This hotel was nothing like what I was expecting from the websites. The location is awful with nothing within walking distance! No buses that I found. No real beach to the hotel (more a man made little bit of sand) most of the staff are nice but a lot are on their phones all the time. Food was nice and plenty of choice of drinks including cocktails.
Room was a nice size for a couple not sure if you had children too it would be a nice size.

Really relaxing. Located in a quiet fishing village, so not a lot to do locally when out and about. Rooms are good, staff so friendly and good selection of food and drink on all inclusive option. Lovely view across the bay and out into the Indian Ocean. Free boat trip available to Isle aux Cerf as well, which is worth booking on. Plenty of trips can be arranged locally if you want to explore the island. If you want a quiet getaway then this is for you.

A rather expensive hotel that offered absolutely nothing for the price.
The hotel was nothing like the website and the location was isolated with little surrounding. Hotel itself lacked any entertainment facilities, except for an old pool table with broken cues and an old table tennis setup. Rooms are not soundproofed, with unnecessarily loud dj music through the week until 11pm. After a room swap, we were places next to the roosters, going off at 0500 every morning. New shoes left in the room mysteriously disappeared and couldn't be located by staff.
The quality of the food was poor, with most meals tasteless and terrible dessert options. Limited fresh fruit choices available, which was very disappointing for an island hotel. No fresh juices available for all inclusive package and also limited cocktails options.
Service from the staff was slow and very average, who didnt seem interested in working and with very poor English skills.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Day package at Laguna Beach Hotel & Spa was simply amazing. The staffs were very warm and friendly. They do their best to make their guests happy. Food was okay, if there were more variety it would have been fantastic. The view is just breath-taking and it is so peaceful and quiet: an opportunity to get connected with nature.
