The front office team never lets guests stand unattended; even during peak hours when the counter and lobby are full, they promptly assist check-ins using tablets or take a moment to ask what each guest needs. This responsiveness ensures that even in the busiest moments, everything remains smooth and well-handled. Our 6-day, 5-night stay revealed a quieter, more serene side of Bali—Sanur, with its calm atmosphere yet unlimited dining options. The hotel mirrors this charm beautifully through its lush, well-designed landscape that pleases the eyes and soothes the heart. Breakfast at Omang-Omang Restaurant offered an impressive variety, with each dish maintaining excellent quality and taste. The attentiveness and warmth of the staff turned every breakfast into a perfect start to the day. They also open to serve you for lunch and dinner! Stayed here for 4 nights with my infant/toddler (1 year+), the hotel had provided bottle warmer (on request) and steamer (which we kept for the whole stay) which was so helpful. Extremely kid friendly with big spacious grounds for children to walk around and enjoy nature - squirrels, fishes, birds, ducks and frogs around the premise. The kid’s club is also pretty nice. The staff there are great and friendly. Though they seem to have reduced it from 2 hours -> 1 hour access only. Pool’s great too! Both for adults and kids. Breakfast was nice with a good spread - 5 live stations everyday. Love the poached egg station. Comfortable, safe, friendly staff and great place to stay with your kids.

I have only positive reviews for the Hyatt. The front desk staff were very very welcoming and professional, explained everything to me. The room was superb, nothing negative to say there. The facilities were beyond beautiful and easy to navigate. Breakfast was the highlight of my day along with the slushies. It’s refreshing to stay at a hotel and sun beds weren’t an issue. The Hyatt made sure abandoned day beds were readily available. Not much of much for vegetarians but I just stuck to the same things which wasn’t so bad. Overall I felt safe considering I was a solo traveller.

Love this hotel! This is why: 1. Nice and helpful staffs 2. Beautiful garden 3. Great facilities 4. Good breakfast 5. Superb location in Sanur. 6. And probably one of the best room layouts I’ve ever seen.

I stayed for 5 days here and felt in love with this hotel. The location in Sanur area is good and relatively more quiet than West side of Bali. It is directly on the beach front and offers a breathtaking sunrise view every morning. It si worthy to wake up early, do yoga or jogging on the beach side while waiting for sunrise. The employees are very friendly, full of smile, and radiating willingness to help and serve. The hotel room is comfortable and the buffet during breakfast is amazing. The breakfast menu is changing daily and the guests can enjoy freshly cut tropical fruits or bring the coffee to go with them. The pools are family friendly but there is also adult only pool near gym facility. The massage program is relaxing and a muss to try! Definitely will recommend to anyone, give it 5 stars and probably will come here again in the future.
