We just spent 5 nights at this resort and it completely exceeded expectations. The room was cosy and well appointed. The pools were warm and clean and the staff were so helpful and kind. The location is right across the beach which was clean and calm. The kids club staff were kind and my child never wanted to leave. I personally loved the Club house and the food there was spectacular. It was a feature that made our stay extra easy, just having a close option with delicious food and drinks. A special shout out to Ricky who helped me find my lost phone and was my hero 🙌 I was really panicking and having his help saved the day. I will definitely be back.

A very great hotel holiday experience that our family really enjoyed. We were welcomed warmly into the hotel with traditional Balinese music and was welcomed by nothing but smiles on the faces of staff from the concierge desk to the check in. We stayed in the Bougainville section of the hotel and once we navigated past some issues in the room such as AC, lighting and general issues, our room was good enough. The staff were all extremely welcoming and all said hello in the corridors with genuine smiles on their faces. I would like to mention both the General Manager who helped us with our room issues and ensured that we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel mirrors this charm beautifully through its lush, well-designed landscape that pleases the eyes and soothes the heart. Breakfast at Omang-Omang Restaurant offered an impressive variety, with each dish maintaining excellent quality and taste. The attentiveness and warmth of the staff turned every breakfast into a perfect start to the day. They also open to serve you for lunch and dinner! Hands down best resort of I have ever stayed at based on the value for money. Basic room category was excellent. Staff were so friendly. I was there in peak season and I saw more staff than people every day. It was lovely and spread out. Really just wow.

We enjoyed a large family Christmas Lunch at their beachfront restaurant. It was not cheap but it was fantastic value for money. From the drinks service to the choices and abundance of festive fare, it was all wonderful. The service from the staff was exceptional and very much appreciated.
