The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach with many fun shops, cafes and restaurants along the way. Nightlife is also a quick walk away. The massages at the resort are so convenient and some of the best massages I’ve ever received. The tour desk was also so convenient for booking all of our excursions and taxis. Highly recommend staying here to experience everything Patong has to offer!

The room is very humid. The pool closes at 10:30 PM, with three plastic chairs blocking its entrance. The service upon arrival is excellent, but afterward, it becomes strange. Be very cautious with the travel agency located right in front of the entrance. The hotel claimed they don’t collaborate with them, but they direct you there for everything (they likely lie ). The woman ( with the black hair) at the agency seems uninterested, responds apathetically, and only cares about money and being left alone. Be very cautious when communicating with the staff. Each person will tell you something different. The water pressure is poor. It’s difficult for a woman to wash her hair properly. The only positives I give the hotel are the location and the balcony overlooking the pool!

Highly recommend. Staff are lovely, especially the gentleman on night duty. Close to restaurants, laundry, tourist desk. Pool is large and lovely, with a bar service. Great food. Room is clean with good air conditioning a great shower, with high pressure

This was a magical place to stay loved. Every minute of this resort, drinks are safe, food is safe, people are absolutely lovely there. The only downside of this resort is the location it's quite a trek from any shopping and an even further trek from the beach, i know tuktuks are ideal but during peak season you walk faster than the traffic. Nipa is absolutely magic cannot complain about the resort itself i loved it.

Unfortunately, the first room I was offered had an unappealing bathroom (scuffed bathtub, mouldy grouting) and I found 2 mosquitoes in it, so I asked for an alternative room. The second room proved much better. However the quality of the picture on the TV screen was poor as well as the choice of TV channels compared with other hotels that I had stayed at previous to this one.The breakfast they provided was okay. In general, I found that you could find a wider variety of choices around the area. My friends (who were staying) on the other wing fared much better. The second wing seemed a bit more updated compared to the tiredness of the decor in our wing. A final detail, the AC unit seemed to be on the same (very cold) setting even when I tried to adjust the temperature settings on the control panel, so the only choice was to switch it off for a while at times.
