We recently stayed at this hotel and it absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire property is filled with beautiful, photogenic spots, there are many Instagrammable locations around every corner. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional and friendly staff who consistently went out of their way to help us, even assisting in organizing a tour. We dined at both restaurants on site and enjoyed delicious food in spacious, comfortable settings. The location is perfect: it's just a calm and easy 10-15 minute walk to Karon Beach, with two 7-Eleven stores conveniently located along the way. Furthermore, the hotel's efficient transport service, with golf carts always available to drive you to any point within the property, added great convenience. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10 and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Phuket.

This resort is amazing with all of its jungle charm. I had a wonderful massage and facial with Milky at the Cheeva spa. She was perfection! However, The bartender at the banana pool was not pleasant, not nice, laughed at me when I asked questions and acted as if I was an idiot. Not ok. The bartenders at the main pool near the restaurant were amazing. I'd also like to add that I was out for four hours during the middle of the day and they had still not made up my room so I had to call and ask them to make up my room. I would expect better service. And the bath towels are rough and cheap. Despite all that, the atmosphere is so amazing here that I would encourage people to enjoy it especially a pool access room, but ask for privacy. Some of the pool access rooms are quite exposed to either a restaurant or to people walking by. I moved the first day from 6122 because of its exposure directly to a restaurant. I moved to 6108. That was much better and incredibly pleasant.

Stunning hotel in a quiet location on a hillside in a jungle style location. We were allocated a lovely room with a sea view and it was very quiet. The hotel grounds are immaculate and it was always easy to get a sunbed. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed an evening meal in the buffet restaurant and also the thai a la carte which were both very good. We had a few minor issues but I cannot tell you just how helpful the staff are and how hard they work to make your holiday experience as good as possible. The level of customer service was incredible and any issues were quickly forgotten. It was an easy walk to Karon and back and we had no issues with the walk back despite being in our 60's. There was always a tuc tuc available to take you to your room but we preferred to get our steps in.

This was the most beautiful resorts I ever stayed in. My daughter and I had a room with both pool and garden views. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at Chom Talay which was included. We also went there for a dinner buffet and Cabaret Show. There was a nice gym. I really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful flowers around the resort. We had a swim up breakfast in the pool. The rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptional!! 10 out of 10!!

Overall we had a great and relaxing stay at Mandarava. Superb rooms, very clean, no disturbing noises and great location. If you’re looking for a resort to wind down and relax, this is the place to stay. You’ll be in good hands with the whole staff. We especially want to point out Cheeva Spa and Charm Thai Restaurant; I had a great experience at Cheeva Spa. I was fortunate to book in for three massages during our stay - 2 times with Ms. Apple and once with Ms. Tik. They were both extremely kind and professional and very considerate regarding any concern areas; I have neck and shoulder tightness and both have released a lot of knots causing this. I’d highly recommend this spa with the kindest staff and very calming ambience. Great and tasteful food served by the kindest and accommodative staff; especially thanks to Maew, Oil, Pu and Noey and all the chefs, for excellent service and hospitality. We didn’t have to go elsewhere to find deliciously seasoned Thai food - we ate here during our whole stay at the resort. I tried different dishes from the menu every night (stayed for 6) and was - as expected - pleasantly surprised every time. If we’re coming back to Phuket, this is where we’ll be staying.
