We had a lovely stay in the hotel, all the staff have been very attentive and helpful, which just enhanced the whole experience. We went there during a quiet period (January) so we didn't have to worry about queues for the table at the buffet or crowds at the gym. Apart from the buffet we booked a meal at el mexicano and had a very nice experience there. The food was very fresh and tasty and the service extremely attentive. The second my glass was empty the waiter was there ready to refill it. Big thanks to Chetan and Madhav for making the experience memorable and being there always when needed. Highly recommend the place

The mixed grill was beautiful, different variety of meat. The meats were juicy and cooked to perfection. The chips were fluffy and soft. The service was very quick and we were very well cared for. Thank you Chetan and Madhav for making us feel very welcome and thank you for the amazing food. I would definitely recommend Muthu Gardens.

Excellent stay with outstanding staff and atmosphere! We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of what made it so special was the people. The animation team was absolutely amazing. Full of energy, happiness, and personality, they created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The dancing, karaoke nights, and quiz night were brilliant — engaging, well-organised, and genuinely enjoyable. You could really feel their passion for what they do, and they made everyone feel included and comfortable. Nirma, Cynder, Leyanna, Yoandry, Yadiel and Dayana. Thank you so much guys.. you truly make the difference! In the restaurant, the service was excellent. The waitress who served us almost every night was lovely.. her name is Jeisset, extremely attentive, professional, and always paying attention to the smallest details. She truly made our dining experience even better. The restaurant captain also deserves a special mention for his professionalism, leadership, and friendly presence at all times. The customer care service was outstanding. The lady working in customer care Adeneb was very informative and professional, always taking the time to explain activities, options, and things to do both inside and outside the hotel. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and made us feel very well looked after. Always smiling and happy! Big thank you from my heart! Overall, everything was very well organised, the staff were friendly, happy, and professional, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We felt welcomed, cared for, and entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended. I will put some pictures of my lovely room and the outside decoration!

Overall, the Hotel is lovely. Very clean and spacious. Check in was very late - 5pm and checkout very early 10am. However, we could use the facilities in the hotel on our arrival and departure days when we didn't have a room. 100 euro deposit paid on arrival and returned on departure, not clear why as there was no room inspection required to get the deposit returned. The food a bit hit and miss. All inclusive options not great, limited for time of year being off peak when we went, there were only a few options open Chinese, Mexican and piri piri. Those have booking rules, you can only book up to 4pm the day before, yet when we arrived for Chinese booking, the place was mostly empty so it wasn't clear why we had to reserve a table? Not a great variety on the menu, starter and dessert was just set and then portion size was small for main. However, the staff in the Chinese were lovely, particularly Chetan. Buffet is fine very much like any other hotel buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both C and D blocks seemed to have the better locations. K BLOCK was far away from reception, buffet and bar. Overall I would stay again, it would be better whilst in season.

Our stay at Muthu Clube Praia da Oura was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, the service, the cleanliness, the spacious room, and the beautiful bathroom. The all inclusive service offered great food and beverages, and all the facilities were excellent, from the sauna, pool, private jacuzzi, and gym to the relaxing massages (booked separately). The hotel is literally right in front of the beach, which made the experience even better. I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The staff, especially the receptionists, were always kind and helpful. I highly recommend it for friends, families, and couples. I went with my girlfriend, and we absolutely loved it!
