The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach with many fun shops, cafes and restaurants along the way. Nightlife is also a quick walk away. The massages at the resort are so convenient and some of the best massages I’ve ever received. The tour desk was also so convenient for booking all of our excursions and taxis. Highly recommend staying here to experience everything Patong has to offer!

Highly recommend. Staff are lovely, especially the gentleman on night duty. Close to restaurants, laundry, tourist desk. Pool is large and lovely, with a bar service. Great food. Room is clean with good air conditioning a great shower, with high pressure

The room is very humid. The pool closes at 10:30 PM, with three plastic chairs blocking its entrance. The service upon arrival is excellent, but afterward, it becomes strange. Be very cautious with the travel agency located right in front of the entrance. The hotel claimed they don’t collaborate with them, but they direct you there for everything (they likely lie ). The woman ( with the black hair) at the agency seems uninterested, responds apathetically, and only cares about money and being left alone. Be very cautious when communicating with the staff. Each person will tell you something different. The water pressure is poor. It’s difficult for a woman to wash her hair properly. The only positives I give the hotel are the location and the balcony overlooking the pool!

This was a magical place to stay loved. Every minute of this resort, drinks are safe, food is safe, people are absolutely lovely there. The only downside of this resort is the location it's quite a trek from any shopping and an even further trek from the beach, i know tuktuks are ideal but during peak season you walk faster than the traffic. Nipa is absolutely magic cannot complain about the resort itself i loved it.

First time visiting the nipa resort . . Rooms are nice and clean . Cleaned regularly. . Pool is nice as well . But as the way its built they not many sunbeds so if you want one and on the sunny side as its mostly shaded you'll have to be patient and wait on a bed being available . .we got a deluxe room with balcony room 2201 . . Its hardly what you'd call a balcony as you can't sit at it and faces the main road and hospital and has no seats . So any rooms that face the street be warned its 24hrs a day with non stop traffic. And sirens coming from the hospital. . If we were to come back we'd definitely get a swim up room as they have the sun nearly all day . . We've enjoyed the hotel but the situation with the traffic was a bit of a let down after travelling all the way from Scotland . . As we done a long stay for 10 nights we think that people doing island hopping and staying only for a few nights these rooms would be more suitable. . Its only a short walk to bangla Rd and patong beach. . But karon or kata beach is much cleaner and nicer looking .
