This hotel deserves a 5 star! The hotel itself is luxurious, offers various meals throughout the day and the staff are friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are amazing. The location might not be ideal especially if you want to be close to the beach. This hotel is close to the Land of Legends (10 mins by car). My room was very clean and spacious. The lift was easy and quick to arrive. The mojitos at the bar were generous portions and unlimited for hotel residents. Overall, I had an amazing relaxing stay at this hotel and definitely recommend it especially if you're going to relax with family even if is for few days.

HIDEOUS HIDEOUS ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS! Wanna be attacked by two cats? Come here Wanna made uncomfortable and probably harassed? Come here Wanna be ripped off? Come here Wanna spend over 5k for 6 days? Come here The food here is simply hideous! The room is simply 2 star at best! My son first day was bit by a sick ill cat that came out of know where to attack our family! The useless staff just stood there and the guest regulation was useless and sent us to a private hospital in which we had to pay over 300 pounds for over 5 injections! The design maybe 5 star but the accommodations and drinks and so called ‘inclusive 5 star hotel’ is absolutely morbid! This ain’t no hero hotel this is a zero hotel! The bar and the snack were closed for most of the days! 90% of the activity was closed due to ‘weather issue’. I was sweating my ass off for 6 days as normal temperatures reach over 25 degree. Guest regulation team was useless as they failed to help with any situation I had. All medical problems about the trip were sent to an expensive private hospital! Have fun being rip off! Our stay at Granada was unfortunately far from the 5-star experience we expected. The service was shockingly poor, and it was clear that the management struggled with basic communication. This was most evident when we requested towels after using the pool; we were told they were out and would have to return after an hour. This is unacceptable for a supposedly high-standard resort. Adding to our discomfort, the room setup was not what we anticipated. Instead of proper bedding, we were given a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The regular beds were no better, leading to restless nights for all of us. The only redeeming factor was the kids’ pool, which the children enjoyed. However, even that couldn’t make up for the other issues we encountered. The food was a major disappointment. There was a lack of variety, with the same dishes being served every day. For a 5-star resort, especially one in Turkey, you would expect a showcase of the rich Turkish cuisine, but it fell completely flat. Moreover, if you have any food allergies, beware. There were no clear signs indicating what the dishes or desserts contained, making it a risky experience for those with dietary restrictions. To make matters worse, some areas of the resort had a lingering, unpleasant odor that made certain places almost unbearable. Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it.

AVOID ESPECIALLY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN Was here just under a year ago with my wife and baby daughter. She fell ill within the first 2days of arriving with vomiting and diarrhea. We as parents soon followed. But the lack of care shown from the front desk was atrocious, an under 1year old to be in such a state and they did not care. When seeing the hotel 'medic' it was money money money!!! Not the care of a child!! How is this hotel 5stars?? If you are from the UK this is a 3star hotel at best! The rooms are disgusting, the food hall is worse than a school canteen, pools smell of piss, staff over worked and exhausted. The only positive was room keepers coming to change our bedsheets a 100 times due to our baby throwing up all the time. The 5star reviews are either fake or written by people who have never stayed at a nice hotel. AVOID ESPECIALLY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN!!!!!

I cannot recommend this hotel for those seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday. Firstly they keep deleting my review. Secondly, when I gave the feedback to the customer service supervisor Melek she was very rude and unprofessional and told me the manager said we can’t do anything for you go to the police😳 The in-house tour holiday assistant, Hoseyin, misled us into booking activity packages that turned out to be scams. He charged each of us, including the children, £30 for a night show, presenting enticing pictures and videos. Upon arrival, we discovered it was a free public fountain show at the Land of Legends shopping center, nothing like the promotional materials he showed us. The second activity was a city tour with a guide named Ehsan, with Hoseyin permission, Ehsan took us to specific shops leather club we agreed the price in € he said we will charge you the amount in TL and charged us 2000TL more when we receive the bank transaction we went back for refund the manager refused to refund new item purchased two hours ago and Ehsan was shouting at us and threatening us if you don’t come back to the car we will leave you, clearly aiming for commissions from our purchases, which made us uncomfortable. After taking our money, Hussain became unresponsive to our calls—a highly unprofessional conduct, especially for a five-star hotel. This experience has left me regretting our trip; it will be our first and last time visiting Turkey.
