For a winter break it was good.
If you hard of walking it can be difficult getting around lot of steps and inclines within the complex.
Hotel in a good location for walking into the town along the beach.
Staff always trying to help.
Our room was good well laid out and well cleaned.
Claims to be a 5 star but I would class it 3.5 to 4 star
Very enjoyable break

Having a great time here.
Nowhere's perfect and this place is far from, but for the price, compared with others, it's decent.
The food is a little samey, but you can easily find something you like, and there are snacking opportunities throughout the day too.
The beer is tasty and the wine doesn't taste like pee. That's always a relief on an all inclusive.
You have to be careful with your towels. We saved our place beside the kid's pool and went to book an excursion for the next day, only for a couple with no kids to move our stuff and refuse to move. Not sure why our spot by a kids pool was so appealing to them. Perhaps a different lounger-saving policy would help avoid this.
We're gonna try out one of the à la carte restaurants this evening.

Not a 5 star hotel, but a very good all-inclusive option at a very reasonable price. The staff are very helpful, and very pleasant (if you're pleasant to them....they are only human). The location is superb, hilly with fantastic views.....if you can't manage steps, don't come here (do your research).

I stayed here this summer 2024. Generally hotel and location is good. Sea is clean. However there are some details ruins the total experience, tea and coffee in day only in paper cup and a wooden stick. Just like a bus terminal. Rooms doesn't have spoons either for tea or coffee. Only in the breakfasts you can find a glass cup for hot drinks. We didn't have clean cups in the room for 3 days in a row, they didn't replace them till I told to someone. Mini bar in room never got renewed either. They didn't even put new coffee or tea to room for some days. Bar serves coctails in plastic cups such as cosmopolitan ... The climate leaking water on watermelons and no one seems to notice. Food is generally delicious, the pide chef is amazing, sea doesn't have a sand beach but OK. The biggest downside of the hotel is the waiter chef Mr.Ümit. Without any manners. I was carrying teas and he took the tea cups from my hand suddenly- gave it to a waiter, while telling him "he should carry these teas" I had a shock when someone took hot teas from my hands without any notice or warning.Other day I gave a small piece of food to cats in restaurant, while everyone does it because cats obviously live there and didn't bother me, this same person told me while I am eating as a guest of this hotel "you gave food but he didn't eat" and chased away the cat under my table while we were still eating with an angry attitude...Animations are fun. Hotel is good generally but service lowering the total standard.

Great 2 week holiday. Couldn't fault it.
Great staff, food, accommodation, location. Lady who cleaned our room went above and beyond her usual duties. Restaurant staff were helpful fun and professional. The animation team were exceptional, thankyou Bruno, Totti, Nutella, Sophia and many more. We loved this place and we are coming back!
