The location of the hotel is great, there are a lot of restaurants at a walking distance, berjaya times square is nearby. The rooms are spacious, however they are not well equipped, when I checked in, there were no towels and room service did not pick the call. We booked 3 executive suites, even though the rooms were same, the utilities were missing, there was no iron in one of the rooms. Basic facilities like transferring the luggage to the room were missing, it’s all self service. With senior citizens and children, it gets difficult to manage the luggage. There were no water bottles in the room, just a jug and water dispenser in the corridor. Even the executive suite did not feel premium. The phone in one of the room was not working, well in other rooms as well, the phone was kind of useless as room service never picked the call. Pool was good but timings can be better, it closes at 8 pm. With the price we paid, the hotel is not worth it.

Have a really pleasant stay in this Hotel. The room is clean and spacious, all the facilities needed is available and in good condition. The room is suitable for family with kids as well. The food served during breakfast mostly tastes good and suit our family. Will definitely come back to stay if we coming to this area again. Highly recommended and value for money.

The hotel lacks highly in cleanliness. The shelves and table had dust. The phone was not working as even the call to housekeeping was getting across. TV screen was blurred. Even the water outlet of bathing area was choked. On complaining to front desk staff while going out, I was told that it could only be checked when I was present in room. Room service meant only changing towels and making bed. No cleaning was done. Even complimentary water bottles were not provided. Lack of cleanliness and service cannot be compensated by proximity to prominent places.

Receptionist were good and friendly. Parking was free. However, plus point for the room's cleanliness and housekeeping entering my room using his shoes while I'm waiting to pray. The room got a lot of hair and dust (they never vacuum the carpet). The mirror got a lot of stain. Water heater didn't work well.
The breakfast was totally failed. Too salty, too oily, too bad to eat. Not worth it at all. You may get better breakfast nearby the hotel. Don't waste your money to take the hotel package with breakfast.

Nice, newer hotel next to Benjaya Times Square. The room I had was large and well laid out, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. Downside in the 1st room (I stayed here a couple of times), the drapes were torn and wouldn't close, and the sink stopper was broken. Upside, there is a very good pool, and a nice fitness center. The optional breakfast was also very good. All the staff was very nice and very helpful.
