Had a very unpleasant stay at nipa resort. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The front desk staff were indifferent at best and downright rude at worst. They took hell lot of time for us to checkin. When I finally got to my room, it smelled musty, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. For cleaning the room we have to tell them to clean otherwise they will not clean. There were mosquitoes inside the room and they were okay for that. No apology, no effort to help. Breakfast was a joke—nothing for veg folks and they outright the request we made to them. I’ve stayed at budget hotels that were better run than this. Absolutely not worth the price. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, service, or basic comfort

My mum suffers from Dementia and all the staff were so attentive and kind to us. If I went out for a couple of hours they always promised me they would keep and eye on her. This has made my/our life so much easier on this trip. A BIG shout out to the desk manager, she is so reassuring. I recommend this resort to anyone in the same position. Aside from that, the pool is a massive highlight. As well as servicing of our rooms. It does get a bit loud and you can hear a lot of other room noise. But 4/5 for this old school, yet updated resort.

Had a really disappointing experience at this Nipa Resort. Firstly, the staff & Resort seemed to have serious trust issues & making us feel unwelcome. Taking 20 min in Checking Rooms after checkout like we are bloody thieves & Came there to steal their towels & Sleepers. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in any resort: limited variety, poor quality, and not at all what you'd expect from a place claiming to offer luxury. To top it off, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, spclly with no effort made to resolve issues or even smile. Definitely not the relaxing vacation experience we were looking for. Would not recommend!!

This clean, family-friendly hotel is in a great location—just a 7-minute walk to Bangla Street and about 10 minutes to the beach. Be sure to dine at Number 6 Restaurant at least once; it’s only a 10-minute walk away and highly recommended. One of the best aspects of this hotel is that it houses Phuket’s cheapest tour agency right on the premises. We got fantastic deals on all our tours and attractions through them. For the lowest prices, be sure to get quotes from the older sister at the tour agency, as she has the authority to offer the best discounts. Must-see attractions: Phi Phi Islands, Siam Niramit, and Wake Up Show.

Very welcoming arrival. My wife was suffering from very bad toothache and they helped with finding a quality local dentist. The hotel appearance is great with a local Thai theme. The pool was great and service around the pool bar was brilliant. Pool snacks very generous portions and very affordable. Great 2 for 1 cocktails avaliable. Due to previous hectic travel spent a whole day simply lounging around the pool. We knew someone staying at another hotel where guests were charged but he asme to us durung the day to spend time and Nipa Resort staff made him very welcome. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. Short walk to main nightlife area and very goid restaurants. Just mind the traffic straight outside the hotel.
