Although it needs a little bit of love, it's still a beautiful hotel. The staff are wonderful, the facilities and proximity to the beach are great and the food is quite good as well, even if a bit overpriced. Our ocean front, pool access room was fantastic, and I really don't have any real complaints at all about anything. Don't expect a luxury experience, but do expect more than what you pay for.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Flora. The staff were all friendly, my room was large and clean. The pool areas are all very well maintained. There were lots of options for breakfast and sitting on the beach having my breakfast was a very pleasant experience. My only issue is that I had booked a tour through the hotel, but they had to cancel it because there weren't enough people booked onto it. Rather than automatically refunding it when they cancelled I am having to chase my refund and still haven't received this yet

Best choice for Khao Lak Pang Nga accommodation. We had a pleasure time here. Every staffs are very friendly and give the excellence service. I would recommend all Thai and foreigners coming to stay here. Actually my family planned to stay for 3 days but we extended to 6 days due to all the great room and services. We're really impressed. The aroma spa here with P.Jim Kanthima is amazing! She gave the relaxing massage and release the pain. Recommend and give 10 out of 10 scores for her.

We checked in on 1/1 when the hotel was very busy, there were not enough sunbeds for a full hotel and towels were left on these from very early morning, however there were beanbags on the beach which we used and this felt much less crowded than in the sunbed area. Otherwise the hotel is fine, with helpful, lovely staff. Good breakfast with plenty of options. A hard working barista on the breakfast coffee station, didn’t catch the guys name but he worked efficiently to get drinks out quickly to order. Our room was lovely, a swim up room in the seaside wing but the veranda felt exposed to all and so we never used this. The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beach yet within 5 mins walk of a huge number of restaurants and bars to entertain you in the evening. Taxis located nearby if you want to venture further. The option to use the sister hotel’s facilities was great for us as the beach area at La Vela, seemed far less crowded and more spread out.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and the toilet was somewhat difficult to flush. The bathroom layout also felt a bit cramped. Additionally, early one morning, water unexpectedly started flowing from the shower while I was still resting. As for breakfast, the variety was quite limited and the taste was average. The dining area felt quite warm, as there were not enough fans to keep the space comfortable. On one occasion, the staff cleared my plate before I had finished eating. The front desk team seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, and not all staff members appeared to have full knowledge about the hotel. On a positive note, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the bell staff provided excellent service, which was much appreciated.
