Okay. It’s definitely not 5 star but don’t let that put you off. I am British. The British have a reputation and I am not one of those. The British when it comes to culture have no idea as most eat processed food and live simple lives. Spoke to one fat British guy yesterday who told me he is a chef and thinks the food here is rubbish. I can assure you it is not. The main restaurant serves a massive variety of home cooked tasty food. It’s all accompanied with unlimited salads, sauces, breads, condiments, vegetables and anything else you can think of. I am currently in the main buffet restaurant and had a lovely meal or perfectly cooked meats and vegetables. No issues here.
Overall the whole report is perfectly fine for a relaxing getaway. Ignore all negative reviews. The rooms are good, the shower is so powerful that it’s massages you, the alcohol is endless. What’s not to like for this price? Sometimes I am embarrassed to be English.

We had amazing holiday at Gypsophila club marine hotel. Lovely room with balcony. Service was lovely everywhere, food nice, different variety dishes. The best thing I will mention is kid's club. The girls are doing amazing job with kids. Our daughter 7 years old loved it with different activities for kids.
Joga,face painting,art and craft, painting t-shirt or a bag,horse riding,aqua gym, cooking,evening show,watching film, etc
Entertainment was brilliant different themes every night. We loved our stay and highly recommend 🤗

Great resort with an amazing outside area, lots of vegetation, cleaned and maintained daily.Lots of cats, some ducks and some chicks running around. You don't get the feeling that you are staying in a large resort but in a secluded private area on a tropical island. The rooms are large but worn out, they could do with some improvements especially the bathrooms. The food was plenty, good, fresh with daily BBQ at dinner. Restaurant staff were hard working. Good entertainment programme, lots of activities for kids so it's great for families. I would reccomend!!

A nice modest hotel, the staff is attentive and polite. The food buffet has a lot of variety but it is not very tasty. The cocktails are made in a very amateurish way. The snack bar food is nice and tasty. The beach is made of stones, definitely get a pair of beach shoes.

Where to start. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means, more so a 3 star if that, with the biggest issues around TERRIBLE and limited food, bedrooms, rock solid mattresses and almost non existent customer service.
Food - paid for All Inclusive and couldn't enjoy even one meal, not breakfast, lunch dinner or midnight snack. All of the food is catered to Eastern Europeans namely Russian cuisine. I do not expect to visit Turkey and have 0 turkish food available. Sadly there were barely any continental or british options either.. a few crossaints that had a weird taste. ALL FOOD had a funny taste.
General food available consisted of boiled eggs, peas, cabbage, olives in nasty brine (no olive oil), loads of soft cheese and cold cuts for breakfast (see pics). Other meals followed the same trend.
As a British couple, we couldn't find ANYTHING EDIBLE sadly and had to venture out to eat every day, despite paying for All Inclusive.
Bartenders were not trained in cocktail making. Don't bother order any..
The beds were rock solid. I do not expect 2 single beds with rock solid matresses pushed together as a double in a 5 star hotel.
The room was dusty, wasn't cleaned to a 5 star standard (mirrors not polished, water stains and Limescale in bathroom, shower head broken, bin broken, dirty kettle from 1950s, dirty stains on desk, cushions etc
There was 0 customer service. The receptionist with short red/brown hair was rude, abrasive and unhelpful when asking for simple things like where to change money or travel advice.
Positive - lovely rep from easy jet and tourism reps in the hotel. They were helpful with getting taxis and arranging excursions. One person did offer a free al a cart meal if we leave a good hotel review (that explains the good reviews then..)
Nice views on the beach and the grounds itself are pleasant and that's about it.
This hotel caters to Russian/ Eastern European guests only with no inclusivity of other cultures, even their own Turkish culture and cuisine. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING!!! Do not recommend.
