I had a wonderful stay at the Nipa Resort. The hotel is well maintained, peaceful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I would especially like to highlight Noi, who provided outstanding service. He was always friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Thank you to the whole team at Nipa Resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

A comfortable stay with warm hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere — our two-night experience at Nipa Resort was truly pleasant and memorable. The combination of location, greenery, and personalized service made the stay very relaxing. We stayed here from 22nd to 24th March 2026, and from check-in to check-out, the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. Their personal touch in service really stood out. Whether it was guiding us about nearby places, helping with requests, or simply greeting with a smile, the hospitality felt genuine and welcoming. The resort has a calm tropical vibe with a beautiful pool area surrounded by greenery. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after exploring Phuket. The location is also very convenient — close to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and nearby restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. We especially appreciated how the staff ensured everything was smooth during our stay. Small details and courteous behavior made a big difference and enhanced the overall experience. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for couples and travelers looking for a peaceful resort in Patong with great service and a convenient location. Nipa is really clean and the staff are so friendly. Staff were always smiling and attentive. Staff can help book taxis anr d excursions. The food was really nice there's a complimentary breakfast with enough for everyone. It would have been nicer overall for more vegetarian options but there was still enough for me. Occasionally air conditioning was a little faulty but overall wasn't an issue. Definitely recommend!!

Located in the center, yet not noisy from the steets. The huge pool is sunny almost all day, ideal to take a break between activities. Room was amazing, no complain for the service. Laundry and other extras are a bit expensive...

Just spent 2 weeks here. Loved it. Staff work very hard to make sure your stay is stress free. Any issues we had were delt with promptly. Our room was clean and tidy and would be cleaned every day if we asked for it. The room was also bright and modern and was very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was good with a good selection of western dishes but we tried to stick to the Thai dishes which varied from day to day. These were very good. Room service and mini bar prices were very reasonable but we didn't use them. Location is good. Couple streets back from the beach but only a 10 min walk and they also have a shuttle service to the beach. Bangla Road is only a 10 min walk away too. Only issue with location is its right across from the hospital so lots of sirens and noise but its Patong. Its noisy everywhere. Pool is really good apart from the usual towels over the sunbeds at 6 in the morning which is down to holidaymakers not the hotel. Did see a couple of arguments about this but the staff were on it straight away so credit to them. All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again. Lovely looking hotel, great rooms and super helpful staff. Thanks for a great holiday!
