I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s easily one of my favorites I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was clean, beautiful and sooo spacious. We had not one but TWO balconies. The view was amazing. The way the rooms are set up kind of makes you feel like you are the only ones in the resort which made for such a refreshing experience! We essentially had this entire pool to ourselves. The staff was truly amazing and always smiling and attentive to our needs. The only “downside” is that it is quite hilly so you have to take the free resort shuttle pretty much everywhere or walk up/down the hills but honestly it just feels like part of the experience and makes for good exercise! Oh, and the resort food was DELICIOUS. Like seriously everything I ate was so good. Just an overall amazing experience. 1000% recommend!

Stayed here for 3 nights as our first stop in Thailand and I don’t think any of our other hotels will top this one. The layout and aesthetic of the resort is brilliant. The photos do not do the resort or the rooms justice. Everything was kept pristine, cannot fault anything about the rooms. We only ate breakfast in the main restaurant, so cannot comment on the lunches or dinners, but the quality and range of food was also 5 star worthy. The food and drinks from the pool bars were also top tier. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always friendly and attentive. Again, definitely 5 star service. The resort is a short 5-10 minute walk down a slight hill to Karon beach and the main Karon strip. Taxis to Patong were only 450 Baht (Cheaper for anywhere closer to the resort) Would 100% recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were stunning, well-maintained, and the private pool with its own entrance added a unique and luxurious touch. The service was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to staying here again. That said, there’s room for improvement. While the buffet breakfast offered a vast variety, some of the local Thai dishes could use a little more refinement - could be a lot tastier. Also, the coffee was quite disappointing—this is definitely an area that needs attention. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor tweaks needed to make it perfect!

Absolutely amazing place, couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms could use a little refresh and some minor maintenance but it doesn’t matter so much as the hotel is just fabulous. Location was great for me - on the side, calm spot, but close to shops, restaurants and the beach. I love to walk and was enjoying my daily walks from and to the hotel. Room - Sea Pearl Private Pool Access - was great overall, a bit of maintenance and small refresh would be nice though. Housekeeping staff was doing a great job. I highly recommend updating lower tier rooms to this one - the private space outside and access to a secluded pool was an amazing option. Very good breakfast Great pools, a lot of options Fantastic Thai restaurant Most amazing staff ever - everyone is so friendly and nice! They make you feel comfortable and welcome at literally every second of being there! The whole resort is wonderful :) I wish the bar menu/drinks list would be better and bartenders could prepare drinks of our choice.

What a stunning place! Absolutely gorgeous! The greenery is stunning. I felt truly in the paradise and I preferred to stay at the hotel pool than the beach! I can't recommend this place highly enough. From the friendliness of the staff to cleanliness, attention to the details, etc. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Quiet, friendly area.
