We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, with an amazing team of staff who were always kind, professional, and ready to help. Our housekeeper, Latifa, deserves a special mention – she was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless. We even had the carpet washed during our stay, which left everything smelling so fresh. The amenities were excellent, with high-quality Nuxe products provided in the bathroom, which was a lovely touch. Every evening we enjoyed breathtaking views of the sunset – honestly, I have never seen such a stunning sunset before. Although the hotel does not have direct access to the sea, they offered private transport to their beach every 30 minutes, which worked out perfectly. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to come back. We will definitely visit you again ❤️

We had a great stay at this hotel. The manager, Karim, went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which was a wonderful surprise for me and my wife. The food was delicious, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The pool area was also well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to staying again

I really liked the hotel, I must say. The service was really good , all the staff members always made us feel welcome but the only issue I had with the hotel was the rooms, that they were very old. But other than that, everything was fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic few days at this hotel. The staff are superb, very friendly and accommodating. Food was ok can be better . The pools are great and the coffee is excellent. the pool guys very attentive, checked on us many times, Also the coffee shop in the lobby, Crust, serves great coffees as well. a total joy to work out there. Not to mention,said server was a amaizing Guy and elharbi also at the pool tender Great for families with kids, lots of kids entertainment options too.kids club Nora and Hamza the kids love them Will 100% come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms lovely, big amazing pool and easy to get one of the nice big beds you see on the pictures. Only downside was food options were limited and quite pricey for morocco and had to get a shuttle to the other hotel for the private beach. The shuttle only went once an hour and the other hotel didn't pick up the phone if you wanted to book say padel (which was £40, not free as we thought!)
