Wow I was pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations- regarding facilities, service and location. Family friendly - loved the breakfast location which includes a kids play area. The breakfast buffet was perfect - plenty of western and Asian menu items, very tasty and well set up. Great friendly professional staff. We booked an executive suite - spacious room with great views over river. Hotel boasts a really cool rooftop bar and positioned next to the very popular Icon Siam shopping area. Actually one of the biggest surprises is the Gym - one of the best fitness facilities I’ve ever seen in a hotel. So spacious, plenty of equipment of all styles and views over ten river. Overall great hotel, amazing value for money, terrific service and catering in a perfect location. Well recommended

Great hotel on Bangkok river front with full service bars, restaurants, gym, ferry service and pool. Service is top notch at all places but their restaurant take great attention to detail, hygiene and food quality. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant but not loud or uncomfortable. This gives it a unique experience that draws you back.

Great and friendly staff, cozy rooms, and perfect amenities to unwind and relax, along with a stunning city view. The lounge serves a delicious menu with a variety of options. The breakfast buffet is the best. Highly recommend staying here while in Bangkok! Will definitely come back again and again. Worth the cost!

Poriyo Santoso

As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I felt a sense of luxury. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived a bit late at night. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. Although the pool wasn't very large, it featured a pool bar and offered a lovely view of the river. There were also a few cabanas available for guests to relax in and enjoy food. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of selections. We chose to sit in the outdoor area, which was pleasant, and we enjoyed watching the birds attempting to snatch leftover food—this added a bit of entertainment to our morning. The hotel offered a complimentary boat shuttle that takes you across the river, which felt like having our own private boat. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return in the future.
