For a winter break it was good.
If you hard of walking it can be difficult getting around lot of steps and inclines within the complex.
Hotel in a good location for walking into the town along the beach.
Staff always trying to help.
Our room was good well laid out and well cleaned.
Claims to be a 5 star but I would class it 3.5 to 4 star
Very enjoyable break

Not a 5 star hotel, but a very good all-inclusive option at a very reasonable price. The staff are very helpful, and very pleasant (if you're pleasant to them....they are only human). The location is superb, hilly with fantastic views.....if you can't manage steps, don't come here (do your research).

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The hotel's cuisine was simply delicious, with options for every taste. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was of high quality, keeping everything impeccably clean and organized. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent work!

Dear fellow human beings, I'm just giving some quick information, definitely don't book this hotel, there's nothing other than the climate that I can classify as positive. My comment will surely be deleted, but since I am an agent for reviews, I will explain it in detail on all platforms, I will sue this hotel from Austria, the hotel is a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel, they will too locals confirm. Please don't have a terrible vacation here, we are here with our 3 children and we regret every cent. We also had friends of ours who came here by car, they paid €1200 and we would have paid almost €4000 with a flight and a discount of €3500, they were there for 7 days, our friends for 8. We had the same room, very dirty just by the way, you get very coarse and hard bedspreads for bed covers. You can't reach the boss, no one is interested in children in the hotel, you won't have any loungers unless you pay the barmen €10-20 so that they reserve them for you every day, so that families don't end up with loungers who don't want to pay for them. They even tried to move us from the table while we were eating, so I got really angry and dropped my phone and broke my screen. It's an impertinence to want to move someone while the food is going to their mouth and I would like to mention that it wasn't a birthday table, nothing was decorated but someone just paid to sit where they wanted and we didn't. As I said, I don't have much time to detail everything right now, but I will do everything I can to ensure that no one ever gets scammed at this hotel again. You can delete my message, over 100 people work for me, you can't delete that many and we all have multiple profiles, people will know the truth, I promise you that we will see each other in court dear boss. 👋

Having a great time here.
Nowhere's perfect and this place is far from, but for the price, compared with others, it's decent.
The food is a little samey, but you can easily find something you like, and there are snacking opportunities throughout the day too.
The beer is tasty and the wine doesn't taste like pee. That's always a relief on an all inclusive.
You have to be careful with your towels. We saved our place beside the kid's pool and went to book an excursion for the next day, only for a couple with no kids to move our stuff and refuse to move. Not sure why our spot by a kids pool was so appealing to them. Perhaps a different lounger-saving policy would help avoid this.
We're gonna try out one of the à la carte restaurants this evening.
