We just got back from our trip to Bali and I have to say that I really ended up loving the Hyatt regency in Sanur. We booked a club suite and a king club room and they gave us rooms on the ground floor the first night and they were kind of dark and reminded me of a basement apartment. but the next day we were moved to the 3rd floor and we were much happier! The club lounge was very pretty and had a nice breakfast, we only made it once to the cocktail hour but it was nice as well. This was our first time staying in Sanur but we really enjoyed it. There are tons of restaurants around the resort but the hotel restaurants were actually really good and we ate at both many times during our stay. The resort is really lushly landscaped and is truly beautiful. If I could ask for one thing besides not being on the ground floor it would be for the beds to be just a tad softer. A mattress pad would really up the room comfort in my opinion as the beds were even a bit firm for my husband who enjoys a firm bed.

The Hyatt Regency Bali is a beautiful beachfront hotel that mixes modern comfort with Balinese style. It has large, lovely rooms with views of the garden or ocean. With 3 swimming pools, it's a great place to spend a relaxing day at the hotel. love the swimming pools, easy access to the beach, and the friendly, helpful staff. The restaurants serve tasty food, and the breakfast buffet is a favorite. The spa and wellness areas are excellent, making it a great place to relax. It’s a perfect spot for families, couples, or anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Sanur. The hotel is in prime location with restaurants, local shops to explore. The only confusing part was finding the rooms, it's like a jigsaw puzzle, haha.

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in Sanur. The hotel has a calm vibe and the staff are wonderful- friendly and smiley which creates a sense of joy and makes such a difference to your day! The adults only pool area was relaxing and my preference over the other pools. My favourite was the breakfast- the staff were so attentive and really took care of my dietary requirements- special thank you to chef Harry and Shri. Thank you all for making our stay so lovely x

Lovely beachfront hotel with many beautiful green gardens and pools. We took Grab taxi from the airport (11 eur), and the ride was about 20 minutes.You can easily become Hyatt member and have many benefits. Service is exceptional and you can really enjoy. Gym is very well equipped, working 0-24. Buffet breakfast is from 6:30-11, really delicious with many different options. Hotel offers different activities during the day.

Love love love this place! My husband and I ended up booking a room here last minute after having a horrible experience at the nearby Intercontinental. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive. All facilities are well-maintained and updated. The food is great with a decent amount of options. The only downside and the reason for not giving 5 stars is the wifi barely worked. If you plan on working while here you will have to take your laptop to the Piano Lounge. Book your next trip here! Well priced for the location and has many things to do on the property.
