Stayed for 10 days in September and what a fab place. Excellent choice of good quality food, pool areas very clean with tasteful fun games at family pool area. All staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to surrounding areas with bus stop just outside the hotel, very cheap and staff on board to help you get to where you want to go. Thank you for such a great holiday x

This hotel os great. It’s an all inclusive, but with a very high standard of service. The staff is kind and helpful, the food is amazing and the top quality service really deserve a 5 star!

Had a lovely one week holiday here at the start of June. Myself, wife and two kids (8 and 4), all absolutely loved the hotel. I honestly can't think of anywhere else I've been abroad that was so clean and tidy! It was spotless!
We were all inclusive and found the food at all meal times to be delicious, hot and fresh. It was also nice having the options of eating at the pool bar or other bars.
Our room was lovely - a family room, with air con, clean and spacious. It was located close to the newly revamped kids fun pool which our two couldn't get enough of! Our 8 year old also loved the big slides on the waterpark!
We all had an unforgettable weeks holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

All inclusive* (*from 10:30 to 22:30)
The hotel overall is good, could be great but there is just too much unnecessary annoyance especially bad micromanaging and it's more suited for families or older people.
Good:
-food is fantastic: fresh, seasoned, not boring, no overcooked veg and overall a decent selection of local and international food. One of the best buffet I had. A la card is even slightly better. Poolbar is limited but fresh.
-quite a selection of drinks and cocktails
-room is fine. slightly too big for a 2p apartment and old fashioned but clean with a quite AC. There a rollers on side by side bed (for easier cleaning maybe?) which is quite annoying. Outlets are somewhat limited.
- 4 pools (main, kids, relaxed, slides) with plenty beach chairs (saltwater like most pools on creta, slide pools is fresh water)
-bars with coffee, branded softdrinks, ice cream and even fresh cocktails (fresh lime/lemon/mint)
-you need to take a transit to the beach but it's not far and will transfer you every 15 mins or faster. Apparently the beach chairs are free for hotel guests but we didn't known and just stayed for an hour because it was quite windy that day
Bad:
-micromanaging everywhere: you have to wait to get in the dining area, you have to wait to get seated by another guy, you have to wait to order drinks by a third waiter... You get used to it but why?
-you can't get water anywhere by yourself exept for the lobby. You have to order it at brakefast, lunch and dinner (juice you can get by yourself). For lunch and diner waterbottles are possible but you can't get a bottle at breakfast, just tiny glasses. You have to ask the person at the pool bar afterwards, but the pool bar is closed till 10:30. The bar after dinner..... Why... Just why.
And it doesn't stop there: after 22:30 you have to pay for all drinks, even for water even if you booked all inclusive but there are no prices anywere.
-free WiFi is useless, paid WiFi in 2024...
Weird:
-there is a bar area at every pool exept for the relaxe pool
-the bigger pool bar is next to the kids pool
-not sure if the "snack bar"(pay) is even staffed, never saw anyone no staff nor guests there. No real reason if you can get most of the stuff cheaper or for free at the other ones.
-the Italian restaurant is fine but just a small upgrade compared to the good buffet. And the wine selection is more limited.
-you get a damn lid with every cup of water (or softdrink).. You have to ask to get one without and even then some of the stuff refuses. (cocktails, beer and wine are fine without for some reason). Sustainability have not arrived at the hotel
