Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is a stylish and comfortable hotel located conveniently near KL Sentral, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. Only took me 30mins to get here after exiting the airport via express train! The rooms are well-maintained and modern, featuring plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and great city or lake views. Service is generally warm and professional — staff are attentive and quick to assist with requests. My room service arrived within 15mins of the request at late night so that was really quite impressive. Breakfast at the Lvl 5 cafe is a highlight, offering a wide spread of local and international dishes with good quality and freshness. The pool area shared with Hilton is another plus, providing a relaxing resort-like vibe in the heart of the city. It has a poolside bar as well which operates at night. Overall, a dependable 5-star stay with great convenience, comfort, and hospitality. Slight room for improvement in check-in efficiency during peak periods, but otherwise a highly recommended hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Just wanted to share my experience at this hotel, it was really great! The rooms were spotless, which is always a huge plus for me. Plus, the location was super convenient for getting around the city. The staff were all incredibly friendly and were happy to help with anything. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful buffet lunch here yesterday! Food spread was good although we were kind of expecting roast beef or lamb but chicken was there so it was all good. Loved everything else. Perhaps the Japanese sashimi and sushi could be improved? It was a bit scarce and quite dry looking. Service was good. Plates cleared quite efficiently. We had good people who were ready to serve and wait on you at most stations. An enjoyable moment for my family and I. Looking forward to another session. Thanks!

I love this hotel. It's amazing that it shares the outdoor pool with the adjacent Hilton hotel. You can literally walk next door to the Hilton's different restaurants and bars. The train is by far the best way to get here from the airport. The taxis are scams and aren't to be trusted, whereas the train is faster and cheaper, clean and safe as well. It's only about 30 minutes from the airport terminal to the hotel and the distance is only a two minute walk from the train platform. There are lifts and escalators available from the train platform to the hotel lobby. Returning back to the train, the ticket machine at the airport is next to the train platform entrance for the KLIA Express. The machines accept credit cards or tapping your phone. Tickets costs 110 RM for two adults, whereas the scam taxis wanted 350! I'd booked a driver, but decided the train was the better option. The hotel staff are very helpful, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. My wife loved the bath and the shower. Breakfast was great and I'm looking forward to my next stay at Le Meridien, Kuala Lumpa.

Located above KL Sentral and linked to Nu Sental. Convenient to travel to Pavilion at Bukit Bintang using the MRT. RM 1.60 per ride. Rooms have been refurbished and comfortable as usual. As a Platinum guest, I was lucky this time to secure a Meridien Suite (as it was also my birthday). Room comes with daily laundry credit of RM 33. The evening cocktail is from 6-8pm with a good selection of beverages including alcohol. Live station gets rotated with chef representing each if their in house restaurants. Lounge is classy and well spaced. They have a good mix of interns and staff running it daily. Had a very good conversation with Wei Sheng who is about to embark on his new journey, good service rendered. There is also Ravin and Pretha who helped to arrange for my room upgrade. Thanks to them. And Salim, the lounge manager, who actively listened to feedback from the guests and worked hard to improve the lounge. As a soon to be Titanium member and life Platinum under Marriott, I have seen the changes of LM KL over the years. It is a very competitive industry and apart from the constant need to upgrade the facilities and facade, what is more important (IMO), is the culture and interaction that helps the establishment to remain resilient and stay competitive.
