Yall just lost yourself a customer. Food was terrible if u enjoy bland boring food this is the place for you. Everything in the buffet tasted horrible. Everything is also very far apart from the rooms. You will have to walk pretty far to get anywhere. Elevator don’t work and if u have a big luggage prepare. Some staff were really nice but I noticed what I assumed was the manager of the buffet treated really poorly his employees. Rooms aren’t safe since we found mold in the air conditioner and uncleaned sheets.

Room was pretty good and clean , however the pictures when booking showed something completely different to what we actually got . When booking they also didn’t mention nothing was open and no entertainment. When booking all inclusive I do not expect to be kept in a certain area where I can drink . I expect to be able to go wherever I want with my drink , particularly around the pool or my room . It was such a long walk down to get a drink . Every other restaurant was closed even though the booking said enjoy up to 25 different foods . It also says snacks and food all day , you will never go hungry . But they had a tiny area next to the bar with a couple of sandwiches and cakes only available after 3pm . The bar at the reception is also not free , so you go to an all inclusive but still have to pay for a drink . Shame as the location is ideal and the room was good with a stunning view .

Excellent location near beach and town. Staff are very friendly polite and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are lovely and clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom plenty of hot water, nice balcony with a sea view. The hotel is big and has multiple restaurants for all tastes and lots of seating areas in the very well kept gardens. The restaurants are clean with plenty of places to sit, good choice of food and all very nice. The bar has a good selection of drinks from the all inclusive menu and again plenty of places to sit inside and out with a sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel. Sorry if I have missed something but we'll definitely go back.

The room we were in was relatively comfortable. But damp, ventilation was poor as there was condensation on the doors and windows in the morning. The beds were extremely soft but the kids didn’t mind that so much. The pull out sofa was the most uncomfortable place I’ve slept since I left the army. I did ask for the sofa bed to be looked at and in fairness to the staff they did look at it and slightly fix the position of the trundle so that it was at least level with the rest of the sofa, mostly. The springs however gave the most issue and the mat provided as a cover did little to alleviate gentle night long poke in the ribs. The room facilities were workable, 2 bathrooms for a family of 5 is better than most hotels. The “hot” water left a lot to be desired, as did the water pressure. The toilets were constantly leaking into the bowl. There plates and cutlery provided in the rooms which made preparing the odd sandwich or breakfast cereal useful (in a mug as there were no bowls). The fridge could do with a good clean both inside and out as it is showing its age/useage level. The rest of the room was ok, although like the fridge is showing its age and could do with a refresh. The hotel itself could probably do with a similar refresh as it is a bit dated, flaky paint and chipped furniture etc. The breakfast in Jac’s was ok, pretty standard breakfast buffet. We don’t eat in any of the other restaurants on site as it’s still early in the season and not everything was fully open. The only time we tried to use the pool tables they didn’t work and there was no staff nearby to look at it. The old town is about 20 minutes away by tourist bus/train and is full of nice restaurants so we mostly ate there, there is a really nice walk along the coast which the kids and I enjoyed and would take maybe 2 hours of walking and the occasional stop in a beach bar. The strip is quite close so there a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very close to the beach which was brilliant, but the room had no sweeping brush so coming back from the beach would leave the room very sandy between the 5 of us no matter how much we tried to get off before entering. There don’t seem to many truly private balconies in the hotel, due to the type of room we had, we didn’t have a balcony at all but we did have a table and chairs directly in the shared concourse which didn’t make staying out for a glass of wine with my wife very enjoyable as it was like sitting in a train station at times with everyone else going to and from their rooms. Overall we loved the location of the hotel but found the facilities to be dated and need of minor repairs/replacement. It was as I expected for the price point in the area.

This Hotel is placed on the prime location. You wake up to the magnificent views of the beach and sleep to the soothing sound of the waves. Loved this convenience soo much on our vacation there. The hotel staff are very helpful though some of the staff at the reception can maybe put on a smile while giving you the instructions. The rooms are decent a mid 1980’s vibe. But the grounds of the hotel are very nice, clean and well maintained. Loved it and will definitely recommend booking this ,if beach is the reason you are visiting ✨
