This stay was truly relaxing, and I was very happy with the attentive service from every staff member who took great care of me throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mook, who consistently checked on us to make sure we were well taken care of. On our first day, we were quite shocked to see that some areas of the hotel were under renovation, which made us very disappointed and even consider moving to another place. However, after we were shown the room and moved to a quieter zone all arranged smoothly by Mook so we decided to stay. It turned out to be the best decision, as we felt relaxed and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality from all the staff. The hotel also offers a wonderful breakfast restaurant with plenty of choices, but our favorite spot was definitely the Beach Bar. We loved watching the sunset every day while enjoying our evening cocktails such a special moment for us. We are already planning to return next March with our family and truly hope the renovations will be completed by then. Can’t wait! 🥰

A perfect stay. In my opinion the best resort in the area. The resort has recently been refurbished, all the rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped. The location is right on the beach and a minutes walk into the local village with it's many restaurants and shops. All the staff were amazing but the best was Mook, the Guest Relations Manager, who was all the time checking to see if we need anything. Our holiday would not have been the same without her. She would make an excellent resort manager.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The floor was dirty when we checked in, the shower had extremely low water pressure, and the drain was clogged. After calling the front desk, they sent someone to fix it, but the stains on the floor were never cleaned afterward. The breakfast was also very poor—probably because most guests are Westerners, the Asian dishes were terribly prepared, as if they were just thrown together without any real effort. On top of that, the room next door started renovation work at 8 a.m., creating extremely loud noise with no consideration at all for guests who simply wanted to rest. What was even more unacceptable was that after hanging the “Please clean the room” sign at 9 a.m., we returned around 3 p.m. only to find that the room had not been cleaned at all. Overall, this hotel was extremely disappointing. Not only do they show no consideration for guests, but their service quality is careless and unprofessional. I will not return, and I do not recommend it.

A very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, and shops and cafes were also nearby. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

since the reviews weren't the best, we were a little worried. But the Emerald hotel - especially the new part is fantastic. after 6 weeks in Thailand it was our last stop and it was a unique end to the holidays. the rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast has a fantastic selection. the pools and children's world were excellent. I recommend it with all ten.
