We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day! Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. They even fulfilled our request for extra pillows promptly, which we really appreciated. The overall ambience of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would love to come back again!

Very lovely hotel to stay. The restaurants serve really brilliant sets - especially the beef teppanyaki. The bread and butter pudding are lovely. There is an abundance of selection too. And what makes it an outstanding international hotel is the way they serve the varied cheese board as well as the patisserie counter. Rooms are good sized and clean. The mattress is very comfy and supportive, while the pillows are just the right amount of softness that helps to support a tired and sleepy head. The shower was brilliant - gives a good wake up in the morning and keeps you fresh. Their service is top notch. Room service was really attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Le Meridien Hotel in Kuala Lumpur offers an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were met with exceptional hospitality. Chisato, the Guest Service Manager, made our stay truly memorable with outstanding service. The hotel’s pool is a highlight, featuring waterfalls, water slides, a lazy river, and a relaxing jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet caters to all tastes, ensuring a delicious start to each day with fresh squeezed juices. We stayed in a spacious Le Meridien Suite with a fantastic lake view, providing both comfort and luxury. The Club Lounge on Level 33 is a standout experience that shouldn’t be missed. What sets this hotel apart is the remarkable staff and management who made us feel right at home during our five-night stay. Simply amazing!

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to key areas in the city. The customer service is commendable, with friendly and helpful staff enhancing the overall experience. However, the room did not meet expectations. It showed signs of aging, and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable sag that affected sleep quality. While the hotel offers great service and a prime location, the room quality could be improved to match the standard of the overall experience.

The Exec Lounge staff especially Hafizi was very pleasant, courteous and nice to talk with. He tried his best to please so that it feels like home. He should get promoted. Rocky is also friendly and accommodating and shows good service. I do recommend you to choose a room with lounge access as it is worth it.
