I just wanted to take a moment to express how much we loved Casandra at the pool bar during our recent visit. Her friendly service, attention to detail, and warm personality made our experience truly enjoyable. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I also wanted to share how amazing Angel was during our time here. She truly made our experience special with her warmth and attentiveness. Her ability to make everyone feel welcome and cared for really stood out.

My best friend and I stayed here Oct 24-30. Upon arrival we were greeted at the front door by “Love” with a cool towel and a beautiful smile! He proceeded to bring us into the front lobby where we sat with concierge who checked us in. We were given a welcome drink while checking in. After that, our butler Valentine brought us down to lunch… it was amazing! From there we went back up to check in to see if our room was ready. It was! Valentine and Love brought us and our luggage to our room. Valentine asked if we needed anything more for our mini bar. We gave him our likes and he made sure that we were taken care of each and every day of our stay. Valentine was very attentive and was able to get in to some of the restaurants when they were full. He made our stay a wonderful one! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort and the butler service!

We spent our honeymoon here and were so impressed. Our butlers Orain and Owen were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. We would have been lost without his suggestions and directions, and he was incredibly thoughtful in remembering details. We were also pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was! We upgraded to an oceanfront suite and it did not disappoint! The balcony and bathroom were both amazing. Our favorite restaurant was Hibachi, but we also enjoyed the steakhouses at each property. We were also able to enjoy all of the pool and beach areas at the neighboring resorts, which was perfect for some variety. With so many resort options to choose from, we definitely feel we made the right choice and will certainly be coming back! We are even contemplating an Iberostar membership.

My wife and I stayed here with a number of friends to celebrate a couple birthdays. All in all, it was an... interesting experience. First off, shout out to the staff. They are absolutely the best part of this resort. This was exemplified by the butler service, specifically Andre and Alain. Andre was always happy to see us and facilitate whatever we needed, be it drinks, dinner reservations, or helping us set up a movie in the pool. He really made the trip special and frankly saved the whole vacation. I could've done without the timeshare pitch, and the resort as a whole could've used some more air conditioning. We had a great time at the pools and using various watercraft. The rooms and food I've detailed further below. All in all, a decent enough resort, but if I'm to visit Jamaica again, I'd probably look for another resort to stay.

This was our first all inclusive vacation! The hotel staff were super nice and accommodating for all of our needs. “Andre “ our butler was absolutely the very best! He was there before we knew we needed him! He is an asset to this resort! He always has the biggest smile on his face and is always eager to assist with any and all of our needs! This man loves his job and it shows!
