This hotel and spa is fantastic! I stayed with my teenage children, and we were so comfortable and well cared for. The hotel met all our needs. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I watched them around the pool, and even on busy days, they helped customers who needed umbrellas or sun-lounges moved. There are lots of food choices in the restaurant. We used the very convenient free shuttle service to get to the beach and back most days. The dedicated lounges and towels at the beach were a bonus, too.
We booked in for spa treatments and enjoyed them too.
We will definitely be back to stay here again! Thank you to all the hotel staff.

The hotel was breathtaking and we had a very relaxing holiday. The staff were very attentive and wanted to ensure we had the best possible experience. The food was a combination of local and international food which tasted delicious and enabled me to experience the local foods. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. There was always beach towels readily available both pool side and at the beach. A regular shuttle bus service to & from the beach was very good and reliable.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nice and clean, which is always a top priority for me when choosing a hotel. The staff, particularly Rahim at the front desk, was excellent—his service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was amazing; I honestly can't complain about the dining experience. However, the hotel could improve on its night entertainment options, which were quite bland. Adding some lively activities or events in the evening would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, a great stay with a few areas for improvement.

The staff were super friendly and very help. I really enjoyed my stay over there. It has everything there. Seeing it person was really remarkable. The views of the location is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Majid was very helpful and friendly. By changing our rooms and providing a taxi service for me and my friend to travel around the city

We stayed at Hyatt place for 5 days. First day we lost our charging cable and asked for a taxi to nearest shop as it’s in the middle of no where and you can’t walk anywhere, the taxi charged us £18 British pounds in MAD for a 5 min journey. The hotel is an absolute scam, the food is disappointing the scrabble eggs was watery the orange juice was watered down to the point you can’t even taste it. Room interior was very old run down. The spa charge you £15 GBP in MAD to use the Sauna and jacuzzi for 40 min which is absurd as this should be part of the room. I understand treatments cost money but no hotel I’ve ever been to has charged us to use to sauna and jacuzzi, the resort is boring we spent most our time in our room. The activities we booked separately saved the trip but I would never stay at this hotel again. Staff were nice but this area take advantage of tourists and charge extreme prices. Dinner was open buffet costing 660 MAD for 2 people which is around £50 GBP. Prices are too high for Morocco. I didn’t enjoy my stay unfortunately and the advertising is false. The hotel is bland
