A nice modest hotel, the staff is attentive and polite. The food buffet has a lot of variety but it is not very tasty. The cocktails are made in a very amateurish way. The snack bar food is nice and tasty. The beach is made of stones, definitely get a pair of beach shoes.

We had amazing holiday at Gypsophila club marine hotel. Lovely room with balcony. Service was lovely everywhere, food nice, different variety dishes. The best thing I will mention is kid's club. The girls are doing amazing job with kids. Our daughter 7 years old loved it with different activities for kids.

I will start with a positive because they are some, even if they very few unfortunately. The gardens and vegetation are fantastic. The huge diversity of trees and flowers are really beautiful. The sea is clear and temperature is very nice despite of the late season of October. Family suites are very well configurated with the connecting door and a beautiful balcony. I would like to thank you again Emine and her friend for helping me rescue a baby cat which was about to die. They were concerned, reactive, helpful and very kind.
I am very regretful however that there were so many disappointing aspects . The food was every day the same and low quality . For instance the ice cream are pure glucose so it pulls strings when eating them (while it was not eatable for us, it was fun for the children! 🤣) also hygiene is discutable, we found hairs in some desserts… The rooms were dusty when we arrived and the cleaning every day is very basic. I would highly suggest to invest in hoover instead of using straw broom which left more dust as it removed... :( Also to note the discomfort of the beds while we are actually not used to high quality matress, the ones at Gypsophilia are painful. In addition, the hotel is extremely loud and prices are highly exaggerated for Chicha and pool table for example. This was the origin of a big misunderstanding. The personal told us that pool table costs ”one fifty” we understood “1,50 € which was pretty cheap therefore we asked again for confirmation and we signed the bill without paying attention about the amount indicated on it. When checking out I’ve been asked to pay €30. I explained the situation and that we would never rent pool table for this price, however the personal at the hotel didn’t show any understanding. I would find it fair for all of us to find the midway and agree on 15 € but they refused any compromise and gesture, they prevented the taxi driver drivers to the airport until we’ve paid the 30 Euros. They brought us an “army” of people to apply pressure on us for 15 € what I found very ridiculous and unprofessional as we were not the reason of the misunderstanding but the personal of the hotel having poor English . We are a family with two little children and because of this trouble we almost missed our flight. At the end I gave them the money because I did not want to delay our ride to the airport even further. I would have given 3 stars for the general experience at Gypsophilia but because of this very disappointing trouble, I have to give only one. We keep an extremely bad memory of the hotel and about Turkei which is a pity because it is such a nice country!

At most 3 stars, in the lobby you had to wait 3 hours to get a room card, because when the room was cleaned, it was not clean, nobody cleaned it, only the bed was made, I asked for a crib for the child, they promised to bring it a couple of hours before the end of the holiday, but they didn't bring it, they said let him sleep on the armchair 1.5 m child, the shower head sprayed water all over the ends, so I had to deal with it myself, because my colleagues' entire bath was flooded, they lived under water for the last 3 days, they were informed, but no one fixed it, maybe only 5% of the staff speak English, the food is the same every day, breakfast, lunch the dinner is identical, the mini bar in the room is only filled once upon arrival, you have to pay extra, you have to ask for shower shampoo, gel bottles and they only bring them once, the pools are only fun, the slides, beaches, children's corner in the dining room with TV was surprising. Shows are a matter of taste. If you're a Turk, you'll be served without queuing everywhere. It's difficult to get to your room at night for the first three days because the tracks are very confusing. Ducks, roosters with hens, partridges, about 5= cats, cats everywhere in the canteen and etc., a flock of seagulls, the territory is very large, so prepare to walk because the canteen is by the sea and you will be accommodated near the lobby. (Main building). The main language (but not everyone speaks it) and what is expected is Russian. a small part of Poles, Lithuanians and other nationalities. Don't be surprised if at 7 a.m. they start cutting the grass next to your window. When traveling by bus back and forth, don't be surprised if the air conditioner is not turned on. You'll have to sweat. Resume 3 stars, Max and that's with +. Is it worth the money paid NO. 2 person family with two children.

Arrived and we were kindly driven in a Ferrari (golf cart) to our room. Started off with a great experience with the staff who were funny and very accommodating. Fantastic entertainment and great staff who tried to get everyone involved in the activities.
Room was great with working aircon, nice powerful shower. Beds were quite firm but apart from that everything was excellent.
Lots of free sun loungers at any time of the day. Great views from the sun loungers. Toilets were plentiful.
Lots of options when it came to the food. We never got bored as it was constantly changing with good desserts to try. We love fresh orange juice but the “fresh orange juice” at breakfast we didn’t believe was indeed fresh. The food, as tasty as it was, would have been even tastier if it were kept a bit hotter
Lovely hotel with great nature, amazing flowers, beautiful fresh flower smells throughout and great views. We made friends with lots of animals
