Amazing experience. Andre and Alain made sure every detail was perfect. Both were so professional and incredibly kind. We look forward to staying again and are hoping we can request both gentlemen again. I can’t say enough about them and the accommodations they provided. The hotel is wonderful by itself, but the amazing staff put the cherry on top. We had a concern shortly after check in, but it was fixed in such a timely manner. It didn’t interfere with our vacation at all.

This resort created a fun environment for the guests. Activities throughout the day and evening. No need to leave the resort unless you are looking for a true Jamaican experience. What needs to be improved is the level of service. Not enough team members in the pool area to assist the guest enjoying the pool. however the lobby bar team is fantastic. Kimiesha was a wonderful cocktail server. She kept a close eye on us and never let out drinks go empty.. she even took some time to learn about us and made us feel Like she cared! Fantastic! The food is also not the best. I enjoyed the made to order eggs the most. Of the restaurants I tried, the steakhouse and teppan ranked the highest for me. Would I return, yes. I only hope the food is better.

This was another amazing stay at the Joia Iberostar Hotel. Our butler Rohan took great care of us and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. I really enjoyed the poolside activities. Alrick, Ace and the rest of the staff did a great job at entertaining us. The fitness classes were fun. I especially enjoyed boot camp with Mo Mo and water aerobics with Shaq (Aquaman). Jimmy, the lifeguard was also very nice and helpful. Our room attendant Tashae did an excellent job of keeping our room clean. I am looking forward to coming back again next year. Great food. Great entertainment. Great staff. Who could ask for anything more.

We stayed as member guests. That included wonderful service such as a butler. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Kadeen did such an amazing job setting up the cutest birthday decorations in my room. It made me feel so special! For our anniversary, Rohan filled our jacuzzi with bubbles and flowers and topped it with a bottle of champagne. Sharon did a wonderful job making sure our room was spotless and always greeted us with a warm smile. The food was AMAZING. The best buffets I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life, not kidding. Fresh seafood, wonderful Jamaican flavors, and tasty drinks. We were able to attend shows in the theater, hear live music in the lobbies and enjoy lively beachside shows from our balcony. JOIA owes us nothing! 10/10 recommend!

Our experience was exceptional. This trip was for our Honeymoon, and we could not be happier with our experience. With it being our Honeymoon, we upgraded to the Ocean View Suite, which included Butler Service. And the Butler Service was a game changer. We had several different Butlers throughout our stay, and every single one was professional, informative, friendly, caring and ready to help out at any moment, with any request. Ralston, Rohan, Kadeen, Gary and Dwayne are the real deal, and took our Honeymoon to the next level. Even things that aren’t on the room service menu, they will go out and get for you. They even had our bed set up with Origami Swan Pillows, with rose petals and a romantic setup upon arrival, without even requesting, just based on them knowing it was our Honeymoon. And we were not the only ones that had this service, yet they remembered both our names and made sure to find us throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed. They’re incredible. We could not be more happy with our overall experience. It was the perfect honeymoon!
