I stayed here with my family just a couple of week ago. Room quality is good . But other services are very poor. They don’t provide any staff to drop your luggage in your room and carry out from room. No one is assigned to clarify items in your room. After a long journey, you have do this by self which is really frustrating as they demand 4 star. Most of the guests are indian so breakfast is typically indian based. Swimming pool is sooooo small. Wastages keeping outside the room remain wholeday in same position. Actually, their housekeeping and staff services are very disappointing. At midnight during my departure, I carried my luggage by myself from my room pulling a trolly whereas they charged a lot for one night stay.Bathroom was spacious and the only positive thing the location, it is in the heart of Bookit Bintang just opposite of Time square. My stay was good! The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the water filter availability. 🚰 The breakfast selection was nice, featuring mostly local dishes. 🍳 Just be aware you'll need to handle your own luggage. 💼

As someone associated with AICPE, I travel frequently, and comfort, cleanliness and location are extremely important to me—this hotel delivered perfectly on all counts. The location of Furama Bukit Bintang is one of its biggest advantages. It is close to major attractions, shopping areas and food streets, making travel very convenient. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel offers a calm and peaceful stay environment. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds, neat linens, proper lighting and clean washrooms made the stay relaxing after long days of travel. Housekeeping was prompt and professional, ensuring everything remained fresh throughout the stay. The staff deserves special appreciation for their polite behaviour and helpful attitude. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team was always ready to assist with guidance and support. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang offers excellent value for money with great hospitality, comfort and prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to families, business travelers and tourists visiting Kuala Lumpur. A well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Terrible wifi connection. Stayed at the Executive Suite 20th floor, the furnitures had seen its better days. Toilet sink stopper needed some repair. Room is clean though. Hotel is quite old. Staffs are accommodating & helpful. Good location. Just outside hotel there is an overhead bridge connecting to Lalaport. Berjaya Times Square is just across the road. After check out you can store your luggage at the lobby and explore the city.

Just checking out from Room 1714 and I have to share how happy we were. The room itself was lovely with a beautiful city view that we really enjoyed. What truly made the difference was the service from Mr. Nishan. He is a true asset to this hotel! His behavior was so respectful and friendly, and he handled everything with a smile. You can tell he really cares about his work. Thank you to the Furama team and especially Mr. Nishan for the hospitality!
