Have had lovely stay at the Leonardo Laura, hotel is fabulous, facilities & activities for kids are fantastic, & the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our visit was made all the better for the gorgeous interactions and service with the cleaning staff on our floor Galina & Artemis, my son ran down the corridor to Galina each time he saw her, and she left really cute little towel animals for him in our room. It really made our stay special!

Have just enjoyed a very nice meal at the Little Italy restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Katerina, Usha, Roshan, Ilana, Bibek and everyone else involved.

Where do i begin....arrived on the night and was given sandwiches (they were stale) there was no aircon in the rooms and they stated that the contract they had with tui means that the aircon gets turned on during the 1st day of April. One of the water slides not working until the 6th day of staying! Food has been absolutely disgusting apart from 2 days which I can say was a decent meal. Rooms was ok not the most cleanest. The hotel states all inclusive however if you want premium drinks its at a cost of 25 euro per day pp in that room. The cheap drinks tastes vile especially the vodka. The À la carte restaurants were 50/50. Burger one being absolutely rubbish. Poor hospitality. Was given a fan for the boiling hot room, reported it was broken and still no replacement for the duration of our stay. The entertainment was rubbish until around 4 days into our stay. From what i could tell was that because you havent came in season they do not care in the slightest about you. in all very disappointed to be totally honest and im quite a laid back easy going person. Thanks
