I had a wonderful spa experience at the Millennium Hilton Hotel Bangkok. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was calm, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The spa itself is spotless and incredibly relaxing, making it easy to unwind right away. My masseurs, Jax and Pin, were outstanding. They were highly professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. They adjusted the pressure perfectly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Their technique helped relieve a lot of tension, and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Overall, the service was exceptional and well worth it. If you’re staying at the Millennium Hilton or just looking for a high-quality spa experience in Bangkok, I highly recommend this spa, especially Jax and Pin. I would definitely return.

Staff saves Hilton! From the moment I stepped out of the cab at check-in, the concierge was extremely helpful, assisting with our bags and keeping them safe since we couldn’t check in early (3 PM). We took the opportunity to walk to a nearby mall and enjoy our time, and throughout our multiple-night stay, the staff were consistently kind and welcoming whenever we entered or left the hotel. The receptionists were nice, efficient, and got us checked in quickly. The security deposit is 6,000 baht, which is expected from Hilton, especially when other hotels ask for a minimum of 1,000 baht—just make sure you’re prepared. You will definitely run into entitled tourists, but don’t let their behavior upset you. Sometimes common sense isn’t too common, especially when it comes to showing courtesy in a country that isn’t your own. The free Wi-Fi was slow. You’re better off getting an eSIM and using a mobile hotspot, unless you plan on paying for Hilton’s Wi-Fi day after day—which I wouldn’t recommend. The view from the room is nice, but honestly, Airbnbs that feel more like home can save you a lot of money plus you support locals that still make the stay feel just as great. Sometimes these hotels just aren’t worth it for the price but the staff here have jobs so it's a double edged sword. There was also an eagle outside that appeared to be tied up for tourists. While I understand the attraction, the animal looked stressed, and it’s something worth being mindful of. Lastly - tip the workers, not Hilton. The staff are what make the stay worth while.

My stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok was nothing short of spectacular and stands out as the highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service was evident; the staff are not only efficient but genuinely warm and welcoming, making you feel valued from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s location on the Chao Phraya River is its crown jewel, offering a serene escape from the city's bustling streets while providing breathtaking, panoramic views that are simply unmatched. Waking up to the sight of riverboats gliding by and the city skyline in the distance from my floor-to-ceiling window was a daily delight. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly appointed with every modern amenity one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after long days of exploration. The true magic, however, happens at the executive lounge and the stunning three-tiered pool. The pool area is a true oasis, feeling like a resort within the city, where you can relax and soak in the stunning vistas. The complimentary river shuttle to Saphan Taksin BTS station is an incredibly convenient perk, making it easy to access the city's Skytrain system. While the breakfast buffet at Flow is a must-try with its vast and delicious selections, every dining experience we had was exceptional. The Millennium Hilton masterfully combines five-star luxury with a sense of tranquil retreat. It is worth every penny for the unforgettable experience and the unparalleled river views. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will undoubtedly be returning on my next visit to Bangkok.

I recently returned to the Millennium Hilton Bangkok, and just like my first visit, the Suite was outstanding. The rooms have been renovated beautifully, offering that same breathtaking view I remember. A special highlight for me was that the hotel noted my mention of a personal event: a thoughtful amenity was prepared in my room, which genuinely made me very happy. This kind of attention to detail is exactly the service I appreciate so much at the Hilton Bangkok.The service throughout the hotel remains impeccable every staff member is attentive and truly dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful time. My early check-in request was handled smoothly and without any issues, which I really valued after traveling. I also convinced a friend to stay here during the same period. He was on a very tight business schedule, and the team did a fantastic job supporting him, delivering meals to his room punctually and accommodating his time constraints perfectly.However, I was disappointed to discover a major change in the hotel's concept regarding the Executive Lounge. It has been moved from the rooftop down to the 3rd floor. While the new lounge is renovated, chic, and still offers a nice view, the experience is simply not the same. I missed the unique atmosphere of the old rooftop terrace where you could truly immerse yourself in the big-city vibe.I understand the likely business reasoning behind this using the rooftop for private events or external guests to maximize revenue but removing that exclusive benefit for Executive guests is a real shame.I will definitely return because everything else was excellent, but I will likely skip the Executive Lounge access next time, as the experience is no longer as unique as it used to be. Thank you to the entire team for a great stay and for all the thoughtful touches during my visit.

This place was absolutely fantastic. We got the panorama suite after our 24 hours of travel. It was the best thing we could have done.Plenty of room to stretch your legs.The best room service meals you can imagine. The pool lounge area in the daytime is absolutely magical until a bunch of kids show up and start screaming as there's no lifeguard or really nobody in charge. But that's okay, just make sure to bring your earbuds and your cell phone, because everything is done with those barcode readers for your camera. With the suite, we got access to the executive lounge.Let me tell you.It made that much more worth it. View of the river 5 star breakfast. Very attentive, friendly, and excellent staff. Almost everyone here speaks a decent amount of English It made for a nice introduction our first few days. Cindy at the front desk was most excellent in assisting us.
