Our stay at the Mandarin Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the highly competent and friendly reception team. A particularly thoughtful gesture was when they gifted my girlfriend chocolates a day before her birthday – such a wonderful surprise! Our room was ready even before the official check-in time, and we were allowed to use all the facilities right away. The receptionist even offered us a relaxation room – truly outstanding service! The pre-ordered flowers were placed in our room as requested, and to our delight, we even received two instead of one. There was a slight delay with the birthday cake at breakfast due to one staff member at the desk being not so competent, but thankfully, another lady stepped in immediately and resolved the issue. The breakfast and fitness room were absolutely top-notch. As a lovely bonus, we received a voucher for a drink at a bar with a breathtaking view. The pool area is a dream – beautifully designed, and the staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and extremely cozy – we didn’t miss a thing. Overall, an exceptional stay with outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

A Luxurious and Convenient Family Stay! My recent 3-night stay at the Mandarin Hotel Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable quality of service and the outstanding room. The room itself was a highlight – spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and incredibly convenient for our family. It provided a comfortable and relaxing haven after a day of exploring the city. The housekeeping service was particularly noteworthy, with the room being refreshed every time we stepped out, a testament to the hotel's attention to detail. All of the amenities offered were top-notch, catering to our every need and enhancing our overall experience. Perfect location within walking distance to Petronas towers. Mall next door with lots of designer and high street brands as well as food options including restaurants and a food court. Hotel staff were very attentive, hotel rooms were super clean and comfortable with plenty of space - had one of the best sleeps ever. Breakfast had a huge selection of various cuisines and very good quality food- not the usual buffet quality. Would highly recommend this hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a top quality 5* hotel that I will definitely be returning to. The rooms are spacious, very luxurious and incredibly comfortable with all the modern additions and updates. The pool area Also spacious with great views over the infinity pool of central KL but incredibly tranquil. Service at all times was excellent in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast restaurant was incredibly well stocked with all breakfast options available no matter your preferences. A wonderful and relaxing place to stay in KL.
