We arrived for a weeks holiday before Christmas with our little one. Room wasn't what we expected. Quite dated. We could hardly open the door unless used force.And quite cold at night and first thing in the morning. We didn't sleep well for a whole week.and were left without any towels or loo roll after a clean.and WiFi didn't connect most of the time. But saying that. Hotel. Grounds. Food.pools and staff. Amazing! We really looked forward to breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was delicious. If the rooms get updated. We will be back. The vibe was lovely. The cats. The birds and the Christmas lights. The lights in the pool in the evenings. It was just gorgeous. We didn't see any evening entertainment as little one went to bed at 7.30/8. Plenty of sunbeds around 3 pools in different areas. But we spent days at the beach mostly. A launderette would have been handy. And tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good too. (We hired a kettle and bought tea coffee and milk from the shop)

Stayed here from 13th December for 7 nights. Lovely hotel. Booked a family room. Only criticism would be the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable. Food was great with a variety of choice. Staff were lovely. Very clean hotel. In a location around 10 minutes walk from the main strip of Lanzarote. If i was travelling with children this would be a perfect spot.

My fourth visit to this hotel. Still love it. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, hard working staff. Yes , it is true that the rooms would benefit from an update. However, this counts for very little when you consider the wonderful array of food and drinks available, the great pools, and all the fun which the talented animation team add to your stay. The standard of evening entertainment has gone up since my last visit too. Its close enough for a leisurely walk into the centre of Puerto del Carmen , while being in a quieter area set back from the seafront. Nice short transfer from airport too.

The hotel in general feels a little bit dated but was fine for what we wanted. We don’t spend a great deal of time indoors so the rooms aren’t an issue. The food was great and always plenty to choose from. The staff are all really friendly enthusiastic and helpful and made the stay really fun due to the effort they put into the activities. A big shout out to Filippo, Madelaine, Emmy, Hari, Louanne, Sufiann, Francisco & Rocio. They are great entertainers and lovely people. There is also Beni, Tomas, Wily and all of the catering staff and chefs to thank for a lovely week.

I stayed here last week and I just saw that everything was perfect. All the staff were so so nice. Nothing was a problem for them. Your animation team was also top notch especially your team member Fran!!! He absolutely was a fantastic entertainer. His motivation was being passed on to kids and adults alike. His singing and dancing also in the evening was brilliant. He’s a star!!
