Very nice stay in this lovely hotel. Facilities are new and well maintained, staff are so helpful and friendly. My son loved the kids club called Starfish, all the staff are energetic and cheerful with all the kids. One gentleman called Kimo made the kids Disco night so interesting and fun.

The best hotel experience I ever had. They gave complimentary cake for my kids birthday with some decorations,as soon as we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk staff were amazing and I loved the way they took care of us. From the time I stepped out of my car to the time I checked out, it was excellent service. The breakfast was phenomenal and really enjoyed the water sport in the beach. Definitely worth the price and will be going back, special thanks to the guest team relation team for the excellent hospitality.

The resort is fantastic and the service has been phenomenal. Ssali was great and really friendly. The only comment I would have is the food was not nice in the Market, and it was cold. There was no selection and everything was bland.

It was a short but very pleasant stay. The friendliness and the warm welcome of the staff and their flawless service and attention to details really stand out. The resort offers a nice choice of restaurants and a great rooftop sunset view bar (Neo Skybar) It was our wedding anniversary and they surely knew how to celebrate it with us.
