This used to be the Dream Hotel which had a young, trendy vibe. It's been re- named and has had a big makeover and is now a much more stylish offering. Rooms are very clean and well appointed and the general decor is high end. Breakfast was fabulous and service is impeccable. The location is perfect as it is just off Sukhumvit road and near to shopping, bars and restaurants. This is probably the best hotel in the area for the price point and i cannot recommend it highly enough.

I stayed at the Night Hotel Bangkok and paid 4000 Baht per night, including breakfast. Unfortunately, I feel the value does not match the price. The location is indeed central, but there is a lot of activity around the hotel at night, especially with companions and escorts. Some guests bring them into the hotel, and occasionally there is noise at night that slightly impacts the atmosphere. The hotel itself feels somewhat sleazy, with a certain sensual vibe. The bathrooms are inconvenient, as the water spray goes everywhere, making the shower uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast is definitely good, varied, and plentiful. Overall, the hotel is okay for a stay, but it’s essential to be aware of the downsides—the atmosphere and outdated rooms. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of upkeep and ambiance. The hotel could really benefit from a renovation.

With the room rate, I would expect a room with newer design. Anyway the overall stay is fine, the soundproofing is not good though, you can hear the noise across the street. Thanks for upgrading my room for free. The staffs are all quite friendly and helpful Points to improve: TV is not connected to wifi, so cannot watch YouTube. Asked for assistance, sent staff and still can't get it connect. The breakfast is BAD! The food choices are very limited and the taste is disappointing. The only good thing is good coffee.

I am writing this as a person who has spent over 150 days at the Night Hotel in 2023 and 2024 and given them at least 40 more nights of bookings with friends as well. As a frequent guest I would think I would have some benefits but other than some fruit trays issued upon arrival the guest relations are very bad. They are very fixed upon policies and rarely if ever do I feel more welcome than at other hotels. In fact I am generally more welcomed at other hotels and have better service. As an example since I am a frequent BKK guest and after 1 stay at another hotel I have been offered by their GM special rates for future visits. When I previously tried that with Night Hotel GM I tried several times to get preferred rates as probably their best customer and was "offered" rates that were 30% higher than Agoda. :) Not what I would expect as probably their best customer. As for the the hotel itself the rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and location is good. Amenities are plentiful but of low quality and breakfast which was once very good is now just average as they have cut back and added alot of rice and veggie dishes to their menu and prices have risen significantly. Will I ever go back? Maybe...because there are a few staff that are exceptional but most of the front desk staff have been somewhat condescending (treating my thai GF as a bar girl was one good example) and management really doesn't care if I they get my 75+ days of hotel stays each year. I now stay at another hotel with better views, bigger rooms and better rates so justifying it is difficult but I do miss some of the staff who treated me well. This is not a bad hotel by any means but just "average" by BKK standards and many hotels in area of same quality or higher who will provide rooms and service at a higher level and better rates and go out of their way for their best customers.

Excellent service, the front desk never said no to any request! Tuk tuk pickup dropoff is a bonus. Extremely clean rooms with comfy and spacious beds. Amazing complimentary breakfast spread with many different options and a live egg station! Great location as well close to train stations and shopping areas.
