What a beautiful resort! Our rooms were very nice and the service from every staff member made everything exceptional! We loved all of the activities this resort has to offer... yoga, archery, karaoke, massages, kayaking, pool games and so many more fun things to do! The resort also had a great selection of restaurants/ shops. We had the pleasure of meeting Sergio from the entertainment team. He always had a smile on his face and knew our names every time we saw him! He made it a special trip for all of us as we celebrated a family member's birthday here. We definitely want to visit again!

Entertainment is a lot of fun, the food is good and there is food all over the resort during the day and not just at the buffet. The kids club is amazing. My 12 yr old loved it so much that he did not want to be picked up. The rooms are adequate but for the price, you can't go wrong. Excellent stay!

Definitely not a 5star resort! What a disappointment. We had to move our room 3 times because the air conditioners weren’t working. But the kick was we had to pay more because of room location but how is that our problem if the ac isn’t working?? Not to mention the dirty and outdated furniture! Customer service was terrible they seemed to not care whatsoever no empathy even when I slipped because the ac in one of the rooms was leaking overnight. The best thing about this place was the Star camp for the kids they loved it. We will never go back!
