As someone associated with AICPE, I travel frequently, and comfort, cleanliness and location are extremely important to me—this hotel delivered perfectly on all counts. The location of Furama Bukit Bintang is one of its biggest advantages. It is close to major attractions, shopping areas and food streets, making travel very convenient. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel offers a calm and peaceful stay environment. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds, neat linens, proper lighting and clean washrooms made the stay relaxing after long days of travel. Housekeeping was prompt and professional, ensuring everything remained fresh throughout the stay. The staff deserves special appreciation for their polite behaviour and helpful attitude. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team was always ready to assist with guidance and support. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang offers excellent value for money with great hospitality, comfort and prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to families, business travelers and tourists visiting Kuala Lumpur. A well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Just checking out from Room 1714 and I have to share how happy we were. The room itself was lovely with a beautiful city view that we really enjoyed. What truly made the difference was the service from Mr. Nishan. He is a true asset to this hotel! His behavior was so respectful and friendly, and he handled everything with a smile. You can tell he really cares about his work. Thank you to the Furama team and especially Mr. Nishan for the hospitality!

Our stay at Furama Hotel was quite disappointing due to poor service and lack of basic hospitality. Firstly, the hotel does not provide complimentary mineral water in the room and instead expects guests to fill water from a filter kept in the lobby, which is inconvenient for a hotel of this standard. Room cleaning and room service are provided only once every three days, which was not communicated clearly at the time of booking. The first room we were given was spacious, but it had an extremely strong smoky smell that was unbearable. When we raised this concern, we were offered another room that had an overpowering bleach and smoky odor as well. After reporting this again, the staff mentioned they would “check” the room and told us that no other rooms were available except these two. After escalating the issue to our travel agent and waiting at the reception for nearly two hours, we were finally given another room which was much better. Interestingly, this room and the lobby area near it were noticeably cleaner, which made us feel that the hotel was initially unwilling to provide a better room. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and guest care. We expected much better service and transparency from this hotel.

The good: No deposit when check in. The staff at the counter was very efficient and helpful. Gave me a free upgrade without asking for it. 2 key cards and aircond is cold. Room is clean and bed is quite comfy. 4 pillows were given and water dispenser is located outside the room. Water heater and amenities were good, no complaints. The bad: I can hear doors closing and slamming in my room but no biggie. Didn't have a good sleep maybe because the outside is bright albeit having a great view of KL. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations despite booking it at last minute and at a reasonably low price. The parking is free for guests, and so convenient to walk to lalaport and berjaya times square. They are less than 10 minutes walk away. I will definitely consider this place again when I need to stay a night in KL. Didn't even get to try out the pool and breakfast!

Furama Bukit Bintang is a very good 4-star hotel with excellent services. It is a family-friendly hotel and perfect for kids, as it offers a swimming pool, gym, and a dedicated play area. We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; however, the carpets need better cleaning, especially in some areas. Overall, the room quality was good and relaxing. Special thanks to Wanin, who was very cooperative and kind. She helped us by changing our room to one with a better view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also very good and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would recommend Furama Bukit Bintang for families and travelers looking for comfort and good service.
