A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Rooms are spotless, a good size, and the bed is massive with a comfortable mattress. The complex is very well maintained and modern decor throughout. Waiting on staff, for the most part are very happy and pleasant to deal with. Checkout is 11:00, so better than a lot of other hotel brands. Good selection of food for breakfast and evening tea. The bad: The Christmas evening menu is atrocious, so bad we had to cancel our reservation and go to the Mercadona and make sandwiches. Fixed menu, with no alternatives, you're buggered if you have any special dietary requirements. Checking in is a long and laborious task, made worse by the fact that I supplied all the details prior to arriving via the app, but apparently it wasn't uploaded....what's the point? Kids in the adult only area, had to message the management as the bar staff didn't seem to care. This is not a bad resort by any stretch, and they do a lot of things great. However, it's not cheap and as such I would hope for a little better. It's a good place for families, but for couples hoping for a relaxing time and chill out then there are better places.

Thank you for the stay at this beautiful hotel from January 8, 2025, to January 18, 2025. The Resort Princess Fuerteventura is a lovely facility with well-developed and excellent pools and relaxation areas. The sauna and adult area add a sense of exclusivity. The food at the resort is tasty, and the choice is not bad. I rather recommend all-inclusive rather than half board due to the drinks, as with half board you have to pay for them, which can be inconvenient. I would describe the cleanliness as average. The room looked clean at first glance; unfortunately, upon looking under the furniture, it was a different story. Sadly, we believe the hotel is struggling with a bed bug infestation. At first, we thought it was mosquitoes, but upon closer inspection of the bites, they were definitely bed bugs. This is very unfortunate and takes away from the charm and the hard work of the animators and other hotel staff. Before booking a stay, I recommend ensuring that the hotel has already resolved this issue. Michał Baczak

Really nice hotel . Staff are great so friendly. Their English is limited but I use translate alot. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds very comfy I would recommend this hotel I will definitely return Access to the beach through the hotel Food very nice but not much variety especially on an evening, but still nice Cannot really fault this hotel... very glad I came

Overall, a decent hotel, but nothing that makes it special. We arrived late, and the restaurant was already closed, but they offered various cold dishes. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast was abundant, but so many people were having breakfast at the same time that it was almost impossible to access the food. The behavior of the guests was disheartening. Plates piled high with food, over half of which goes uneaten, not because it isn't good. The excessive waste of food is outrageous. I've never understood why people feel the need to load their plates as if they can’t eat smaller portions slowly, and if you can’t eat more, then nothing should be left on your plate. This, of course, isn't the hotel's fault, or maybe it is... The serving staff lacks professionalism and etiquette. Greetings are not common. When you ask something or request something, forget about a friendly response. At dinner, the food is almost cold. All in all, it's an acceptable hotel but nothing extraordinary. It's a pity, but a good manager could quickly set things right."

We are in love in this hotel. Absolutely magical holidays. The pools, palms makes the job. Beautiful access to the blue water beach Plenty of amazing food, this hotel is absolutely fully recommended for family holidays and not only. The only thing I can say is unpleasant barmans. They are so unhappy and rude at times but I guess they hate their jobs 😄 but overall this hotel is best I've ever been to. I'll be definitely back soon!! It's amazing !!
