What a fantastic hotel. It was exactly what we were after and the staff were even better. A short walk towards the beach but not too close. The rooms were so spacious and very cosy, the housekeeping team do a great job of ensuring it's fresh for when you return later on in the day. The team on reception were all very helpful and friendly, there was not a problem they didn't try to help you with and make sure you always left with a smile. The restaurant/buffet team were fantastic, they operate such a smooth operation and you can really tell this from the moment you walk in. You are instantly greeted and lead to a table, if you require a highchair it is instantly sorted for you. All plates are cleaned away by the time you return with your next plate from the buffet. As for the food, that was faultless, always fresh and full of flavour. The kitchen staff put in a tremendous effort to ensure the food is topped up and fresh aswell, it was great. The pools were also well kept with lifeguards on hand. The children's splash pool was a lot of fun for our little one especially the slides. The big pool offers plenty of space for swimmers of all experience, the shallow end really is walk in for those who only want to wet their toes. This hotel is very well situated with several shops and outlets next door and across the road, should you want to do any shopping you won't need to go far. The beach really is a 10 minutes walk away down one road. Plus, if you want to visit Siam Park, there is a free bus that stops just across the road from the hotel so you can enjoy an amazing day out without the worry of travel plans. If we are to ever visit Tenerife again it will be to stay at this hotel. A fantastic experience that you should definitely try out.

This was a great hotel to use as a cycling base for the 3 of us. Bedroom was ample size with a fridge. Twin beds and sofa bed in the lounge was great. The room had a large balcony to sit out on. The restaurant buffet was busy but very efficient and the food much better than we were expecting. Fresh cooked fish and meats plus so many other choice’s to cater for all tastes. Breakfast choices offered fresh fruits, pastries, cold meats and cheeses as well as cooked too. Perfect for 3 hungry cyclists. Great hotel and staff. Very friendly and clean. Pool area looked great. Although the web site showed a bike store, this was not the case. However reception offered us the use of a locked store room and let us use this area on the ground floor to put the bikes in. Would definitely recommend and go back there again.

Lovely Hotel There were 10 of us three generations from 70 tp 3 This is a great hotel for children our grandchildren are from 3 to 7 and this hotel suited them fine Three pools are great and all were used used.Even the little slide pool loved by the 3 year old.zThe big pool was used by all the party. The hotel team had games of pool handball and mat running. Our 3 year old loved that and the children loved the inflatable. The shows ok to excellent, the TWO TENORS were great. The children's shows varied but the kids loved all the singalongs. The food had a great choice particularly salads. But a wide variety from cooked meats to pizza something for everyone. Drinks are reasonable. The hotel and bedrooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious and we had 3 of 4 roos in a cul de sac perfect for the kids. The beach is very accessible being a walk down the hill.Great for sandcastles. This hotel is highly recommended

Rooms were fairly dirty, maids didn't speak English, they never changed the bed, left the garbage on the counter, kitchen was not up to date, didn't get fresh towels, left dirty towels on the ground. Hotel it's self was large, clean, inviting, had lost of amenities, in a good location. Was put on the side where the Children's Playland was, you'd think when booking rooms, they wouldn 't put 2 adults on that side of the resort. They pinched every dollar from you that they could. I missed breakfast 3 times which was included and when I went for lunch the one day you'd think they would have said we will comp your lunch since you missed breakfast but instead made me pay telling me it was going to be 25 euros and when I went to pay it was 70 euros equally $150 CAD. It was never explained that it was 25 euros a person or that I had to pay for my drinks separate. I told two managers of this issue and they refused to do anything about it. I asked for a late check out and they refused telling me they were booked meanwhile I sat in the lobby on my departure day for 12 hours and only saw 4 people check in and atleast 50 people check out. You'd think if I'm sitting in the lobby for 12 hours and no late check out you'd atleast offer me a glass of water and no I had to pay. They nickle and dime you for everything they can not caring the cost. When they say it's all in-clusive for those with the package, it's not you can only have 2 drinks a day. It's a scam in general to go to Tenerife.

Amazing value. Excellent service. Spotless clean. Gardens well maintained. Large spread out site so never feels crowded. My only complaint is it is hard to find your way. It’s a big complex and there are no maps up on the walls to show where you are and what lifts to use if you are unable to use stairs. Could easily be resolved by putting signs up next to each lift showing where this one goes and where the other lifts are if you need to go to a different place. Great animation team who ran free activities with enthusiasm every day. Bingo, exersize classes etc including some games I had never seen before. Plus there is free activities you can use including pool & table tennis tables, darts and small mini golf. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Yes I agree with the other review that the sausages are not great but the eggs and egg dishes were fine. And there was big selection of breads, fruit etc. Location is slightly inland and like most hotels here does require walking down and back up the steep hill to the beach. But there is supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby. I must confess to trying the Elvis impersonation in bar next door which was fun!
