadona and make sandwiches. Fixed menu, with no alternatives, you're buggered if you have any special dietary requirements.
Checking in is a long and laborious task, made worse by the fact that I supplied all the details prior to arriving via the app, but apparently it wasn't uploaded....what's the point?
Kids in the adult only area, had to message the management as the bar staff didn't seem to care.
This is not a bad resort by any stretch, and they do a lot of things great. However, it's not cheap and as such I would hope for a little better. It's a good place for families, but for couples hoping for a relaxing time and chill out then there are better places.

I am currently staying at the Princess Hotel in Fuerteventura, and I must say, the experience was far from what I had hoped for.
First and foremost, the water policy is incredibly inconvenient. You are provided with two very small plastic bottles at the start of your stay, and these are expected to last you for the entire week. Refilling them is a hassle, and there are no dispensers in convenient locations or any options to get water in your room without significant effort. If you get thirsty during the night, you’re out of luck unless you plan ahead, which is not what you want to worry about on vacation. The use of plastic bottles, which the hotel expects you to reuse, doesn’t even make sense from an environmental standpoint—it’s just poorly thought out.
The food was another major letdown. It was exactly the same every single day, with little to no variety. It quickly became monotonous, and the quality of drinks was mediocre at best. Adding to the frustration, the trendy bar with a stunning view of the beach—arguably one of the hotel’s few highlights—closes at 6 PM for some inexplicable reason.
The gym facilities were also disappointing. They were severely under-equipped, with outdated and limited options that don’t cater to anyone looking to maintain a decent workout routine.
Overall, there’s really nothing remarkable about this hotel. It lacks basic comforts, creativity in dining, and proper amenities. I would not recommend staying here unless significant changes are made. There are far better options in Fuerteventura that actually cater to guest needs and comfort.

A fabulous hotel. The staff were lovely and helped us whenever we needed it. The range of swimming pools were great. They said not heated but most of them were very warm and we found a heated one, where we could relax and enjoy. The food was great in the evenings, fresh pasta, fresh Chinese, fresh risottos, lots of fruit and vegetables. The waiters were all accommodating and helpful too. We had a great 3 course xmas meal with champagne. It was a lovely treat! Our 3 year old had the best time and could easily walk around the resort. Thanks!
