The service was unbelievably good. We did get a room that came with two butlers and they were both amazing. What wasn’t amazing was the food. We had one good meal while dining there- the Italian restaurant. That’s it. The beach was man made and very rocky. We found a cockroach in our room. The room was dated and was not super clean. The pool was cold and the drinks were definitely watered down. How Can I have two drinks at home and be tipsy but have 15 at this resort and not be the slightest buzzed? The jerk shack was very good but only open half of the day. For 16k for 9 days we will never go back and tell everyone to never go there. The cockroach is still unbelievable. Spray your rooms Hyatt..

My lady and I stayed here for 4 days. Great location for baecation vibes but also for girl's trips, guy's trips and group trips! We really appreciated all of the food and drinking options (alcohol included) from the buffets to the restaurants which you do not have to pay extra for since it is included with your stay however we did tip occasionally. There are plenty of places to swim between the pool and the ocean since they are so close to one another. We also ended up reserving a cabana near the pool and the beach on two separate days during our stay which came with a fee of $100+ USD. I accidentally booked (online) on the Ziva side of the resort which is for families instead of the Zilara side which is for adults only so that was a bit confusing and slightly disappointing since I was unable to change my reservation once we arrived at the hotel. Additionally, there was plenty of entertainment during the day and evening at the resort so if you really do not want to leave the resort during your entire stay you don't have to. However, I strongly recommend spending a day or two off the resort to fellowship with the local Jamaicans and explore the culture. A great way to do that is to book an excursion which the resort can assist with. I also recommend shopping in the local community as there are better options for souvenirs than what the resort offers. I even booked a couple's massage at a local business less than 15 minutes away from the resort because it was so much cheaper than the spa options at the resort. There are readily available taxis that will take you to your location and back safely, securely and will stay with you the entire time. The resort does an excellent job with this. Everyone we interacted with at the resort and in the community were friendly, hospitable and charismatic. We truly felt welcomed by the Jamaicans like we were at our second home and we look forward to returning one day. Bless up!

Dream wedding come true! My wife and I recently held a destination wedding here with about 42 guests and it exceed our expectations tenfold. Natresha our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Along with that, all the staff were exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the entire resort always offered something to do. We absolutely loved our swim-up room! The all-inclusiveness really makes it worthwhile. You truly can relax here without hesitation! The food was amazing, and it is recommended to make reservations to the on-site restaurants as soon as you arrive. The grab and go spots are perfect if you want a quick snack by the pool or the beach. We would absolutely recommend this resort if you are looking for a great vacation spot, or as a stand-out location for a destination wedding! We can’t wait to go back 🇯🇲🌴

My family and I were so pleased with Hyatt Ziva. There was always something to do, day and night! The staff was very friendly, and they would remember our family, even when they didn't see all of us together. I will definitely go back to this resort again! The hospitality that was shown to us was absolutely amazing! Big shout out to Stacy-Ann!!! She made every event that we attended fun and memorable.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall in Montego Bay, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is very clean and well-kept, with immaculate rooms. The overall beauty of the resort is truly impressive. The entertainment was okay, nothing extraordinary but still enjoyable. The coffee shops were a highlight with great coffee options available. One thing to note is that the adult area isn't separated from the family area, but children are not allowed in the adult side, which maintains a good balance. The beach has plenty of loungers, though not all of them have shade. However, the cabanas are absolutely worth it! Though a bit pricey, we found a better deal than initially listed. They offer full service, including bottles of Prosecco, a cooler with fresh ice, water, soft drinks, and plastic champagne glasses. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring we always had enough drinks and ice. The food at the resort was fantastic, especially the French restaurant, which I highly recommend. Although there was only one restaurant on the adult side, the rest on the family side were still good options. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and I truly recommend this resort!
