Great hotel for family vacation (all inclusive - great value for money) Great gluten-free options in the hotel restaurants (the pizza was really delicious) Tekla, the restaurant host was very welcoming and helpful during the whole vacation (with every gluten free needs and assistance) The waterpark is small but very nice and satisfying for the kids The only thing that was less satisfying is the room quality (very simple, uncomfortable beds, mattress had a slope and wasn't straight, showers poorly maintained). There was a lot of noise from the hallway. Doors didn't isolated the outdoor sounds. But, our overall experience was good !

The spa was absolutely amazing. My therapist Dimitri welcomed me and politely told me to sit down into a calm and relaxed place and did a fantastic job. Always making sure she wasn’t hurting me. She was funny and kind. The staff they are absolutely amazing if you need a place to relax and calm down, I highly recommend the spa.

We arrived at the hotel, and the attitude of the staff was really unpleasant and disappointing. Many things shown on the website look one way, but in reality, they’re not actually provided as described. They advertise several restaurants, but in practice, they’re not really accessible - you have to book in advance, and since there aren’t many seats, if you don’t make a reservation a couple of days ahead, you’ll probably miss your chance. The food was quite disappointing, except for the breakfasts, which were actually good. The hotel attractions are excellent, and honestly, the place has great potential. But the service, and the gap between what was promised and what you actually get, were very disappointing. especially when it comes to the food and customer service, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. even though I approached everything with a positive attitude. Bottom line: If you’re coming just for the attractions, it’s worth it. But if you care about good food and friendly service, this probably isn’t the right place.

The food might not be as good as I would like but thats my opinion but when you consider how many they are cooking for don't expect it to be perfection. You do have to travel to find things to do as the location isn't ideal but I would say a sea view is beautiful. All the staff are really friendly and extremely welcoming, if it wasn't for this the overall would have been 2 stars. The water slides are really good with little queuing. I would say the hotel is very clean and with the size of it is impressive. The only thing that stops this place getting more stars is simply the poor quality food and as we were all inclusive is a shame. Not one that I would return to but that would be the only reason why.

This is our 3rd time, and everything was very good. We think it's the best hotel in Cyprus for families. But, what made this trip perfect, was the amazing hospitality of the team, and above all, the amazing hospitality of Thekla. Thekla went above and beyond to make us smile and feel welcomed. Our Son celebrated 5 years birthday during our stay, and Thekla made sure it was a memorable one for our boy. We will surely come back, thanks to amazing people like Thekla
