wouldn’t in good faith recommend this location to anyone. As soon as we arrived we were told they overbooked and separated the two rooms we booked into separate buildings. The staff was incredibly uninviting upon our arrival. After a short time we got to our room which was very poorly constructed. We called 3 times for a simple tub stopper and never received it. The room service out neighbors ordered is still outside of their door over 48 hours later.
It’s not all bad as the location is beautiful. It’s hard to get past how rude the staff has been and how bad the food has been. The children’s side of the resort is much nicer. I would definitely recommend that to someone, but not the adult only side. We spent a lot of our hard earned money for this vacation and we’re definitely disappointed. As of yesterday our light in the bathroom turned into a strobe light and has yet to be fixed. Please stay here at your own risk, and if you do I hope your stay is much better than ours.

We booked this vacation for our family to ring in the new year. We have been to all inclusive resorts before, but this was our first time at a Hyatt all inclusive and thought the food was really good and the drinks exceptional. The female wait staff was not the most friendly, however and would seem annoyed at times. Our rooms were well stocked and always clean. The restaurants had a good variety to choose from off the menu. There were extra charges for higher cuts of meat and fish which we didn't order. The nightly entertainment was good. Pool was clean and the drinks at the pool bar were good. They offered VIP options for New Years Eve for an additional $100/pp which we thought was a bit excessive. The resort itself was not cheap so charging extra money for food and drinks on the holiday was not necessary in our opinion. All guests should have had the ability to eat and drink that night without extra charges. All inclusive should mean all inclusive. We would consider going back again however.

A beautiful well maintained property with a lot of dining options. The staff are extraordinary in their courtesy and go out of the way to help.
The meals were all delicious in the various restaurants. Please plan to book dinners as soon as you arrive as they fill in fast.
We loved our stay. Do try the sailing that’s part of the stay package.

Overall, good experience.
Positives - rooms are nice sized, clean, beds are nice. Swim out suites are great. Restaurants and food choices are good - our party of 7 was happy with all meals. Adult beach was nice. Pool bar service was good. Games and lessons by the pool daily were nice. Top shelf liquors. Coffee stand open all the time with great snack options and drink choices.
To improve on - rooms need maintenance on various items. Water temp/pressures for showers varied. Room minibars were meh, would be nice to up that game a little. Sports bar needs to get checkers and dart supplies.
You need to get up early and get towels on chairs to reserve, especially at the beach.
If you want to be in the water by the beach, it is nicer on the family side.

WOW! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Me & my wife are both Muslims, and the chefs went out of their way to make sure we had halal meat at all restaurants across the resort.
Pool entertainment was great, the staff was amazing and the facilities were fantastic.
Our room was also super spacious and clean which was important to us.
Me and my wife have travelled to a lot of countries and destinations as a young couple, and I must say the staff were the most friendless and helpful we have ever come across.
