For a winter break it was good.
If you hard of walking it can be difficult getting around lot of steps and inclines within the complex.
Hotel in a good location for walking into the town along the beach.
Staff always trying to help.
Our room was good well laid out and well cleaned.
Claims to be a 5 star but I would class it 3.5 to 4 star
Very enjoyable break

Not a 5 star hotel, but a very good all-inclusive option at a very reasonable price. The staff are very helpful, and very pleasant (if you're pleasant to them....they are only human). The location is superb, hilly with fantastic views.....if you can't manage steps, don't come here (do your research).

Great 2 week holiday. Couldn't fault it.
Great staff, food, accommodation, location. Lady who cleaned our room went above and beyond her usual duties. Restaurant staff were helpful fun and professional. The animation team were exceptional, thankyou Bruno, Totti, Nutella, Sophia and many more. We loved this place and we are coming back!

My partner and I have just returned from a 5night stay at the Kadikale resort.
Starting with the the positives, the hotel grounds are lovely with great views of the Aegean and surrounding islands. The sea is nice to swim in and the pool(s) are good. The food is also better than expected with the main restaurant offering lots of choice.
Unfortunately however, there are plenty of issues with this place. The staff have a general superiority complex, they are rude and make you feel like they’re doing you a favour when asked anything. The reception staff in particular talk down, fail to listen and treat paying guests like cattle. Also, don’t bother trying to contact them prior to travelling as they don’t reply via email or socials and have 0 interest in guest queries or expeirences. We were told to expect a call from management to address our room concerns ( which i’ll come onto) but never did.
The rooms are a joke! The one we stayed in was dirty and worn. The bathroom was stained, cracks up the walls, the door was damp and had split, the bath was yellow and the toilet failed to flush (I called maintenance 5x throughout the stay to fix it and was made to feel like I was causing a scene) . The double bed were two singles together which continuously slid apart. The room was overall very poor and in desperate need of some TLC - definitely not 5* at all.
The hotel has 2 seperate restaurants from
The main one but the booking system is awful and don’t assume you’ll get to eat in these. You must make a booking for the following evening and it’s hit & miss as to whether there’s any availability. Why they can’t do daily bookings is beyond me.
The fitness centre is falling apart with half the machines broken or unusable. It is also very dirty.
Having spoken to alot of people during our stay, it was clear that these issues were not isolated and very common amongst other guests. I didn’t actually speak to a single person who was wholly satisfied with their stay.
Overall, I would not return to Kadikale. The hotel is in desperate need of some overhaul, the staff aren’t great and for the same price, your money could be better spent elsewhere.
Also, on a side note. The hotel is 2hours away from the airport if travelling via standard transfer- just something to bare in mind!

Having a great time here.
Nowhere's perfect and this place is far from, but for the price, compared with others, it's decent.
The food is a little samey, but you can easily find something you like, and there are snacking opportunities throughout the day too.
The beer is tasty and the wine doesn't taste like pee. That's always a relief on an all inclusive.
You have to be careful with your towels. We saved our place beside the kid's pool and went to book an excursion for the next day, only for a couple with no kids to move our stuff and refuse to move. Not sure why our spot by a kids pool was so appealing to them. Perhaps a different lounger-saving policy would help avoid this.
We're gonna try out one of the à la carte restaurants this evening.
