We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it was my first experience with them. Lovely hotel with beautiful decorations for Christmas holiday. Very helpful staff, great breakfast with so many variations of food. Our room was located on a high floor so we enjoyed beautiful views late night and morning. Thank you all for your hard work and excellent customer service. We will be back ❤️

We had a splendid Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the hotel. The first thing that struck us was the amazing vibe ; all the staff members were smiley , the housekeepers and waiters were always happy and wanting to help !! The rooms are nicely designed and the bed is very comfortable. There’s a wide variety of restaurants and the food is enjoyable. We particularly liked the atmosphere at Ula during the day with nice lounge music and a lovely lap pool. I must point out that even during this busy time , the front desk manager was kind enough to accommodate our request for a late check out. Our stay was really memorable at that hotel and we highly recommend it !

Limited options of main dishes in other restaurants in the hotel.
Good pool bar.
Chocolate hour is something we do not see often in other hotels.
Lot of activities for kids including kids club, free gaming area, paid mini golf etc.
Amazing and really friendly staff including the reception and restaurants.
The main swimming pool is not too deep and good for kids.
The beach is a bit deep with limited shallow areas but the hotel provides life jackets.
One of the main attractions is the air inflated slides in the ocean. Really enjoyed !👍
Would recommend sea facing rooms if available at cheaper rates.

Amazing hotel - so beautiful, clean and modern. Incredible views from our room. Loved the heated pool which wasn’t too deep, so absolutely perfect for children and adults alike . Beautiful clean beach. Gorgeous Neo sky bar. All the staff were so helpful and attentive. The food in the Market was delicious and so varied. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone!
