We are very grateful to Movenpick for allowing us to bring our medium sized dog on holiday. We were given a beautiful sea facing chalet with a large terrace. The room was a decent size considering the huge terrace that was included. Our chalet was in a special zone and it was lovely and quiet, a 2 minute walk to ULA (their best restaurant, imo) and the beach and the adult swimming pool. The beds were comfortable and both the ac and the WiFi were excellent. The service was excellent (except on two occasions) and I want to take the opportunity to mention Nikhil who was very polite and helpful. The breakfast too was worth every penny and gave us a vast choice of foods that were well presented and cooked well. We loved the beach and the adult swimming pool too. The food in Ula is the best. We had a discount card and could eat very well at very reasonable rates. The rooftop bar looked somewhat depressing with heavy humidity and loud music and a few tables that were occupied. IMO, the restaurant Boon leaves a lot to be desired. The food was good but the service and the bar could do with some huge improvement. We found the ambience too to be that of the mid 90s and quite frankly, depressing. Our overall experience was very good and we hope to go there again. I hope our suggestions about a special welcome room for guests with dogs, improvement of service in Boon and a full length mirror in the room are not ignored.

I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Resort Ras Al Khaimah. The atmosphere was amazing, and everything from the service to the food was excellent. I especially want to mention two amazing staff members Robert from beach and sharifa from house beach . They were both incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our dining experience truly special. Thank you to the Mövenpick team for such a lovely stay. I’ll definitely come back again soon!

Our first holiday in Dubai after 13 years was absolutely amazing – and this hotel played a big part in making it so special. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Miss Laureen, who always went above and beyond – our heartfelt thanks to her. The cleanliness was flawless, with our room perfectly maintained every day. Lunches and dinners were tasty, though we would have appreciated a wider selection of dishes. One of the highlights was the private transfer from the airport – it was such a relief not to be squeezed into a crowded bus. On the other hand, the return trip by bus with multiple stops was a bit of a letdown. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you for the beautiful memories!

Unbelievable location, excellent hospitality from start to finish. We stayed in a chalet room and it was beautiful. Food in ULA was fantastic at night and the setting on the water was lovely. The staff were so good in there and looked after us. Also special mention to Jimmy on the concierge he was fantastic no job to big and has a real good rapport with guests. Thank you guys we’ll be back again soon.
