Great pool bar, but mind the structural defects and the extra protein in the salad! A real mixed bag for our couples trip. The highlight was definitely our room location being at the end of the row gave us great direct access to the pool and the main terrace. The pool bar itself is fantastic, serving up brilliant alfresco snacks, burgers, and pasta. The rest of the resort, however, requires a fairly extensive maintenance overhaul. The general areas are looking incredibly tired: missing door frames, falling stair nosings, holes in the ceiling, and flaking paint everywhere. Our room door had clearly been forced open in a previous life (smashing the wardrobe glass and mirror along the way), leaving us with no lock keeper. The engineer fixed it, but then the key card reader died (mystery of the kicked-in door solved! 🫣). We had to use a physical key on the terrace doors for the whole trip. Housekeeping also pulled a disappearing act, using the broken lock as an excuse, so we had to stockpile our own toilet paper and towels to survive the week. Food in the main buffet is your standard all-inclusive setup, but beware of unexpected bones in the chicken. Also, give your salad a thorough inspection I accidentally ate half a family of unwanted critters before noticing them wandering around my plate! With some serious TLC, a hammer, and a salad washer, this could be a 4-star. For now, it lands at a 3.

Very disappointing stay, especially as I previously stayed here in 2023 and had an excellent experience, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, this visit was the of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. My first room had an overwhelming sewage smell so bad it woke me during the night and caused me to vomit. By morning, I also noticed black mould throughout the bathroom and bedroom walls. Despite reporting this at 7am, nobody came to assess the room until the following day, meaning I had to spend another night in those conditions. I was eventually moved rooms, but within 24 hours the same sewage smell returned. The fridge also did not work, which other guests said was a common issue throughout the hotel. The spa was closed for my entire 8-day stay due to refurbishment works, yet guests were not informed before arrival or at check-in. There were also exposed wires and broken tiles near the lifts, which felt unsafe. Housekeeping was extremely poor. My room was not cleaned during the entire stay, I had to reuse towels for almost a week, and when cleaners finally attended on the last day after I complained, rubbish was still left on the floor while my balcony door was left wide open, leaving my room full of insects and my belongings unsecured. The hotel overall felt neglected and nowhere near five-star standard. Pool areas remained dirty, food quality was repetitive and often cold, and mould appeared to be present in multiple rooms. Staff Laughed in my face when I was visible upset on the last day that my room was not cleaned. The only positive was the friendly bar staff and beautiful surrounding views. Sadly, what was once a lovely hotel now appears poorly managed, unhygienic, and in serious need of improvement. This hotel is extremely UNSAFE, DIRTY and UNHYGIENIC. Staff and rude and unfriendly (expect the bar staff). Do not book this hotel you will honestly end up regretting and ruining your holiday. This hotel should be reassessed as they currently operating like 2 star not a five star hotel. Many other beautiful hotels in the area you can book around oludeniz or hisaronu area which will have similar views.

My son and I stayed just one night before starting our hike along the Lycian Way. We thought we had an all inclusive package and a twin room. But arrived to find we had a double room (the hotel’s mistake) and were not all inclusive (our mistake). After some confusion with a member of staff on reception who didn’t have much English (and to be fair our Turkish is pretty much zero) we were well looked after by a super helpful gentleman who upgraded our room and allowed us to move to all inclusive for €20 each. The hotel was quiet in early May, but food was decent, although there were limited vegetarian options, pools were large and welcoming and rooms were clean and well equipped. The hotel is a little way out of town but has great views and is right by the Lycian way, so was perfectly located for what we needed.

Do not book this hotel. It is absolutely filthy and nowhere near a five-star standard. The pools are not just “closed” or “under maintenance” — they are dirty and unhygienic. I stayed for one week and not once did I see any of the three pools being cleaned. Half of the resort is also closed off due to refurbishment work. I have stayed in four-star hotels that were far better than this. Nothing here feels luxury. The entire resort feels neglected, untidy, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are dirty, old, and filthy. Even in the restaurant, you have to inspect every plate before using it because many of them do not look properly cleaned. The swimming pool does not work properly, the slide does not work, and if you want spa facilities, they send you to another hotel with only one transfer available per day at 10:30 AM. The hotel is also far up a hill, making it difficult to get anywhere without paying for taxis. The photos online are extremely misleading compared to reality. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for what is advertised as a five-star family resort. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here.

The worst hotel definitely not a 5 star i give it at max 2. The room is not clean smells horrible like a molded cucumber and never goes away. They don’t have a do not disturb label so whatever you do they will enter your room without a permission while you’re away. The curtains fell apart, the sheets are stained and the pillows in blue for decor i guess they never change or wash them and looks so dirty and black-ish, the stuff in the bathroom all empty packs of shower cap and etc. haha , you have a 20 min walk in the woods to reach the hotel if you don’t come with a car . Food is ok but the plates smells fishy. Insects everywhere, no elevator you have to carry all your bags all along the stairs :) hotel smells like vatika hair cream. Lastly they say its sea view but you barely can see it :) A nightmare never again!
