I went with my family (2 adults & 2 kids). The first thing to mention is the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional and always willing to help with a smile on their face. They created an excellent experience from Champagne on arrival to a friendly hello to everyone as we arrived for our meals .
The hotel is fantastic and in an amazing location. The coves were amazing for swimming in and getting close to some fish.
There was plenty of room to sit by one of the pools and we never had an issue getting a sun lounger.
The staff seemed to speak every language but they were competent in English, German and French.
We went to the entertainment every evening and the whole family enjoyed it.
The food was excellent with a wide choice and the drink selection for all inclusive was also very good with branded soft drinks and great local alcohol.
I gave my room 4 stars only because of the size. There were 4 of us in one room but it did not take away from our holiday experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope we will be going back again soon.

Loved this hotel! Rooms are clean, staff is super helpful and friendly. The animation crew is wow 🤯 Energetic and entertaining! The food was actually good, even the desserts did not disappoint. They have two beaches, one even has a bar near it, where everything is included. Also, table tennis, tennis, pools (5 if I am not mistaken), mini shops. Best recommendations!

Service at the resort was polite, yet ultimately unhelpful in resolving room issues. The air conditioning in our room had two settings: Arctic winter or off. There was no middle ground, and despite raising concerns, management seemed indifferent, offering no alternative room or compensation. Their response, boiled down, was essentially, "The rooms are old, what do you expect?"—a sentiment I’ve never encountered in any hotel, whether in a modest guesthouse or a five-star Mediterranean retreat.
Speaking of the room, it wasn’t just dated; we were assigned a handicap-accessible room, despite having no such need. While accessibility is important, it felt a bit like sitting at a table for twelve when you’re dining solo.
The food was a curious experience. It was generally tasty with a wide selection, but unfortunately, what followed the first day for me and the second day for my girlfriend was far from acceptable. To put it delicately, we experienced symptoms remarkably similar to food poisoning from seafood for the rest of our stay. Needless to say, this put a major damper on our vacation, turning what should have been a relaxing getaway into a constant scramble for the nearest restroom (which from the beach was quite a trek). It was an unforgettable experience, but for all the wrong reasons.
The beach? Well, let’s just say the word "beach" is generous. Picture cement blocks, an industrial aesthetic, and a handful of loungers and umbrellas for the masses to Hunger Games over. In addition, it was steep to get to from the main building. It was less Mediterranean bliss and more a game of “how fast can I leave?”
BTW, 3 euro per day for the hotel safe key is just plain insulting.
The gardens were immaculate with pristine lawns, vibrant flowers, and perfectly manicured hedges that made you feel like you’d wandered into a royal estate. There was no toxic "misting" system like you get at hotels in Egypt that kill the insects and cause cancer. Also, the place was clean and the drinks at the main bar were genuinely good (not so much at the pool bar).
In conclusion, while we might have been able to endure the dated rooms and underwhelming beach, the digestive distress made this stay one for the history books—just not the kind I’d recommend revisiting.

Without all inclusive, this is probably a 3.5/5, not exceptional, but a solid option. The pools are nice, activities are okay, and it's overall clean. Beware that they charge a stupid amount for laundry, it's cheaper to buy new underwear than to wash them there as they charge per piece.
With all inclusive, this barely lands a 2/5 overall. The food is mostly ok. Breakfast is a fairly large offering but not as much as establishment these size usually have. For lunch and dinner, the main restaurant is your average self service European/tourist style offering, with not as much option as it seems at first. And if you're not into salad for starters, you won't find many green vegetables (if at all some days), pizza is fine though. The "Greek" restaurant has a couple of fried stuff and then gyros, that's about it, the gyros is good though. The barbecue restaurant was a sacrilege, most of the meat was overcooked, basically no veggies, and few choices of sauce. The chicken was good though. They had crepe when we were there, they were good as well.
So in each restaurant you have one or two things that taste good, which is not enough if you stay there longer than a short few days. You can only dine out of the main restaurant once per week in each of the other two.
Honorable mention to the fact that they managed to mess up plain potatoes. Might've been cooked in vinegar, but I'm still not sure.
The cocktails at the pools are a joke, it's the bad premixed stuff.
The main bar has good cocktails, but it only opens in the evening and it is in the main building, so during the day you're stuck with the bars at the pool.
I'm not sure what the cost is for all inclusive as it was priced in when we booked, but they advertise as 35€/day/person on site, and it's way overpriced for what it is.

Location and place really beautiful. Garden like botanical museum. Sea laguns very natural.
Night shows and concerts very nice.
Rooms need a little bit restoration.
We have been several times. And always were very happy.
But this time some how not lucky 3 people of our 5 family, get very strong digestive virus. Hard Vomiting, some diarhea. 3 days in bed with no energy… half of stay was ruined.
