Just back from a 7 night stay (All inclusive) and was worried after reading reviews. Had a lovely week, room clean and comfortable , balcony overlooking pool. Hotel location bit out way of any bars or restaurants but only 20 min walk or 4 euros in taxi. Had a beach day , beach lovely and sandy 15 euros for 2 beds and parasol for the day .Sea was lovely Food average was plenty choice but only lukewarm at evening, lots flies around the food . I have to mention Rosa lady served at pool bar shewas lovely and Aday for entertainment was funny also Jesus on reception was very helpful. My only disappointment was cocktails or lack of , they need to train up bar staff as they bit slow in evening. 4 star hotel I'd expect a nice cocktail.Pool lovely always got a bed no rush for them .Overall lovely holiday if want relaxing week this is the place .

The hotel itself has a lot of potential. However the cleanliness is terrible. The cleaners did not visit our room two of the seven days we stayed and when they did they put some clean towels in the bathroom and that was it. Our bed sheets were not changed by them once, reception told us it should have happened every day. One day I was so upset about the cleanliness I took a dustpan and brush, cleaned the room myself and changed our bed sheets. In regards to the food, the breakfast was fine however I am glad we did not do all inclusive as the lunch and dinner buffets consisted of cold, often bland, food from the freezer. People were using the microwave to heat their meals up in. I would not stay here again. I have to say the reception, bar and waiting staff are wonderful, in particular Angel at reception who did all he could to make sure we felt looked after particularly with the cleaning situation.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. From the moment I checked in, it was issue after issue. I asked to be moved to a different room on three separate days due to problems, but the receptionist manager refused each time, claiming there were no available rooms. Yet, I saw new guests checking in and being given rooms without issue — clearly dishonest or just not willing to help. The food was absolutely terrible. Every meal was cold, day after day. The snack bar was even worse — undercooked burgers and sausages were all they served. They had ham and cheese supposedly for sandwiches, but no bread to actually make one. Completely unacceptable. The drinks were also way below standard. Not a single slushy or decent cocktail in sight. For a hotel claiming four stars, the bar service was poor. The poolside bar staff seemed completely uninterested in their job — they barely made eye contact, never smiled, and were honestly unpleasant to deal with. The staff were miserable and looked like they didn’t want to be there. They were unapproachable, unfriendly, and it felt like I was a burden every time I had a question or request. To top it all off, on the day I checked out, I accidentally left my airport travel clothes in my room. When I went back later that day to retrieve them, they were gone. I reported it, but no one took responsibility. One of the maids clearly took my belongings and the hotel did nothing about it. I had to travel home in the clothes I’d been wearing on holiday, I followed it up the day after I got home and none of the cleaners have come forth Regarding my missing clothes, which was a brand-new tracksuit, a bodysuit And they even stole my thong lovely!! To the maid that stole my clothes you clearly needed it more than me, darling So enjoy! The one saving grace of this trip was the other guests. I met some of the most amazing people during my stay — friendly, fun, and full of positive energy. If it wasn’t for them, I honestly think my holiday would have been a complete disaster. They made all the difference, and I’ll always be grateful for the memories we created together.

I’m so disappointed with this holiday we booked through EasyJet holidays (which seems to be uncommon as all the other guests here are from Jet2holiday).  First of all, the hotel is not like it’s advertised, the photos of the pool are the only accurate thing about the place and was the only saving grace of this shambles holiday.  My dad and I stayed here and we had a room each. We were on the “all inclusive” package which I have to say wasn’t all inclusive at all.  When checking in we were told we would have to pay to use the safe in the room!?  €2 a day per room, I’ve never heard of this in my life. You also have to rent a plastic cup for €1 for your drinks to use for the entirety of your stay, which means you have to wash it yourself (again crazy) nowhere when booking is this explained. The “all inclusive” is restricted from 11am-11pm for alcoholic drinks and the pool is only open 10-6pm. In the room there are no tea/coffee making facilities, you have to rent a kettle for €10 per room and buy your own milk. There are no complimentary water bottles in the room. (Depending on who you get at reception you can ask for a water bottle & they may give one to you sneakily). There are water fill stations in the snack bar and the spa but these are not checked, so often were empty. You cannot get a coffee or a tea after breakfast as the machines are turned off & hidden away. The lobby bar doesn’t open until 6:30pm, and there is no milk there anyway so you’re out of luck. Next I move onto hygiene. The standard is absolutely disgusting: when I checked in one of the towels in my room had hairs on it & the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned.  There was a dead bug in my shower. The rooms are sad and plain with no character whatsoever, and all the cupboards & drawers had a weird smell to them. In the restaurant, well I’d call it canteen it wasn’t a restaurant, everything is self-service, the water machines frequently had no water in. The white wine one evening was off, cloudy and had a gross smell. None of the glasses seemed to have been cleaned properly, they also smelled like they’d be dried with a dirty cloth. The buffet quality was awful, although quite limited if you are a vegetarian, and some nights I didn’t want to eat anything.  A “freshly” baked pizza was brought out & it was cold & looked like it had come out of a microwave. The aircon doesn’t seem to work in there so all the windows are open, which meant flies were all over the food every day. I asked for a little metal spoon for my dessert & was told no I need to use a wooden disposable one even though I have used one before at breakfast. Other guests had mentioned they had been ill and I was also ill at the end of my stay. My dad used the toilets by the pool and he said there was sick everywhere that hadn’t been cleaned. The guests that visit are quite rowdy so if you like getting drunk all day, and participate in entertainment that seems aimed more for children each night, then this is the hotel for you. You’d need the alcohol to get you through it’s that bad. A lady we spoke to said she had slipped in the canteen & cut her leg quite badly, there was no first aider at the hotel & she had to dress her leg herself. The staff are lovely especially Angel, he is an actual angel, but you can tell they are so overworked and understaffed.  Lots of reviews mention that the management are aware of the issues but nothing gets done about it. Location wise there is nothing around whatsoever, it’s smack bang in the middle of a quite run down residential area. You need to get a taxi to go and do anything. Another thing we were not told, this hotel is an hour and half away from the airport, please before aware of this as we didn’t know. The beach is a 40min walk away. I have already been in contact with EasyJet holidays and would strongly advise against staying at this hotel it is not worth the money & does not live up to a traditional “All Inclusive” experience and definitely isn’t a 4 star in my opinion.

Well had a week's solo holdiday all inclusive, adults only here , read reviews and they was up n down . So went with no expectations. The place was lovely , I'd say a 3star basic hotel. As stayed in worse and a lot better. Reception staff where fab and helpful at all times . I was lucky as had cleaner everyday which ,some people didn't get . I do feel they was under staffed, maybe that why . All inclusive was your box standard buffet , was like a canteen , but I never starved and ate a good varie of foods , tried all sorts , defo not like goat !! Wasn't red hot food , but not cold defo edible , wine in top and loved the black coffee. Cocktails by the pool , came in a beaker which you paid a euro for and just used that at the bar each time . More like juice really , but I was ok with that as didn't really wanna be drunk and look like drowning fish in pool 🙈 Pool area was lovely , immaculate no issue getting a sun bed at any time .. some of the staff was miserable but again defo not ruin my holiday .. Entertainment chessy, but funny .. Hotel was peaceful, chilled , clean and id defo go back again . Oh , there was nothing around , just a couple of mini markets , nearest beach was 20 mins walk down hill but easy enough to get too.
