Our family was torn between several hotels, but ultimately, choosing to stay at the Hyatt was a very satisfying decision.
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist us. I especially appreciated their warm smiles and cheerful voices. The room was both clean and comfortably cool. The garden, in particular, was stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The pool area was pleasantly uncrowded, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Lying on the sunbed, feeling the gentle breeze, was pure bliss.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Bali.
The staffs are super friendly and the hotel makes me feel like as if I’m in the middle of a jungle, yet very clean and pleasant. The club lounge is absolutely recommended since the foods are good and the drinks are excellent (variety of cocktails and good red wines). Overall it’s a great resort.

Stayed in Club room from for 3 nights. Overall good experience. Staff were helpful during the stay and the food was satisfactory.
Credit to Damara who helped us with the luggage and showed us the room, he did extra step by explaining the resort facilities to us again since it took some walking from the lobby to the room. Good housekeeping from Juli and also Gede who was serving and took good care of the guests at the Club Lounge.
Nevertheless the points and tier nights are not credited even after ~1 week after check out. Booking was made through World of Hyatt app. The whole stay not even appeared in “Past” stays. Requested the missing stay credit via World of Hyatt app and emailed hotel with booking confirmation# and invoice# after 72 hours post check out. Chat with the agent via app and was told the case would be processed within 30days… Hotel eventually replied through email and was informed that the points will be credited within 7 business days.
Kind of unexpected this kind of issue could happened, especially when the booking was done in World of Hyatt app and even the membership# is printed in the invoice emailed directly to me after the check out.
Sharing this so that if you’re a member of World of Hyatt and if you are staying with this hotel, do pay extra attention.
Otherwise, overall it was still a good stay.

Terrible Honeymoon Experience at Hyatt Regency Bali
My wife and I stayed at several luxurious hotels during our honeymoon in Bali, and all of them went above and beyond to make us feel special—except for the Hyatt Regency Bali, which nearly ruined the end of our trip.
First, they gave us a honeymoon room on the ground floor with a terrible view. Honestly, my backyard in Texas has a nicer view than what we had there. It was a huge disappointment, especially compared to the amazing rooms we had at other hotels.
Then, they tried to charge us extra for breakfast, which had been included at every other hotel during our honeymoon, despite those hotels being even more expensive. To make matters worse, when we went to their poolside restaurant, dressed better than most guests, a rude waitress told us we couldn’t wear swim trunks and a shirt at a table just 10 feet from the pool! The sheer disrespect was appalling.
When I complained about our horrible experience, they added insult to injury by offering a “free voucher” of 20,000 rupees—less than $2! I couldn’t believe they thought that would make up for their terrible service.
Thankfully, after I called them out on their behavior, we left and went to the Intercontinental, which was absolute paradise and gave us the honeymoon experience we actually wanted. If you’re looking for special treatment or even basic respect, do yourself a favor and skip the Hyatt Regency Bali. It’s a waste of time and money.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Although it seemed fully booked, the service was very friendly.
Love the whole setup of the hotel with different places to eat and drink and a few nice pools with a proper menu to order food and drinks.
In the evening it has a very nice vibe as well
