Absolutely amazing resort with a beautiful beach front. Perfect for a relaxing holiday without gadgets and media. Loved the wide choice of restaurants and close proximity to Bali collection. The staff were so polite, kind and always ready to help! Extremely safe for solo female travellers. Loved every bit of my stay here.

Rooms show signs of wear but still clean and comfortable.
Resort is huge and lot of activities. The place lack pool for younger kids. They have tiny basin for toddler otherwise all pools are at least 1.2m deep.
For tweens they can’t go to kids club and they can’t go to fitness centre. They do have an activity room but would like more options for this age group too.

The Grand Hyatt is a lovely resort with a range of pools, a few great restaurants, and lovely and very helpful staff. The resort attracts a lot of children but their is one pool where you can enjoy some quiet. I was travelling with my elderly mum who relied on the buggy transport to get around. An extension of operating hours would have been helpful. Also I am not sure on pool etiquette but babies were in the water without nappies which is not ideal. I appreciate that I need to look for a resort in the future that does not include children in the deals for free so that there is a more balanced patronage.

It's large and has many blocks on the premises with plenty of facilities for travellers to enjoy without leaving the grounds. However, the rooms (been here twice but stayed at different wings) are dated, probably need a huge design refresh. The room I stayed in this time had a non-existent lock for the screen door, the cushioned seating area (a corner of the room) needed refreshing badly, and the lever for blinds to the bathroom was not working. Other than that, service was impeccable, though. You'll see smiling staff who are ever willing to offer their service if you appear a little lost.
Of special mention is the Garden Cafe - great spread of breakfast and short walk away to the pool and beach.

Great value 7 nights with Luxury Escapes. Good airport pickups, very professional, courteous & helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants & light snack meals available with our 3 meals daily. Enjoyable complimentary massage for 2.
