Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!
The scenery, the vibe, the ambience everything was 10/10. The staff are so lovely especially Layla and Mariam from the market who made our celebration special and our stay even better. We had a very easy check in and check out. The location was a bit far from main Agadir but the resort itself was enough to keep us entertained and busy our whole trip. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

This is a very overrated hotel, it does not deserve a 5 star rating. At best, its a low end 4 star. If you are looking for a Golfing holiday, then this is a great choice, if you are looking to be away from the world, then its not a bad choice either. It is located in the middle of no where, no shops, no where to go for walks.
It does offer a great view of the beach from far away and the sunset but i am not sure that makes it a 5 star.
It ticks boxes in terms of facilities it has such as kids area, shop, spa, gym. However, all these facilities are really small. They are tick boxes.
Booked a room for 3 people ( 1 child), the sofa bed offered was terrible and so uncomfortable. These sofa beds are in most standard rooms.
Our earlier stay at a 3 star hotel was more comfortable and enjoyable than this. Perhaps i need to make sure i do better research next time and not get deceived by the photos. It was not worth the price for me.

During my one-night stay at this hotel, the experiences was satisfactory.
My room was adequate with a private balcony and partial sea views. The Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve was particularly unsatisfactory, with the absence of any Christmas music despite the festive atmosphere.
The breakfast service was equally disappointing. The overcrowded dining area and limited seating made it challenging to enjoy breakfast.
On the positive side, the waitstaff provided exceptional service, which was a stark contrast to the reception staff’s behaviour. During my check-in, two reception staff members engaged in an argument with each other in front of guests waiting to be checked in.
While this hotel may offer a better experience compared to my previous stay, it falls short of the expectations associated with a five-star establishment. The amenities and service do not warrant the premium price point. This hotel appears to be more akin to a four-star establishment.

Overall quality of service is very poor. The receptionists aren't very helpful, the carpets in the rooms are very shabby and stained, the waiters are not attentive and restaurant service is slow.
The positives are that the kids club is very good and run by friendly staff. The outside space is very nice with plenty of seating and nice landscaped areas to walk.

We had a very pleasant stay to begin with, staff were really helpful, accommodating and went above means to even get a taxi driver to catch us up and give us a free lift to town to save us walking. Unfortunately this was spoiled on the day we were leaving Sunday 16th March. We checked out earlier than we needed to, asked for a glass of water and they said no, buy it from a shop. We then asked if we could put our suitcases somewhere, there solution was to leave them in the reception. The staff suddenly went very rude and gave no cares in the world about us. It's a shame as we really enjoyed the place and found them very helpful until we checked out. The location isn't great due to being no paths to walk down to towns and having to walk on roads. The rooms was nice, however very poor lighting with lamps being the only thing lighting the room or the bathroom lights. No actual lights in the ceiling besides by the door as you first walk in.
