Our stay at Granada was unfortunately far from the 5-star experience we expected. The service was shockingly poor, and it was clear that the management struggled with basic communication. This was most evident when we requested towels after using the pool; we were told they were out and would have to return after an hour. This is unacceptable for a supposedly high-standard resort.
Adding to our discomfort, the room setup was not what we anticipated. Instead of proper bedding, we were given a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The regular beds were no better, leading to restless nights for all of us.
The only redeeming factor was the kids’ pool, which the children enjoyed. However, even that couldn’t make up for the other issues we encountered.
The food was a major disappointment. There was a lack of variety, with the same dishes being served every day. For a 5-star resort, especially one in Turkey, you would expect a showcase of the rich Turkish cuisine, but it fell completely flat. Moreover, if you have any food allergies, beware. There were no clear signs indicating what the dishes or desserts contained, making it a risky experience for those with dietary restrictions.
To make matters worse, some areas of the resort had a lingering, unpleasant odor that made certain places almost unbearable. Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it.

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed each morning. There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day.
We also enjoyed the spa. It was very relaxing, and even though we didn’t go for a lot of treatments, just spending time there was a nice way to unwind.
The food was really good too. There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay.
Overall, Granada Belek offered everything we needed for a great holiday
...comfortable rooms, good food, lots of activities, and a nice balance of relaxation and fun. It’s a great choice if you're looking for a mix of both!

Overall there was a good experience, but maybe due to the fact that there are a lot of visitors they quite lack personnel and they have some problems in this direction. Another problem is that they have bad English and they never really understand what you are saying. Also, in this resort it is better to try and search all the places for yourself because there are some good spots that they don't mention it as a recommendation. Fore example, they have a good cocktail bar which is kept private, unless you find it. Or, for example, at the main restaurant they have some "hidden" gems kept quite undercover, so you get stuffed with the general food before. At the pool you have to wake up early to catch a free spot for the pools. The night shows are nice, they have good shows. Again, overall the experience has been nice. I wouldn't repeat it because I'm not the type to this type of resort, but it is a great place for families, especially those with kids.
A very good surprise was at the top outdoor bar where we had some really nice cocktails, some specials made by ZELIHA, which was very nice and very easy to get along with. Since we met her we only asked her to make our cocktails.

Worst hotel I've ever been in Turkey. I mean it's not an ugly hotel but the services, the staff and the drinkings are hilarious. First of all it says ultra all inclusive, but the only international alcohol is Red Label Whiskey and Havana Rum. The sodas are not in a can, they are like in McDonald's made out of a pasta. The cleaning is not well done, bed sheets are a bit dirty. The air conditioning system is broken. Most of the days the water fell from the ceiling, and the staff made me wait 2 hours until someone came. In the first day the card from the door didn't work, and we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to be fixed. I can't talk about the food, the food is excellent and you have a wide variety to choose from. The Maldives Area which is 18+ is beautiful and very quiet. The pools are nice and the waterpark is great. Would I come here again? Never in my life.

Don't normally write reviews but seeing the bad reviews has made me want to write this, the hotel is amazing, loads to do for the kids, water park, kids club, funfair, 5 a side football at 4pm everyday which is refereed, food is great. Service is 5 out of 5. Wish I booked for longer now I'm here, !! We will definitely be coming back in the near future.
