We had a brilliant family holiday, the waterpark was our favourite, there was so much to do for everyone, the food was great, we loved all the restaurants too.
My daughter left her bag at the zoo, and the staff rang them and made sure we got it back.
All staff were brilliant, but wanted to mention the cleaning staff, they were so friendly and made a fuss of the children, leaving a animal (made put of towels!) On the bed morning, Elpida, Artemis, Galina, thank you,
Would highly recommend for a great family holiday. Staff couldn't do more for us.

HONEST REVIEW
Rooms small, have to open toilet door then shut before you're in ... shared room with daughter, no room to swing a cat.
Entertainment zero.
Kids area. I.e pool table etc takes money but doesn't work.
Restaurant is like a canteen, kids screaming and messing with food... Yuk
Beach is poor.
Area, nothing to do, very isolated.
Staff are lovely and helpful and even upgraded room. Still not good 😐
Disappointed to be honest 😕....
Just not what we expected
Definitely not returning

Really fun hotel. My favourite part was definitely the slides (and the all-inclusive of course). Great hotel for a family, you can get to enjoy the slides and there are plenty of pools and sun beds for everyone. Big spaces and loads of tables inside and outside to enjoy your night. Get ready for some outstanding sunset moments. It’s impressive how the staff keep up with the workload even at times that the hotel is very busy. Polite hostesses and waitresses at the restaurants. Olivia at the bar was very friendly and made us amazing cocktails. A nice surprise when cleaners made the room and left us towels in the shape of a dog. Little things, that really make your day and make your holidays more fun!
I would definitely recommend the hotel!

We were there as a 4-member family with two kids age of 10 and 13. Services, location and programs were all great. Food was amazing at every occasion with variety to choose from. We were there in late October, pools were a bit chill to me, not to kids, but the see was warm. We did go to a one day trip there (Banana plants, a canyon, Afrodite bath, Latchi village, and Adonis Waterfalls), absolutely worths the day. Also, we took a 2 hour walk on the seashore on a small pedestrian route, amazing bays and views, starting at the hotel. Next time I try buggy or quad, the terrain and weather this time is perfect to that.

We stayed here as a family of 6 with connecting rooms, ages 5-13 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it and would go back.
The staff are absolutely brilliant and very professional and hard working. The hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the maids are amazing at cleaning the rooms and leaving little towel figurines which made the kids days coming back to see what's next! With such a workload, this doesn't have to be done but is very appreciated.
Clean towels every day, the all inclusive drinks are very good, with lots of options, including 4 different slush, all cordials and juices and all the normal. The food was the same, there was always something for everyone, even with fussy children. Again, as soon as you are finished with something, there is staff there collecting it for you. The breakfast buffet was the best! With fresh pancakes being cooked in front of you with every topping imaginable!! There was always somewhere to sit and you never wait anywhere. Honestly, I could not pick at anything!
There is a constant flow of food, nothing ever gets close to running out, even though it was very busy.
The staff are all lovely and amazing at their job and it shows by how smoothly run this hotel is.
Mykola made my daughters holiday so a big thankyou to him!
My only thing would be the absolute lack of entertainment, we never saw the entertainment during the day, I think they stay over the other side ( which seems to be more adult as it's just one pool ) and the entertainment at night is very bad. Shocking and we actually got bored and went to our room every night early! There is a place over the road my friend went to with entertainment such as drag shows and elvis tributes if that's something you like.
All in all, the food is great. No upset stomach, we went with a party of 16! No issues whatsoever, get a sea view room, the sunsets are so worth it!
The pools and slides are good and kept the kids busy, the 'games room' is not great, my son spent 2 mins in there as all the controllers were broken.
Also book a massage! The spa ladies let my family have time in the spa area with jacuzzi and sauna/ steam room after :)
Thankyou for a great holiday
