This is a large hotel with a range of accommodation options. We had a one bedroom bungalow which was spacious. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless and the housekeeping staff arrive every day to see if you want anything. The WiFi is great and consistently accessible. It's a hotel for families and couples so no exuberant late night activity, which is great. The pool is the largest we've ever had in a hotel and immaculate: the only downside is it opens at 10.00. We prefer to swim first thing so a 9.00 am opening would be preferable. It was sad to see people changing their pool towels so often: it can't be good for the planet. There must be a better system. We can't comment on the food as we self-catered. Bar prices were reasonable for a 4 star hotel. We've already booked for next year, so highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was generally very satisfied. A particular highlight was the excellent service at the reception. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with changing rooms, which I really appreciated. One suggestion I have is to ensure that all rooms are properly adapted for guests with dogs. It would make stays even more comfortable for pet owners. A small observation regarding the restaurant: it felt like a bit of a war zone during meals, with so many children running around. Perhaps a good solution would be to seat families with children on one side of the restaurant, closer to the kids’ menu area. This might create a calmer atmosphere for other guests. Just a thought! All in all, I was very happy with my stay and would gladly return.

Had a great holiday at this hotel. Rooms nice size, cleaned well and regularly. Quiet Pool area lovely with comfortable beds. Stayed self catering so can't comment on food etc, however loads of good restraunts and bars within easy walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.

Overall a good experience. I love the layout of the hotel, because it has lots of small dwellings it doesn't have that awful tower block overlooking the from every view that many hotels have. Rooms were lovely and clean. We did have an issue with a cockroach but they came and get it very quickly and sprayed the area too. Kitchen isn't very well equipped. Only one knife. Not much cupboard space to store food. Staff have all been very friendly and helpful. We were bed and breakfast, breakfast had great options available. I only have 2 issues which will stop us from returning. 1st being location as it's up a very steep hill, and also isn't east getting a taxi when near the beachfront. 2nd is the bungalows itself. Unfortunately the one we got had no sun for most of the day. just a little slither of sun after 2pm enough for a chair to fit in. No sun loungers on terraces either. I would happily pay extra to guarantee a sun with a sun terrace. But this doesn't seem to be an option. That is our main reason we won't be returning.

We love staying at GF Isabel.. this was our 3 rd time at the hotel . Our son has autism . The hotel accommodates his needs really well. All the staff are very friendly especially the housekeepers . This is the 2 nd time that we had Melissa cleaning our bungalow. She’s is so lovely and does an amazing job. She even makes towel flowers 😊😊 We can’t wait to be back again. The following are included in the GF Isabel all-inclusive package:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant
  • Drinks served with lunch and dinner, including water, juices, soft drinks, beer, red, white and rose wine. A 40 per cent discount will be applied to other drinks.
  • Picnics (must be reserved before 8pm the day before)
  • Snacks and drinks at the pool bar from 10am to 6pm. Snacks include cakes, ice cream, fruit and pastries, with hot, self-service buffet snacks, including hotdogs and burgers available from 12noon to 5pm.
  • Drinks (as above) and ice cream from Bar Zumeria (10am to 6pm), Bar Tarcoronte (9am to 12midnight), Bar Isabel (6pm to12midnight summer) and Bar Salon (6pm to 12midnight winter)
  • Entertainment
