I visited Latest Recipe at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur, located near KL Sentral, and had a very pleasant dining experience. What truly stood out was the team’s excellent awareness and care regarding food allergies. After I informed them about my allergy condition, chefs from each section personally came over to explain which dishes were suitable and which should be avoided. Their knowledge and attention to detail were impressive and reassuring. The chefs also took the initiative to recommend safe food options, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably and with confidence. This level of care reflects strong professionalism and proper training among the staff. Overall, the service was exceptional — attentive, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused. I have great respect for the team at Latest Recipe for going the extra mile. Highly recommended, especially for guests with food allergies or special dietary requirements. I would definitely return.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist, Rika, was very welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The room was comfortable with a nice view, and I really enjoyed the facilities—especially the pool, gym, and sauna, which were well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices; however, some of the food, particularly the desserts, was a bit dry. That said, the restaurant staff were warm, attentive, and very helpful, which made the dining experience more enjoyable overall.

Had a wonderful stay during New Year’s Eve. The room was spacious, tidy and complete. The hotel sits very convenient with near MRT and shops. The swimming pool was large and have a nice view on level 8. The In-Room Dining was nice. The food that we ordered was excellent and generous which I highly recommendede. The only downside is during Breakfast Buffet as they didn’t place a side plate for the fork and spoons. Very minor but seems needed if you need to rest your fork and spoons. Lastly I would to express the great hospitality and service which the hotel provided so many tumes of free complimentary drink which we able to relax at the lobby.

Among the six Marriott properties I stayed at during this trip to Kuala Lumpur, Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur was the most outstanding hotel overall. If shopping is the primary priority, the JW Marriott or The Westin would offer superior locations due to their central position in the Bukit Bintang district, surrounded by major malls and entertainment options. However, Le Méridien’s location in the KL Sentral area makes it exceptionally convenient as a transportation hub, facilitating easy access to key attractions across the city via train, monorail, and other public transport. What truly elevated this property above the others was the exceptional quality of its Club Lounge service. The staff demonstrated a perfect combination of courtesy, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. Recognized as a desirable workplace, the team exhibited bright expressions and a positive demeanor that genuinely transferred to the guests, creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere throughout the stay. In my view, the hospitality industry is fundamentally a people-centered business, where the warmth and mindset of those delivering the service are of paramount importance. Should I return to Kuala Lumpur, my accommodation choices would be limited to Le Méridien and The Westin.

My family and I (with elderly parents) had an amazing stay in this hotel even tho it was just for a night. I feel the need to highlight the impeccable service we received from everyone in the hotel from the moment we checked in to checkout. The buffet dinner was hit and miss, the Indian fare and dessert could be better but others were ok. Breakfast, however exceeded our expectations - plenty of fresh fruits with great range of both local & international selections. We also tried the pool and gym. The pool looked bigger in photos but it's still a good length even though it can get crowded. Beautifully designed landscape in the pool area. Gym is also of decent size with multiple cardio & strength machines. Room wise, we got an upgrade and stayed in a corner room with bathtub, it was very lovely. I didn't like the bed as it was too soft for my liking but then again it's a personal choice. Room is well stocked with amenities, i especially love the toiletries! We had our car with us and the flat rate parking was RM8 which is ideal if you're driving. All in all, we had a great time there especially my parents who are usually picky. Will definitely come back for another stay 😊
