Perfect resort for kids. Clean, with amazing pool facilities (even if the water temp could be higher). The entertainment provided is first class, both during the day poolside and at night. Food is well varied and made for those with families, even offering a toastie service at 11.30pm. Ala Carte dining is a must, but be sure to starve yourselves beforehand. Staff were great and rooms cleaned daily.

Before coming here i read all the recent bad reviews, and it made me feel very scared to come here as i thought i made mistake booking here. But after staying here 4 days i loved it, i would happily come back again. The staff were all ok and friendly, some staff don't understand much english but still managed to communicate with us as best as possible The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in, everything gold and marble everywhere, loved the glass elevators, our rooms were very big, we was expecting 2 bed room, but ended up with a extra spare bedroom and bathroom which was really good haha, the rooms themselves were clean enough and looked nice, our view wasn't the best as it was just the front of the hotel haha, but its ok, theres plenty of plug sockets all around, loads of extra free stuff to use, fridges with few cans in and water, and a few snacks, they were never refilled once during our stay, but it is what it is, we just used the bars and drink stations all day, the beds were comfy enough, the ac was very good and cold, the tv channels were ok, the bathrooms were decent but did smell like sewage sometimes, i liked the toilets having bidets built in, very nice, overall very good, the food options were ok, the buffet had a lot of items on it during lunch hours 6:30pm - 9pm, but the late night one very limited thats something they should improve on, and the outside food most of the same food as in the buffet but was ok, i liked the fact i could get a drink from anywhere in the hotel as there was so many stations everywhere haha, i didn't get no food poisoning however we did find the chicken was pink inside a few times, so we didnt eat it, so please do cook them a bit more thoroughly, soft drinks were nice, glasses do need better cleaning or plastic cups needs to be available at all times if people want to use them. The pools were nice, not too crowded the sun loungers were very crowded hard to find seat sometimes, but the pool wasn't crowded. Pools were freezing cold, but after like 30 mins u get used to it. The indoor pool wasn't very clean i could see the dirt floating that needs better cleaning please. The entertainment was ok i went to watch beyonce show was very good but very hard to get a seat, and when i find seat it is very sticky and dirty. No one in hotel was pesturing me like they have in other hotels i have stayed in to buy stuff, like massages and tours, they ask you once, if u say no they go away, this is very good, the hotel is very big so be prepared to walk around but this is good also made it nice so it lives up to the grand name haha. Arcade was decent but a bit pricey. I will be back decent place for a short stay

This review differs to the one I posted on Trip Advisor with the hotels Guest Relations lady standing over me, taking photos and ensuring I gave a 5-star review after 24 hours on the property. The hotel is OK, not bad but not amazing either. Although it felt like living in a UK style shopping centre, the room was functional for the 3 of us but offered no privacy which is becoming more important now that my child is 10. Even the bathroom had a big window where everything going on in there (everything :( ) could be observed. The rotary dial to adjust the blind was broken and did nothing. Sadly, the only English-speaking channel on the TV was the BBC news which is a departure from other hotels I have been to where they at least have a kid’s channel or 2 for the odd rainy spell (which we did have) The pool areas were superficially nice although when swimming with goggles on you could see the pool was dirty, the grout between the tiles had a lot of black stuff on it. The activities around the pool were fun, the daily exercise activities were brilliant although, puzzlingly, there were times when the afternoon aqua run and the foam parties excluded children which did lead to some poolside tears from several kids that I could see. The main restaurant, on the initial visit had a lot of choice although as the week wore on you came to realise it was the same food every night, and nothing there blew my socks off. The pool side snack bars were reasonable, all you can eat kebabs, burgers, pizza, fish, chicken, fruit and salad. Best pool side offering I have ever encountered by some margin! We did also try the Turkish A la carte restaurant one evening but it was the same food from the snack bars but brought to you, it was very disappointing. Additionally, as an allergy sufferer, it was very good that the menu called out everything with easy-to-understand symbols. Unfortunately, as they put dishes on the table, they were unable to tell me what any of them were so I could match it to the menu and know what I could safely eat. The waitress tried with one then shrugged her shoulders and walked away leaving me to avoid the starters completely. During the trip one member of the party became very very unwell leading to us needing the bathroom cleaned. We communicated this to the cleaning staff as they were right outside the door in the morning and we did our best to say that while there was a person in the room, they would move to the balcony. Unfortunately, it took 8 hours for them to actually clean the room and this was done to a low standard. They made the bed, swept the floor but despite us explaining that the bathroom needed attention, remnants of the illness were still present and as I was now thoroughly fed up with the hotel staff at that point, I did the rest myself. Very poor service, like the pool, I came to realise the cleaning was superficial. We visited their beach and took a Kabana. The service there was beyond fantastic, we were very looked after and it was the most relaxed I have been in a long long time!! I would highly recommend that if you are able, you will not be disappointed. Lastly, the Entertainment in the evenings… This was very good, we saw the circus, the motorbikes in the cage and the Black Swan dance show and they were all really entertaining. These were very good. The only downside to that is that before the shows, they were hawking 10 Euro Bingo Cards and you had to sit through that if you were not playing if you wanted a good seat for the show. I don’t think we would go back, there was noting really attention grabbing for us. Coupled with the complete shambles that is Antalya airport I don’t see Turkey on our horizon again. Even with the anti-tourism protests ongoing in the Canary Islands I feel more welcome there than I did with the staff running that airport!

Returned last week from the worst holiday experience of my life. Sickness for me and my son, who had to be admitted to hospital on our final day. They wouldn’t let my daughter (15) in the ambulance so the hotel doctor told me she should stay in the hotel and they would take care of her. They didn’t. They tried to kick her out at 11.30pm on her own, despite her father and On the Beach trying to arrange and pay for a room for the night. The next day Guest Services stonewalled us. It was horrific. I wasn’t aggressive or shouting just upset and they called security to remove me. In the end a lovely Love Holidays rep (not our travel agent) intervened having been so shocked at how I was being treated. He ordered and paid for a transfer to the airport for us as the one I had booked had been missed the day before. Since returning to the UK the sickness has been diagnosed as Giardia, a waterborne parasite. The pools in this hotel are not clean and the Turquoise Bar smells so unclean. Google “Grand Luxury Belek + illness”. That should tell you everything you need to know. There are real horror stories, many linked to the pools. Please please don’t book it. There wasn’t a day we were there when someone wasn’t distraught at Guest Services. The staff are vile and simply don’t care and the hotel is actually dangerous. There are much better hotels in the area. I am making a claim for compensation via Irwin Mitchell. I am absolutely not a serial complainer and usually just put up with minor grumbles but the way the doctor at the hospital rolled her eyes when we told her where we had stayed told me everything I needed to know about its reputation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Great for Families with Kids! We stayed at Granada Luxury Belek for 4 nights as a family (2 adults and 2 children), and overall, it was a fantastic experience. On the first night, we had a standard land view room in the main hotel building. The water park and aqua park are located on the other side of the resort, connected through an underground tunnel – very convenient and safe for families. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities. On the second day, we upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit near the water park, which was nicely built and perfect for families. However, the beds were a bit small – more like queen-size instead of king-size – and the AC didn’t work on the first day, but the staff fixed it promptly and even compensated us, which was appreciated. The food was exceptional – a wide variety of options with a new menu every day. You’ll never get bored with the food here – everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ensuring we were comfortable. There are plenty of activities for kids and adults within the resort, and the location is great – Belek city center is nearby, and Land of Legends is just 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and entertaining stay in Antalya
