We had a lovely stay at the GF Isabel, we stayed 7 nights, 2 adults and our 3 year old twins. It is kept really clean, the room was tidied, beds made every morning, all the pool areas are well kempt, and are really nice areas to play with the kids and have some time to relax. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, plenty of different food, all very tasty. The 8pm mini disco was great for the kids really interactive and a good chance for them to have a dance! The added bonus was the kids club which was free to sign up to and use, it was lovely getting some time to relax while the kids played and were supervised.
A mention to Alvin who worked at dinner time he was always great with our twins, thanks.
Also to the Scottish lady(sorry we didn't get your name) who worked in the kids club and did the mini disco, KouKou move! She was excellent!!
Many Thanks for our stay GF Isabel, we will definitely be coming for another stay if we come to Tenerife again!

Great spacious two bed villa and lovely overall architectural design for the resort which made the place feel spacious, overlooked by the fabulous volcanic foothills behind.
Kids amenities are wonderful as are the Mini club staff- Adele, Alejandro and the two Marios made every effort to give our 3 yr old the best time and were fabulous- she still talks about them now!
The all inclusive food package was buffet style with all that this entails and wasn't our favourite aspect of the holiday, but everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. March 2025.
The food is wonderful. So much choice at breakfast and Dinner.
The staff are very friendly.
I took part in a dance session.
Both Adele and Alejandro were brilliant in teaching the dances.
They were very accommodating.
Very friendly too.
They are brilliant entertainers.
Adele was thinking of introducing Line dancing.
I think that the men would join in that type of dancing too.
A big thank you to the entertainment team.
Thank you everyone one at the Isobel hotel for making our holiday a pleasant one.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was generally very satisfied. A particular highlight was the excellent service at the reception. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with changing rooms, which I really appreciated.
One suggestion I have is to ensure that all rooms are properly adapted for guests with dogs. It would make stays even more comfortable for pet owners.
A small observation regarding the restaurant: it felt like a bit of a war zone during meals, with so many children running around. Perhaps a good solution would be to seat families with children on one side of the restaurant, closer to the kids’ menu area. This might create a calmer atmosphere for other guests. Just a thought!
All in all, I was very happy with my stay and would gladly return.

This is a large hotel with a range of accommodation options. We had a one bedroom bungalow which was spacious. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless and the housekeeping staff arrive every day to see if you want anything. The WiFi is great and consistently accessible.
It's a hotel for families and couples so no exuberant late night activity, which is great. The pool is the largest we've ever had in a hotel and immaculate: the only downside is it opens at 10.00. We prefer to swim first thing so a 9.00 am opening would be preferable. It was sad to see people changing their pool towels so often: it can't be good for the planet. There must be a better system. We can't comment on the food as we self-catered. Bar prices were reasonable for a 4 star hotel.
We've already booked for next year, so highly recommended.
