The Hyatt Regency Bali was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Indonesia. The property is stunning—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and effortlessly luxurious from the moment you arrive. The grounds are gorgeous and the hotel sits right on the beach, which really elevates the experience. There’s a beachfront restaurant on-site with lovely views; while the food there was just okay, the location itself is fantastic and hard to beat. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless—nothing feels worn or outdated. However, the true highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which completely exceeded expectations. It was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The buffet featured rotating international stations representing cuisines from India, China, Korea, and Indonesia, in addition to an enormous selection of dishes from around the world. Every morning felt exciting and indulgent. While the hotel’s main restaurant didn’t quite live up to the incredible standard set by the breakfast, that was a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Regency Bali. It’s in a great, walkable location and offers a truly memorable hotel experience.

We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The hotel is amazing, with beautiful gardens, a great beachfront location, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and other facilities were well maintained. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, especially at the Regency Club, which was a true highlight. The staff there — Adam, Ariana, Gede, Pande, Nanda, Merta, and both Oka and all the other staff members — were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making every visit feel personal and special. The kids club was fun and our kids enjoyed it during our stay. It is a great hotel and we would happily return.

Love this place. Great service, good food, lots of options. Clean beach and rooms. The staff are lovely and really care about you. The restaurants, beach bar, pool - all great attentive service. Staff are attentive, and service is quick. The location is also great along a cycling track along the beach, there are bikes at the hotel too. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. On a side note the grounds are so lush and tropical, the hotel is big but it feels very private and has a tropical oasis feel.

Hyatt Regency Bali is a very comfortable resort that offers a high standard of stay and a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the fantastic breakfast — fresh, diverse, and well-balanced, with a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Every morning felt like a great start to the day. The staff deserve special recognition — incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. You can genuinely feel their care for guests and attention to detail throughout the entire stay. The hotel also benefits from a very convenient location, making it easy to relax and explore the surrounding area. There are two restaurants on the property, as well as additional dining options shared with the neighboring Andaz Hotel, which gives guests even more variety and flexibility. The only minor downside is that the property clearly has its years, and in some areas it could use a refresh. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bali, and a place we would happily return to.

First visit to this property and what a great experience. We were here for 7 nights and weren’t ready to move on when the time came. Warm welcoming team from the minute we pulled up to when we left. You couldn’t walk by someone that was part of the team without an acknowledgment which made you feel appreciated as a guest. The choices at breakfast were pretty standard for a SE Asian hotel but in the club there were less choices with the food seeming to be more flavorful. One of the best clubs we’ve ever been to. Small plates for evening hour were all great with rotating choices every day for three days. The adult only pool was fantastic, secluded, with no rooms overlooking it. The grounds are expansive and so well taken care of. Applause to the gardening team as from the reviews I’ve read they don’t get much recognition. We stayed using WOH points with a SUA as a Globalist and believe they were points well spent. The one awkward thing was the balcony, the squeeze furniture out there which makes it tough to move around or enjoy(see pic). There are several team members that we would like to give a shout out to but just know the entire team is top shelf! We will stay here again when visiting Bali.
