Furama Bukit Bintang has a great location with plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. Our experience started with a minor setback as the first room we were given had some damages in the bathroom. However, the receptionist was helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a different room, which was much better.
We stayed in a suite room, which was quite spacious, featuring both a living room and a bedroom. The living room had a desk, making it a good option for those who need to work during their stay. However, one downside was the lack of complimentary water bottles—guests have to get water from an RO filter, which is disappointing for a four-star hotel.
On the positive side, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options with delicious food. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience with the first room and the water issue, we had a great experience. The hotel is a nice place to stay, especially for those looking for a comfortable and well-located option in Bukit Bintang.

Location of the hotel is good.
However, condition of the room is not so great.
Bed linen/ towel - stains/ marks on the bed linen and towels
Bathroom - mold/ rust in the shower area
Work desk - small ants keep coming from no where
Coffee/tea area - condition of the kettle deteriorated
Safe isn't working
The tap in bathroom seems not working properly - in the morning there's only hot water and can't adjust to warm water level
Housekeeping - Saw one of the worker had one of his foot placed on the bed when I return to my room
Internet - The WiFi speed is terrible, internet keep dropping off while I was in work meetings.
Will not return and not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Experience at Furama Hotel.
I recently stayed at Furama Hotel in KL, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The condition of the room was unacceptable; the furniture was outdated, the bed was lumpy with springs poking through, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It’s shocking to see such a lack of upkeep in what’s supposed to be a reputable establishment.
The overall hygiene of the hotel was questionable. The bathroom was particularly concerning; it was not only poorly maintained but downright unpleasant to use. I expected at least basic cleanliness, and this was far below standard.
The staff seemed indifferent to these issues. While I understand that hotels can get busy, basic hospitality and attentiveness should never be compromised. This lack of care left me feeling undervalued as a guest.
To make matters worse, we had to spend additional money to find a better hotel elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing when a stay not only fails to meet expectations but actively adds stress to the trip.
I strongly urge the management to seriously consider renovations and prioritize customer satisfaction. Until these improvements are made, I cannot recommend Furama Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in KL.
If I could give it a 0 stars, I would.

Very good hotel. Rooms are best. Breakfast buffet has lot of options. It also contains indian options with continental.Nice swimming pool. you will get one drawing and one bed room in the facility. Attentive service boys. Swimming pool is beside resturant and it is very nice. Every facility has two rooms - one bedroom and living room. Centralized ac options are available in the room. E check in check out options are available. Staffs are very helpful. The place is very good and centralized location. Grab cabs come in the lobby of the hotel. They give cards for rooms to access

Would definitely not stay again… and not even a 2 star hotel.
Front desk staff were friendly and Executive lounge server named “Man” was excellent! But other than that I am not sure I would return to this hotel and chain.
My room’s bathroom had mold by sink, toilet and in the shower.
Bathroom mold care and general updating of room has been neglected for too long.
Televisions were super small, no volume and about 25+ years old with terrible reception.
Front desk staff appeared reluctant to find me a better room but much were all the same condition of cleanliness etc.
Paid for the “executive suite and service” and was extremely disappointed.
Was thinking of staying at Furuma in Singapore… now not so much.
