Incredible Family Escape – Pools, Beach, and Pure Relaxation! Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali was absolutely world-class! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the lush, tropical grounds and the incredible service, but the highlights for us were definitely the amenities. The pools are hands-down some of the best we’ve ever experienced—there are so many to choose from, and each has its own unique vibe. A huge shoutout to the Kriya Spa as well; after a long day of exploring, the hot tub there was pure heaven. It’s such a serene, beautifully designed space that makes you feel a world away from everything. The location is also unbeatable. Being right on the beach made our mornings so easy and scenic. For families, this place is a dream—my son spent half his time at the sand volleyball court on the beach. He absolutely loved it, and it was such a great way for him to stay active and meet other kids while we relaxed nearby. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of luxury and family-friendly fun in Nusa Dua, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice, but quite expensive for what you get. We had a king bed with club access room. Would have been great to have the minibar already stocked and perhaps some biscuits or something to have with the tea and coffee. Breakfast and dinner at the club lounge and other restaurants within the resort were very nice. Lots of options to try. Staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to adjust our booking several times to better address our needs. An expansive and very beautiful resort with fantastic beach and pool facilities. Even with signs everywhere, we got lost almost every single day. Fortunately there were staff everywhere to help us find our way. Awesome waterslide that our whole family has enjoyed. Definitely the highlight of my time in Bali - Would have been 5 stars, but feel let down by what is provided in our room versus how much money we spent.

Beautiful resort. Lots of activity for the whole family. Great amenities. Extremely well maintained. Great variety. Food was superb and the staff so helpful and friendly. They even have a full time clinic with 2 doctors on call who helped my child within 30 mins and sorted eveything out with a smile on their faces. The best resort I've had the pleasure of going to.

We are Japanese, and we spent seven days at this hotel at the end of the year. It was truly a wonderful stay. We spent long hours in the Grand Club both in the mornings and evenings, and it was extremely comfortable and relaxing. ARINI’s beautiful smile and sincere service, as well as KRISMA’s warm and thoughtful hospitality, left a particularly strong impression on us. When we accidentally left an item by the poolside, JANU kindly collected it and took care of everything for us, for which we were truly grateful. The activities organized by the Bay Club were also very enjoyable. During the coconut leaf handicraft activity, EKA and ADI took great care of us, and EKA’s Balinese dance class was such a precious experience that we believe everyone should try it at least once. In addition, ADE from housekeeping always cleaned our room perfectly, and we were delighted by the small, thoughtful towel dolls he made for us. Returning to our room after it had been cleaned was always something we looked forward to.

Our stay at the Bali Grand Hyatt was a really great experience. The hotel is very family-friendly and especially suitable for those travelling with kids. We loved the Club Member benefits — the value was excellent, with breakfast included, daytime refreshments, evening drinks, and great food overall. The spa, sauna, and exclusive club members’ pool were also fantastic and added to the experience. A wonderful stay, especially if you’re travelling as a family.
