One of the most spectacular hotels I’ve ever been in — every detail felt luxurious and inspiring. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Petronas Twin Towers and overlooking KLCC Park. The views from every room and around the hotel were simply stunning. The spa is divine — serene, beautifully designed, super relaxing, with excellent therapists. The infinity pool is a highlight too, especially for relaxing with a view over the city skyline and the towers as the lights come on. Food was amazing and very good value. Lots of choices: local and international, buffets, fine dining, casual poolside options — each meal impressed in taste and presentation. Rooms were comfortable, beautifully furnished with attention to detail, and peeking out from my window at the Twin Towers was memorable. Overall, the Mandarin Oriental KL delivered an incredible stay — elegant, indulgent, with views that take your breath away and service that really makes you feel pampered. It’s a MO, you’re going to love it. Tremendous service and facilities. Huge gym, nice pool area, beautiful views from the room. My only critique is the cold plunge is 24 degrees Celsius which technically isn’t even a cold plunge, drop that puppy down to 15 at the most! Ideally 7-11 degrees Celsius would be perfect. Nonetheless, still enjoyed the sauna and wellness facilities. Would just be that much better with a true cold plunge like many Mandarin Oriental’s have, I think the one in Lake Como had their plunge at 8 Celsius? Maybe 10?

A truly exceptional hotel. We stayed here 3 years ago and had such a wonderful and memorable time that we absolutely had to return during our 2 night stay in KL. Starting from the wonderful staff at the check-in counter and concierge, who were so warm and helpful. We received a welcome amenity gift upon check-in. The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The room service is faultless and the housekeeping team are fantastic with immaculate turn down service. The breakfast is one of my favourite parts of our stay as the selection is so extensive and deliciously prepared. A special mention to the lovely concierge staff Shahrul who assisted me with making a phone call. He was the shining example of warmth and professionalism and is a real asset to the team. Roziati was also so lovely upon our check-out process and was helpful in giving us plenty of recommendations for the local area. What wonderful staff that truly continue to uphold this establishment’s amazing reputation.

My stay at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur has been nothing short of exceptional. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service, reflects true hospitality. The views of the Petronas Towers are breathtaking, and I loved spending time by the pool overlooking the city skyline. The gym and tennis club are beautifully maintained and inspiring spaces to recharge. A truly unforgettable experience in every way.

The whole experience was excellent. The airport transfer was organized perfectly. Rooms were great and the staff is super nice. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of variety. We really felt amazing, and I wish we would have stayed longer. I hope I visit again. Thank you for everything!
