My wife and I arrived for a three-night, four-day vacation. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room on a lower floor, despite having paid for a room with a sea view. It's important to note that from the balcony we received, the sea is not visible. When we presented the issue to the receptionist, we received immediate and courteous assistance. Additionally, the entire hotel staff is polite, respectful, and friendly. We will definitely return here without a doubt.

We have stayed at the Mediterranean 4 times before. Unfortunately, it will be our last time ever staying there.
This hotel has definitely changed over the years, and the quality of customer service has become very poor.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE CAMERAS IN THE OUTSIDE POOL AREA. SO IF SOMEONE DROWNS, THEY WONT HAVE PROOF OF IT.
Our daughter’s iPad (worth $1000) was stolen from our pool chair, while my son was sitting on the chair. Not sure what kind of human being would do something like that, but the hotel did nothing to help.
The hotel claims there are no cameras near the pool to find the person who took it. I feel like they were protecting the person who took it. This made us feel even more unsafe not having cameras next to the pool where people can drown.
Also, the older people working at the hotel are very grumpy and rude.
You’re better off spending a little extra and staying at the Four Seasons next door. You will definitely see the difference in service and quality.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The buffet was sufficient and there is enough food for everyone. Unfortunately we didn‘t have a sea view from our room but that wasn‘t so bad because we didn‘t spend so much time in our room, only for sleeping, showering and changing clothes. We booked full board, which was very practical, the only bad thing was that we had to pay for all the drinks we had during our meals we even had to pay the water. One thing I can‘t forget to mention, is that there are shows in the evening based on the food at dinner. for example: ( Mediterranean food= Mediterranean night and dances ) All in all I would visit this hotel anytime again! Especially to see our favorite waiter Andy again!

Nice hotel very clean and well appointed. I would recommend a sea view room for a little extra, definitely worth the extra cost. Pretty views at night across the illuminated hotel pools and out to sea, although you won't get a sunset due to the hotel facing South.
Breakfast was OK, attentive staff and the usual range of hot and cold food, be aware the soft boiled eggs are VERY soft!
The hotel is a couple miles from the main marina and old port area, any '30' bus will get you there for 2 euros (it goes up to 3 euro's at night for some odd reason) - bus stops have no timetables or indication of what buses stop there - but it seems the '30' pretty much stops at every stop into town.
A basic but well equipped supermarket directly opposite the hotel offers drinks and snacks at a quarter of the hotel prices, grab a few bargains for your hotel balcony!
Google and Apple Maps don't work in Cyprus, GPS signal is jammed by the military in the nearby war zone. For that reason getting taxis or seeking somewhere to eat is tricky because your phone 'current location' is artificially shown as hundreds of miles away - not the fault of the hotel of course just something to bear in mind.
My one criticism is the shower in the room was very basic, single head and quite small, not the best pressure - a bit like s standard UK shower of 10/15 years ago - not a deal breaker but out of line with the rest of the amenities that are of a high standard.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Spent 3 nights and the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and pretty. Loved the pool and beach area. Pool has a bar you can order from while in the water, don’t miss out on the bar’s milkshakes! We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the pool and the water. Perfect place to lounge out and enjoy a holiday.
