We loved our stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. The hotel’s location on the Chao Phraya River provides stunning views. The staff were exceptional, professional, welcoming, and attentive. They helped when my daughter was sick, connecting us with an emergency nurse and arranging hospital transport. Pong and Noom assisted with taxis and luggage. The breakfast buffet was delicious with diverse international and local options. We wish we had time for the infinity pool. ICONSIAM is a short 5 minute walk, plus a shuttle boat to a BTS station. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Absolutely amazing experience! The lady her name is DA, who did my foot and leg massage was incredibly experienced and truly exceptional. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The reception staff were lovely and professional, and the cleanliness of the place is mind-blowing—spotless clean and everything smelled so fresh and calming. A very professional and relaxing environment. Highly recommended not forgetting the delicious and welcoming Thai tea😍❤️ 5 star +++++ service at Millennium Hilton overall service 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I recently returned to the Millennium Hilton Bangkok, and just like my first visit, the Suite was outstanding. The rooms have been renovated beautifully, offering that same breathtaking view I remember. A special highlight for me was that the hotel noted my mention of a personal event: a thoughtful amenity was prepared in my room, which genuinely made me very happy. This kind of attention to detail is exactly the service I appreciate so much at the Hilton Bangkok.The service throughout the hotel remains impeccable every staff member is attentive and truly dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful time. My early check-in request was handled smoothly and without any issues, which I really valued after traveling. I also convinced a friend to stay here during the same period. He was on a very tight business schedule, and the team did a fantastic job supporting him, delivering meals to his room punctually and accommodating his time constraints perfectly.However, I was disappointed to discover a major change in the hotel's concept regarding the Executive Lounge. It has been moved from the rooftop down to the 3rd floor. While the new lounge is renovated, chic, and still offers a nice view, the experience is simply not the same. I missed the unique atmosphere of the old rooftop terrace where you could truly immerse yourself in the big-city vibe.I understand the likely business reasoning behind this using the rooftop for private events or external guests to maximize revenue but removing that exclusive benefit for Executive guests is a real shame.I will definitely return because everything else was excellent, but I will likely skip the Executive Lounge access next time, as the experience is no longer as unique as it used to be. Thank you to the entire team for a great stay and for all the thoughtful touches during my visit.

We decided to celebrate this NY Eve dinner at the Millennium Hilton. Bottom line: it was a fantastic experience. The set up was fantastic and the interpretation & execution of customer satisfaction was outstanding. Even the waiting period with selected hors d'oeuvres and Champaign was very special and made you feel welcomed from the very beginning. The buffet, both selection/variety and quality/execution was truly impressive and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire staff and the F&B Management for a phenomenal evening.

Wow! We had a superb stay in the family suite on 18/F during Xmas 2025. The service was impeccable from start to finish. We had airport transfer booked, the experience was smooth. The check-in process was swift. We had the room early at 13:30. The location was convenient if you are planning to have a walk around ICONSIAM (countless shops and sooksiam - a floating market where you can get everything from street food to souvenirs), and it is very easy to travel up and down the river by the free hotel shuttle boat (to Sathorn pier, every 30mins). From Sathorn pier you can go to the temples (Grand palace, Wat Arun) and asiatique easily. From Sathorn pier it is very convenient to go on BTS (6 stops away from real city center). Using a mix of BTS, boat, and grab, it would not be challenging to navigate through Bangkok where the traffic conditions are horrendous. Breakfast at FLOW each morning was a highlight. A wide selection of items (Xmas themed, healthy choices, local dishes). OXBO, the western restaurant with farm-to-table concept, was surprisingly the best meal I had in the city and all dishes were impeccable including the kids menu. Our room (1827) was overlooking the city and tucked a bit away from the river but the river view (from an angle) was still magnificent. The room was exceedingly spacious. The sofa bed for my kids was comfortable. As a family suite, my wife and I had a separate master bedroom. Cleanliness was superb. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with kids and wish to have a suite with extra bit of space and a convenient location by the river.
