We are in love in this hotel. Absolutely magical holidays. The pools, palms makes the job. Beautiful access to the blue water beach
Plenty of amazing food, this hotel is absolutely fully recommended for family holidays and not only. The only thing I can say is unpleasant barmans. They are so unhappy and rude at times but I guess they hate their jobs 😄 but overall this hotel is best I've ever been to. I'll be definitely back soon!! It's amazing !!

Overall, a decent hotel, but nothing that makes it special. We arrived late, and the restaurant was already closed, but they offered various cold dishes. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast was abundant, but so many people were having breakfast at the same time that it was almost impossible to access the food. The behavior of the guests was disheartening. Plates piled high with food, over half of which goes uneaten, not because it isn't good. The excessive waste of food is outrageous. I've never understood why people feel the need to load their plates as if they can’t eat smaller portions slowly, and if you can’t eat more, then nothing should be left on your plate. This, of course, isn't the hotel's fault, or maybe it is... The serving staff lacks professionalism and etiquette. Greetings are not common. When you ask something or request something, forget about a friendly response. At dinner, the food is almost cold. All in all, it's an acceptable hotel but nothing extraordinary. It's a pity, but a good manager could quickly set things right."

I am currently staying at the Princess Hotel in Fuerteventura, and I must say, the experience was far from what I had hoped for.
First and foremost, the water policy is incredibly inconvenient. You are provided with two very small plastic bottles at the start of your stay, and these are expected to last you for the entire week. Refilling them is a hassle, and there are no dispensers in convenient locations or any options to get water in your room without significant effort. If you get thirsty during the night, you’re out of luck unless you plan ahead, which is not what you want to worry about on vacation. The use of plastic bottles, which the hotel expects you to reuse, doesn’t even make sense from an environmental standpoint—it’s just poorly thought out.
The food was another major letdown. It was exactly the same every single day, with little to no variety. It quickly became monotonous, and the quality of drinks was mediocre at best. Adding to the frustration, the trendy bar with a stunning view of the beach—arguably one of the hotel’s few highlights—closes at 6 PM for some inexplicable reason.
The gym facilities were also disappointing. They were severely under-equipped, with outdated and limited options that don’t cater to anyone looking to maintain a decent workout routine.
Overall, there’s really nothing remarkable about this hotel. It lacks basic comforts, creativity in dining, and proper amenities. I would not recommend staying here unless significant changes are made. There are far better options in Fuerteventura that actually cater to guest needs and comfort.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Alex from the international animation team really stood out. He was incredibly energetic and made my experience unforgettable. He led the aqua gym sessions with so much enthusiasm and energy, making them fun and engaging for everyone. Alex was always around with a smile, making sure guests were enjoying their time. The whole staff was great, but Alex was definitely the highlight of my stay. The hotel itself was fantastic too—well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities Can’t wait to come back!

On arrival we were given a different room to what we paid for. After contacting our supplier they agreed to move us but still only into a partial sea view when we had paid for a sea view! Our supplier admitted it was a mistake on there part but the hotel refused to take additional money to give us the room we had paid for! The hotel is on a steep hill which isn't stated anywhere if it had been we wouldn't of booked! Nice rooms, rude miserable staff. Food mediocre at best. Plenty of cockroaches. Dirty pool. Would not recommend no way is it 4 star. I have plenty of photo evidence. Extremely disappointed when it was our only holiday of the year.
