The Medhufushi Island Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Breakfast at the main restaurant
- Lunch served at the main restaurant

A truly relaxing Maldivian paradise island. Sea plane recommended. Water villas are special. The food is varied and freshly cooked and all the staff from the bar to room and guest services are so attentive. Brilliant destination, spotlessly clean and so so friendly. Would go back in a heart beat 💓

Lovely island hotel, the staff are so helpful and will do anything to make your stay special. The food was amazing with plenty of choice for all and different things on each day for all meals. We had a truly magical time and I would recommend this to anyone.

Good rooms and good service. Food tasted good but the variety was missing, mostly Indian menu. The pool is good and the views are great. Travelling from the airport takes time via speedboat as it takes almost 3hrs. Choose a seaplane transfer if you don't want to lose time. You should definitely book in advance for island hopping and spa. Snorkeling and dolphin watch a good activity. Water activities are not worth the money spent. Rooms are not hi tech but it's spacious. A beach villa is better than a water villa. Water around the villa is not great to swim in. Better choose a pool instead. Friendly staff and they are mostly from Bangladesh or India (Mostly South Indian from Kerala or Tamil Nadu). No tub in the beach villa. Private outside showers. No cycles or golf carts to commute inside the resort. Long walks if you choose a water villa. Only 1 restaurant and 1 bar for the entire resort. No smart card, they use keys to access the rooms. Whole resort doesn't have a dedicated wifi system. Room or restaurant or bar area centric wifi. If you choose a beach villa and go to a water villa then no wifi (vice versa). Honeymooners please do not take room number 219 or 220, you will have to use a canoe to reach your room and come back too. (Hope you know kayaking).

The only drawback is they don't have their own speed boat to transfer hotel and airport. Only 2 times a day.

We had the most wonderful time at Medhufushi resort! Starting from the beautiful beach villa, with the gorgeous interior and the outdoor bathroom, to the delicious food with the huge variety on offer each meal. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded as the amenities are spread out and our beach felt almost private. The speed boat trip was a bit long and the sea was quite rough so we opted for seaplane transfer on our way back which was an amazing experience. The staff at the resort is super friendly and helpful. They constantly make you feel at home and bend over backwards to accommodate your requests. From the restaurant staff to the nice guy at the pool who helped us with setting up the loungers, they always greeted us with a heartfelt friendly smile. Especially Yasas, who welcomed us when we arrived, answered all our questions, showed us our room personally and explained all important details and he even came with us to the hospital when our baby got sick. The reception acted very quickly in getting us a boat transfer to the next hospital and we felt cared for even though it was stressful to our little one feeling poorly. We were continuously impressed with the food options which were tasty and the variety was fantastic. Christmas dinner was so special and festive! The pool area has a wonderful view on the ocean, is clean and centrally located. Overall the hotel is not new but well maintained and clean. It was definitely a fabulous stay on the island and we highly recommend the place! Thanks for making our first stay on Maldives so beautiful and memorable ♥️
