10/31/25 - My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. I got the King Executive Room. The room was really nice and spacious with a good view of Chao Phraya River. Nice jet tube, separated shower and toilet. It took a little over an hour to get from airport to hotel with traffic around 5pm. The Executive Room comes with complimentary buffet breakfast, light refreshments, afternoon tea, and sundowners. We took advantage of the buffet and sun downer the most. We went to the afternoon tea a few times. The buffet breakfast some good variety of food, Western and Asian style food and a good variety of pastries and drinks. As for the afternoon tea and sundowner, they make something new every day which is nice, you get to taste something different. Some days they make some really good stuff, also free drinks and a nice view of the river. Service was the best I've ever had from any hotel, from start to finish. When we arrived, they took care of us right away, checking us in and taking our luggage and bringing it up to us. Cleaning crew would come in everyday and make our bed, fold our dirty cloth laying around, replace towels, etc. They say sawasdee to us every time. This hotel does have free shuttle from the hotel to Sathorn Pier, which connect to Saphan Taksin train which connects to blue and green line. There is another pier that is behind the hotel. Khlon San Pier which will take you to Si Praya Pier next to River City, which is 6 baht per person only. Icon Siam is right next door, just a 5 minute walk. It is a huge mall, 8 floors, with lots of variety of food, souvenirs and anything you can thing of buying. You have everything you need here, don't even have to go anywhere. The streets will get busy during rush hours if trying to get a taxi. Overall, great hotel, great location if you like Icon Siam area. Ferry and taxi is easily accessible to cross the river. Could be lots of traffic during rush hour due to other hotel in the area and high traffic of Icon Siam.

Specific Issues with Service and Staff Conduct • Check-in Experience and Staff Attitude: Upon arrival at the lobby, the initial interaction with the staff was highly unsatisfactory. The facial expressions of the front desk employee suggested a severe lack of welcome, making us feel as though we were an inconvenience or seeking complimentary accommodation, which is entirely unacceptable for a high-end hotel. • Disposal of Personal Belongings in the Lobby: During the check-in process, I placed some newly purchased food (more than half-full) and a beverage from ICONSIAM on a lobby table. A staff member (who was not the person handling my check-in, but was present in the lobby area) subsequently took and disposed of these items. While some were eventually returned, the staff member who returned them showed a visible look of annoyance, implying that the situation was a hassle. Crucially, no apology was offered for discarding my personal property. The staff member's demeanor was generally unaccommodating and lacked the polished, welcoming standard expected of a 5-star hotel. • Key Card/Lift Access Issue: When my room key card failed to grant access to the lift floor, a staff member was required to fix it. After the fix, the staff member simply returned the card and expected me to walk away and test it myself, rather than taking the final step of walking with me to confirm the key was fully functional. This demonstrated a lack of completeness in service resolution. • Delayed Bell Service for Check-out: When attempting to check out with a substantial amount of luggage, I called for bell service assistance. The wait was so prolonged that I eventually had to carry the bags down myself. I only informed the staff about the remaining items afterwards to be transported. Issues with Room and Hotel Facilities • Room Condition: The room felt noticeably dated. Specifically, there were visible signs of wear and tear, including cracked wood on the closet. In the bathroom, one of the faucet handles spun freely, though the tap was still functional. • In-Room Beverage Policy: I was explicitly warned about charges for all in-room consumables, including tea and coffee. This is highly unusual for a 5-star hotel, as standard tea and coffee amenities are typically complimentary. Due to the ambiguity and my reluctance to spend time confirming this odd policy, I chose not to consume any of the provided items. Conclusion Throughout my stay, the overall feeling was that while some individual staff members were pleasant, the inconsistent service and poor attitude of others created an unwelcome atmosphere. When compared to the high room rate (which included an added breakfast for the second room), the experience felt significantly overpriced and more aligned with a 3-star property. I expect a prompt investigation into these service lapses, particularly regarding the staff training on guest interaction and handling of personal property. I look forward to your concrete response on how you intend to address these issues.

Though I could see some age of this hotel, nevertheless everything spotted on. The location is insane by the river and just right next to Iconsiam, the staffs are very friendly and attentive too. Only hoping the breakfast can be better, for me it's a bit like 3 to 4 star level, however no complaints at this price I enjoyed the spa service as well. I was serviced by therapist Nam (if spelled correctly) for 90min Thai massage. The whole process is very pleasant and I did feel relaxed after the session. She paid attention to the pressure points which are in need of more care. Thank you very much

Our 6 night stay was nothing short of sensational. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. We stayed for my husband's 50th Birthday and the staff couldn't be of anymore assistance to ensure his birthday was special. (Thank you to our room staff who decorated the bed with rose petals - Happy 50th Birthday. You did an amazing job!!! ) They provided us with a lovely connecting king executive room as booked, and ensured the room was decorated on his birthday, providing a complimentary mini smash cake. The staff in the executive lounge were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Palmi, Wink, Film, Gan & Pong (sorry if I've spelt the names incorrectly) ensured we had a lovely stay and assisted us when required. Our stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok was perfect. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the Ale House was also great. We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well for drinks and night city & river views. The location was perfect, being in the city but located on the river allowed a feeling of relaxation. The pool was also a highlight of our stay. The complimentary boat that took you across the river to the ferries and BTS was a great service. We would definitely book and stay here again. Thank you for a prefect stay. Sad to be leaving today...

We stayed at this hotel for a week during our Asia trip, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The concierge service was exceptional, and the Executive Lounge was a lovely place with great service. Every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the attentive care, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
