Our stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok was outstanding, with some of the best service we have ever experienced — and we have stayed at many hotels around the world. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. The check-in team was extremely kind and helpful, the Executive Lounge staff provided wonderful, attentive service, and even the bell staff were consistently friendly and professional. This level of genuine hospitality truly stood out and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast offered an impressive and generous selection with a wide variety of choices, all of excellent quality. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was simply excellent. The only small disappointment was the pool area. While perfectly functional, it felt somewhat outdated and not as luxurious as the rest of the hotel. We also found the pool design a bit unusual, particularly the placement of the loungers inside the pool, and we missed having a whirlpool. A very minor and purely personal note — only because everything else was so exceptional — slightly larger croissants at breakfast would have been appreciated (although the small ones were perfectly fine as well!). We truly loved our stay so much that I even wrote a song about the hotel afterwards. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire experience was very comfortable, and the hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly set this stay apart was the impeccable service, especially at the Executive Lounge. I would like to give a special mention to Phamai, who made our evenings truly memorable. Every time we saw her, she greeted us with the warmest smile. By the time of Happy Hour, she had already remembered our names, which felt incredibly personal and welcoming. On top of her friendly nature, her bartending skills are excellent—she mixes drinks perfectly. Moreover, whenever we had minor requests or small issues, she resolved them quickly and flawlessly. Staff like Phamai are a true asset to this hotel. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Highly recommended

As my first time in Bangkok, I really enjoyed my stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. I was very impressed for the great hospitality from all the employees, starting from Front Desk, Housekeeping and Restaurant. I had the pleasure to have an Executive Twin Bed on the 28th floor. The room was beautiful and the view was just ... stunning!!! Executive Lounge was amazing, cozy and the atmosphere was brilliant. All the ladies who work in this location were very friendly and professional. I really liked the way of their welcoming and attitude. Great job! In the end, I loved the breakfast buffet: it was huge with a lot of selections, including the international buffet plus the Thai/Asian selection. Everything was great starting from the Hostess who were very gentle to find a nice table, and all the employees who made my breakfast enjoyable. The food also was very good. A special thank you goes to Anh (duty manager) from Front Desk who arranged my stay enjoyable. Her professional and friendly attitude made me very happy and confortable. Another special thank you goes to Wan (Breakfast/Lunch in Flow): her smile, kindness and professionalism always brought me a good energy for starting my day. Thank you!

I'd like to compliment one of your employee, Noom and intern Mick for the excellent service they provided me since checking in on Feb 2. From the very beginning, Noom treated me like a visiting relative, with his warmth, sincere smile, and numerous assistance every time I entered and exited the Hilton Millenium. Mick is an intern, who has seasoned in such a short time, with thoughtful hospitality and a knowledge base about the hotel and Bangkok that was very helpful for my entire group. Both Noom and Mick always welcomed our days with such refreshing greetings and friendliness, which added to our stay in the hotel. They both went out of their way to walk to our group and ask about our day and offered assistance in helping our day run smoothly…from calling antuktuk, a taxi, exchanging currency, calling other staff for expeditious service, and always with a smile. It is the approachability, the thoughtfulness in dealing with seasoning clients that I admire and appreciate from Noom and Mick… their enjoyable spirit they both provide so gracefully. I retired after 25 years in private practice where I ran a fairly busy clinic. So as a physician having had a career in health care and providing care, I’m particular aware of these qualities that Noom and Mick provide for their guests. Their professionalism and ability to make each of their guests feel important and cared for exceeds expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.

Every interaction was handled with professionalism and kindness, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel’s riverside location is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the Chao Phraya River and the Bangkok skyline. The rooftop infinity pool is simply outstanding — peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the cityscape. The in-water loungers add a luxury resort vibe that makes the experience even more special. The Lantern Lounge is elegant and calming, ideal for enjoying premium coffee and quiet moments. Every drink was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the freshly baked breads and pastries, which were delicious and high quality. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable with beautiful views and top-class amenities. Everything about this hotel reflects true five-star luxury — from the service and cleanliness to the food and ambience. Millennium Hilton Bangkok delivers a truly memorable experience, and I will definitely be coming back again.
