Overall, the Hotel is lovely. Very clean and spacious. Check in was very late - 5pm and checkout very early 10am. However, we could use the facilities in the hotel on our arrival and departure days when we didn't have a room. 100 euro deposit paid on arrival and returned on departure, not clear why as there was no room inspection required to get the deposit returned. The food a bit hit and miss. All inclusive options not great, limited for time of year being off peak when we went, there were only a few options open Chinese, Mexican and piri piri. Those have booking rules, you can only book up to 4pm the day before, yet when we arrived for Chinese booking, the place was mostly empty so it wasn't clear why we had to reserve a table? Not a great variety on the menu, starter and dessert was just set and then portion size was small for main. However, the staff in the Chinese were lovely, particularly Chetan. Buffet is fine very much like any other hotel buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both C and D blocks seemed to have the better locations. K BLOCK was far away from reception, buffet and bar. Overall I would stay again, it would be better whilst in season.

Our stay at Muthu Clube Praia da Oura was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, the service, the cleanliness, the spacious room, and the beautiful bathroom. The all inclusive service offered great food and beverages, and all the facilities were excellent, from the sauna, pool, private jacuzzi, and gym to the relaxing massages (booked separately). The hotel is literally right in front of the beach, which made the experience even better. I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The staff, especially the receptionists, were always kind and helpful. I highly recommend it for friends, families, and couples. I went with my girlfriend, and we absolutely loved it!

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews but myself and my mom in her 60s had a fabulous stay! Yes the hotel is big and if you have mobility issues, depending on where your room is you may have a walk up a big hill but we cant complain about our lovely large apartment that was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and staff constantly around working and maintaining it. We loved the food in the main buffet area ( some reviews said it was samey but we always found something lovely to eat) and loved our dinner at the sea moon with the gorgeous view. You can get free WiFi everywhere and went on walks most days but ubers come right to the reception and are super cheap. ..and the sea is right on your door step. We didn't have much noise in the evenings either, the beds were so comfy we were out for the count most nights. Yes it was quite busy at times but with 3 pool areas we just went to the quietest one. We were very happy with what we paid and with what we got for that. I'd say our only grumble was not having any tea or coffee supplies in the room( there is a kettle and cups but nothing else) and no hot drink facilities in the main restaurant in the evening. Thank you for a great getaway (8th of october 2025 for a week)

Had a lovely time. Went in October which is the winter all inclusive. Although not as many options as the summer, there is still a wide range of choices to pick from. More than enough for a week. Location is near the town which you can find further bars and places to eat, not something we explored but they looked nice. Dinner at the El Mexicano was lovely. Our waiter TidJone was very funny and attentive. Fast service. ! Would recommend. Jack's buffet changes from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many options with them changing night to night! Great for those who like options.

Chetan was amazing serving me and my son!!! Not had this perfect service for such a long time, especially going to 3 star restaurants in London!! Very polite, kind and very accommodating to us as customers!! Defo love his attention to detail and treating us like royalty
