Just returned from a stunning holiday in Lanzarote, we stayed in this hotel and we will 100% be back. We were upgraded with no extra cost and had the ideal apartment location beside the smaller/adult pool. The hotel itself is spotless, staff out cleaning every day, the apartment was lovely. Beds super comfortable and super clean. Great shower as well! We had fresh towels and linen during our stay, the pool was spotless as well. Again staff out cleaning every day! We had the breakfast included in our stay which was nice. Ideal location, we walked into peurto del carmen strip (a long but very manageable walk along the ocean) but you’ve also the smaller areas with plenty of bars and restaurants only a short walk away from the hotel. We used the spa and both had a treatment each which we would highly recommend doing, was good value for money and super nice to be able to walk up from our room for a massage- ideal really! Staff were super friendly, booked us a taxi every night without hassle and were super helpful on checking in. Thank you for a lovely week- we will deffo be back again! :)

Spent a nice relaxing week here and had a great time. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool near the restaurant/bar where you could see the ocean, we were worried that it might be a bit noisy in the evening being so close to the bar but that wasn’t an issue at all. The apartment had air conditioning in the living room only but we requested a fan for the bedroom on our first night which was quickly brought up to our room. We only had breakfast in the hotel on our last morning which cost €16 per person and found the buffet selection to be good. The evening meals buffet cost €26 per person and was okay, there are lots of places to eat nearby. They also haves a shop/supermarket underneath reception which was good for drinks and snacks and there is also a really good spar supermarket about 10 minutes down the road. As we had a late flight home we requested a late checkout which would have been great. When we called reception the woman said she would have to check with her manager and housekeeping, they then rejected our request as somebody was checking in to our room even though there was plenty of rooms available to book on their website. We then had 7 hours to kill before leaving and nobody had checked in to our room before we left so we can only assume that the cleaners didn’t want to have to wait to clean our room. Our only other complaint would be that the pool bar didn’t open at all on one of the days we spent by the pool but other than we were happy with our stay and we will return here. It’s a great place to go for nice weather and it reasonably priced.

Just stayed here for a week. We had a 2 bedroom bungalow and a 1 bedroom apartment. Both were lovely and spacious. We found the beds comfy and liked the smaller pool by the bungalows as it was more sheltered from the wind then the large pool. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive in all areas, which made the experience very pleasant. The food was really good and offered a nice variety every day. The most impressive part was the absolutely stunning view you could enjoy from the hotel – simply breathtaking! The pools were well-maintained, and the overall grounds were beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed, making me feel completely at ease. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

This is the 2nd time we’ve visited this hotel, once in October and in August, and we love it. The bungalows are great for a family of 5. In August, our 3 girls spent a lot of time at the kids club with Alex and Ismael who were fantastic. They worked hard all day to entertain everyone in kid’s club and around the pool. I would definitely recommend this place!
