I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline every day. The food was lovely, with a great variety that catered to all tastes. The surrounding area had everything you could need, from shops to cafes, all within easy reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the scenic views around the hotel added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent location near beach and town. Staff are very friendly polite and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are lovely and clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom plenty of hot water, nice balcony with a sea view. The hotel is big and has multiple restaurants for all tastes and lots of seating areas in the very well kept gardens. The restaurants are clean with plenty of places to sit, good choice of food and all very nice. The bar has a good selection of drinks from the all inclusive menu and again plenty of places to sit inside and out with a sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel. Sorry if I have missed something but we'll definitely go back.

The location is amazing, the staff are fantastic. The only complaint I could have is the waiting time for check in is ridiculous, we arrived at the hotel at 11am and didn't get our room until 3.45pm. We also booked a deluxe double sea view room, when we arrived we were told it was a twin room and they'd push the beds together. Also for a deluxe room, it was very small.

I recently embarked on a solo trip and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. They consistently displayed a positive and welcoming attitude, always willing to engage in friendly conversations. The rooms were meticulously cleaned throughout the night, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. Moreover, the culinary offerings were remarkable, with a diverse range of delectable dishes available at all times. Overall, it was an exceptional experience at a truly remarkable hotel.

Please take note of all the negative reviews. They are all correct! The hotel is too big and can not offer what they say. The pools are too small for the number of guests. We were all inclusive..... drinks are small, and the bar is too busy. The bar shuts at 10.30 pm!! The other bars are a walk up the hill. The main restaurant is OK but repetitive and the other restaurants are OK. They tell you the other restaurants are fully booked, but if you email a complaint about this, they find you a table! It is certainly not as good as other all-inclusive hotels I have been to. But I love the Algarve and I will be back but not to this hotel. I don't recommend it at all.
