It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious, well-maintained rooms. The staff are incredibly humble and kind. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, yet they were thoughtful enough to arrange our room right away. It was my husband’s birthday, and I had requested a small arrangement for him. The hotel surprised us with a very pretty cake, which truly made our day. Their breakfast spread is wide and the food is really good. Overall, my experience at Furama Bukit was excellent. The location is great too. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to KL

Stayed here for one night (12th Nov) , for an event at Zeppkl across the road. Convenience and price was unbeatable! I had the best night sleep! Mattress was firm but but so so comfortable! I *think* we were upgraded.. Because I'm sure I booked a Deluxe Twin but somehow ended up with a room on the executive floor! The view was breathtakingly beautiful ❤️ I'm very very grateful and thankful for the upgrade and opportunity to experience the wonderful view from the higher floor. The furniture are old but well maintained. Service was great overall. Breakfast waa definitely hectic with the crowd at peak time but everyone did their best. We went a bit later closer to the end of breakfast but we still had plenty of food for us. The lady manning the egg station deserves an award for sure! We will most definitely be back if ever we have another event/concert at Zeppkl. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel say and charge you for 4 star category but the facilities provided and services of this hotel is like 2 star category. The front desk in hotel charge you extra money for 30 min early checking. For me there was person named Tofas he took 70 ringitt extra for giving me room. And he money in his pocket. Also the hotel doesn’t have staff to carry your baggages you have to carry your own luggage. Also house keeping is very poor. They don’t give you body lotion such a basic thing considering it a 4 star hotel. Stay away from this hotel it’s services are of 2 star.Also for breakfast no options for vegetarian people. Very poor hotel will not recommend to anyone.

Last min book this hotel online as we find the room is big and there are nice pool. The hotel and room might look a little bit run down but actually not tat bad. The aircon is strong and indeed the room size is hugh. The bath room also quite well maintained, water pressure is strong too. The hotel don't provide bottled water but there are water dispenser at each floor right at the lift lobby, just need to fill up. Might be inconvenient to some guest if ur room is far from the lobby. For the cost wise I think it's reasonable. There is a 24hrs convenient shop below the hotel, can purchase standard items like canned drinks, beers there. Hotel pool located at L3 are clean and nice, the breakfast cater for the guest are also not bad. Just need to avoid peak hour during breakfast, best timing is 7am - 8.30am. The hotel is located at a good location, across the road are shopping center connected via overhead bridge. And Berjaya Time Sqaure is also opposite the other side of the road, can head over by the small Alley. Across the Time square you can visit Alor Street, many streets food can be found there. Overall this hotel really not bad, can stay if u visit KL. We rode bike there, parking located at L2. Got to squeeze my big bike through the grantry, the open gap is just nice. If the hotel can make gap bigger then will be safer to the bikers.

Had a great stay here and thanks for the room upgrade. It's public transportation friendly as it's within 5-10 minutes of walking distance from the Imbi monorail station and you have access to Lalaport and Berjaya Times Square in the vicinity. Alternatively, you can walk all the way here too from the Hang Tuah LRT station through Lalaport (15-20 minutes) but I don't recommend it for first-timers My only qualms are that breakfast buffet could be better (the chicken curry smells bad and the coffee machine is broken) and if you're walking from the opposite shop houses area, the zebra crossing is a pain to cross as most Malaysian drivers wouldn't stop for you plus you need to walk all the way to the right to access the hotel (where the main entrance is or you can use the cafe's entrance). There's a shorter and nearer entrance to the left after a short flight of stairs but it will be locked Still I highly recommend this hotel if you're in KL for a business trip or holiday. A solid 4 star rating for Furama 😁
