The gym is well-equipped with top-of-the-line machines, the pool area is both relaxing and beautifully maintained, and the Club Lounge offers an elevated experience with outstanding food, drinks, and service. The spa is a true sanctuary, delivering treatments that leave you feeling completely refreshed and cared for. Every detail here reflects luxury and comfort, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in delivering excellence. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur who wants the perfect blend of hospitality, amenities, and atmosphere.

A true five star, and hope it remains this way. Been such a while to be in an establishment where they understand what it means to be running a place of hospitality and service. The care they have and the respect for their guests, the quality of rooms, food, and service. The location is great, we had a car that we did not use for three days in MO KL. Everything was within walking distance. Thank you for making the holiday and meals so enjoyable.

I recently stayed for a couple of days at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Location The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport options like the monorail, MRT, and LRT. This made it convenient to explore Bukit Bintang and other attractions in the city. Amenities The breakfast was impressive, with various options to suit different tastes. The staff were attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Room I had a room with a view of the Twin Towers, and I could also see the garden, fountain, and mosque from my window. It was a beautiful sight, especially at night. Considerations However, it's worth noting that if you're looking for a room with a balcony or the option to open windows, this hotel may not be for you. All the rooms, including mine, had no balcony, and the windows were sealed shut. Pricing As expected, this is one of the more expensive hotels in the area, with room rates around 900 MYR per night. While it offers luxury and convenience, be prepared for the price tag. Conclusion In summary, the MO, KL is a good choice for its location, amenities, and service, but potential guests should be aware of the lack of balcony and open windows.

We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur both at the beginning and end of our trip, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. What really stood out was their attention to detail — they even remembered us when we returned a few weeks later, which made us feel genuinely valued. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for places to visit and assisting with dinner reservations. The spa facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect way to relax and unwind before and after long-haul flights. Overall, we had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return on a future visit to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

My experience at mandarin oriental was fantastic! The service and food was excellent. Certainly 5 stars. Lastly and most importantly the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter and I stay absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Aaron from the concierge desk who helped us when we needed transportation to our next destination which was Penang. And even helped us when I had a problem With the grab app.
