In love with every single detail if this resort. I stayed here for 7 days ; wishing I stayed more. Everything was perfect from the location , room & the swimming pool. Only few options for the breakfast . For example needs to add some cheese & olives. Generally I recommend this resort if you are seeking location close to the main attractions + clean hotel @ good prices

Location is convenient, only 10mins walk to patong beach area. The room we got was large & clean but very very dark as the balcony was directly opposite a rather dirty wall, this definitely counts as the worst hotel room view I have ever experienced. I have included a photo. Other rooms had a view of the pool so I was very disappointed with what we were given. The breakfast was very mediocre, the worst of all 6 hotels we stayed in during our tour of Thailand. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the laundry service was really efficient. I didn't use the pool but it seemed rather shaded and with space for only about 20 sunbeds.

Nice hotel. Good rooms although the room we had faces out on to a wall about 6 feet away. Made the room very dark. Breakfast was basic. Not many chairs around the pool.

I recently stayed at Nipa Resort in Phuket, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort’s traditional Thai decor combined with modern amenities made for a comfortable and unique stay. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The highlight for me was the pool area, it’s large, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The pool bar added to the laid-back vibe, making it easy to spend hours enjoying the sun and cool drinks. I also had a chance to dine at the resort's restaurant, where the Thai dishes were absolutely delicious, and the staff made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. Nipa Resort is conveniently located near Patong Beach, so I could easily access the lively nightlife and local attractions. However, the resort itself is tranquil and offers a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend Nipa Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Phuket!

Clean and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and relatively modern. The pool area is peaceful and pleasant, with sun shining all day long. There are quite limited sunbeds available. There is a bar at the pool area where you can order surprisingly high-quality cocktails and food charged to the room. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff is smiling. The breakfast is not particularly extensive, but it's adequate. The place is located right next to a busy street, but the traffic noise doesn't disturb the rooms significantly. The only downside regarding the service is that at least the rooms on our floor were typically cleaned around 5 pm, which is precisely the time when one would want to take a shower and have some peace in their room. I can recommend this hotel, but it may not be the best option for families with children.
