The hotel has a lot of activities arranged for guests and the check-in staff was really friendly. Room was spacious, pool staff were nice. However the room, kids club and the some parts of the lobby smell horrible. Understand it’s a beachfront property but still a lot of things need to be fixed. At breakfast, we asked for baby utensils and they were sticky and smelly. My son used the fork before I realized and when the staff came to take the plates away, I saw her put the set back on their pantry instead of taking them back for cleaning together with the other dirty plates (because they looked clean). I told her they’ve been used, she double checked and put it back again at the clean utensils area! This might explain why the set came sticky and smelly…………

Stayed for 10 nights with our 4-year old child. Amazing property, very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the idea of kid's corner during breakfast - you can finish your morning coffee in peace while your kid is busy with some crafts. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily, cleaning personnel always made sure we had sufficient supply of drinking water. Good set of activities for both adults and children. The only hiccup we had was during the checkout process when our invoice somehow had two charges of approx. 1200 baht in total that hadn't been made by us (drinks at the beach bar). Once I pointed out that those weren't mine, the checkout employee looked through all my signed receipts and, not having found those charges among the receipts, reprinted the invoice correctly. So the situation got resolved smoothly.

Just back from a 3-day stay with our toddler (2) and 7-year-old. What a find! September rates were incredibly reasonable, and the resort was wonderfully peaceful - sometimes felt like we had the pools to ourselves! The room setup was perfect for families - two actual bedrooms meant no tiptoeing around after kids' bedtime. Our 7-year-old couldn't get enough of the game room (super clean and well-maintained), while the little one loved splashing in the kids' pool. The staff were extra attentive with so few guests around. The Pizzeria was our go-to (perfect for picky eaters), but we also enjoyed a surprisingly relaxed dinner at Beach Grill - with so few diners, the staff had time to entertain our toddler while we actually finished a hot meal! Only minor quibble: no bathtub in the room, but the shower worked fine. Fantastic value for what you get.

I stayed for 2 nights in Nov 2024 Pros: -big bed and comfortable bed sheets. -i like the daybed along the wall of the bathroom near the bed. -shower is big and hot water lasts forever and it also has a bench you can sit down on. rain shower head is nice too. -bathtub is big for 2 people and they provide bath salts. -hair dryer provided. -wide bathroom sink space. -big room size. -they provide 4 glass bottles of water per day. -aircon works well. -balcony is big and has a drying rack. -swimming pool is large with 3 pools. -breakfast is pretty good and they catered to my dietary requirements. The chef made me noodle and grilled chicken and rice porridge that was soy and dairy free. -bathrobe is nice and thick. -shower gel is nice, not drying. -they have table tennis and pool table you can use. -they have some free activities anyone can do. 1 hour free waterport activity you can do as well. -big towels. -tissue box provided with good quality proper tissues. Cons: -there's a smell at the entrance of the hotel and some other areas of the hotel near the front. Smelled pretty bad like sewerage or something with the drains. We asked on the check out day and they were aware of the issue and were going to fix it, so hopefully that is fixed by now. In the room though there was no smell. -during the afternoon the wifi was patchy, it couldn't connect properly to the internet but that only happened on one of the days. The wifi speeds were okay, mobile speed tested at 24.3 mbps (download) and 25.4 mbps (upload), sometimes it dipped to 20 mbps. -The beach is okay not crystal clear, you can see your hand maybe half way down the water but it is clean. However, it's quite shelley with some rocks at the beginning of the sand before you go into the water and a bit as you go into the water. It does disappear as you go further in. However, I got stung so many times from sea lice in the water, it was actually quite unbearable. The jellyfish larvae were stinging badly. I guess at least they have the swimming pool which doesn't have this problem. Overall rating: 8.9/10

If u are looking for the best hotel which is family friendly as well, I personally recommend this one. First, the location from Phuket international airport is not that bad it’s a one hour and thirty minutes drive, when we first checked in the staffs were attending to all of our following questions they were very patient to us and kindly explained to us whenever they saw us not just the receptionist the other staff they always said hi to us and smiled. The rooms here is very clean tidy and beautiful the view of the rooms were of the beautiful clean pool down stairs. There is also a kids club with many wonderful staffs and a beach with a beautiful sunset. Overall we would be pleased to come back here again more than once, this is probably the best hotel we have stayed at so far I definitely recommend this one for everyone that has family’s. ✨🐚
