Our recent stay at Grand Hyatt Bali was nothing short of exceptional! The warm, friendly staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ready to assist. While our room seemed a bit dated, it was spacious enough for our family of four, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate adults and kids comfortably. The kids adored the play area and pool, while we appreciated the serene spa and stunning views from the balcony. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby attractions such as the Bali Collection, adding convenience to the comfort. We had a wonderful time and a genuinely 5-star experience, and everything about this hotel is top-notch, from the facilities to the overall experience. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return for another stay!

It was my first time visiting Nusa Dua and staying at one of the resorts, and I have to say—it was pretty amazing. The resort has direct access to a quiet yet lively beach. After checking in, we had to walk quite a distance from the main reception—the resort is huge! They have multiple pools and a great gym. My favorite part? The kids' club. It was fantastic because parents aren't allowed inside—the staff takes care of the kids and plays with them. My 9- and 5-year-olds had a blast and absolutely loved it. Too bad the complimentary session is only for two hours; after that, you have to pay extra. Our bedroom was spacious, and it even had a large sofa bed where the kids could sleep comfortably. The car park is quite far, but the resort provides a shuttle to take you back and forth. However, you might need to wait for it. The resort itself looks a bit old, but it's well maintained. We skipped the breakfast because it was quite expensive. One minor complaint: some basic amenities you'd expect in a 5-star hotel—like a shaving kit—weren't provided in the room and had to be requested. Also, they offer a free family photo session, but it's usually fully booked for the day of your stay. All in all, we loved our stay, though we do think there's room for improvement.

Great resort for families, offers all you need for a few days. Two areas for improvement: - proper quality drinking water should not be a mission impossible for Hyatt - child-friendly restrooms in common areas would be a valuable addition, making it easier for families with young kids. Excellent service and location.

I had a wonderful 5-day, 4-night stay at Grand Hyatt Bali Nusa Dua during my retreat. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ready to assist. The food is delicious, with a variety of mouth-watering options. The room was also spotless, and the bed sheets smelled amazing. Truly a 5-star experience! Everything about this hotel is top-notch, from the facilities to the overall experience. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort and tranquility.

On behalf of my family of 10, we’d like to thank grand Hyatt for their hospitality and kindness over the past 16 days we have stayed there. The diversity of different restaurants, multiple pools, staff that go above and beyond is just some of the assets this beautiful hotel possesses. Above all, it’s the smile on each and every staff member that welcomes you ever so kindly each morning & evening. When I think of the grand Hyatt I think of the grand and exceptional friendliness and warmth that the Balinese people possess. We will really miss that. Thank you so much for hosting us.
