I stayed here already a few times. Must say it was an excellent choice. Staff was all very attentive and professional. Location is nice in a nice area. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. To do some excercise I use often the stairs up and down and I must say their stairs were also very clean which is not common in many 4/5 stars hotels. I will be back soon

This hotel is underrated. The room is very spacious and location is super quiet. The cleanness is by far the best I have stayed in Vietnam so far. Comparing to the other busy and noisy part of HCMC, this neighborhood is very cozy and easy to walk around.

Nice hotel, with strong air conditioning and very nice people, especially those by the door. The breakfast was good and the rooms were good, not very big but good enough for few nights. Isolation wasn't great and we woke up couple of times around 7. The pool was nice but we felt a bit cold to swim because even though it was indoors it was in an open space, so really just covered, but not protected by the wind. It also had a bar and gym. The facilities were great, the toilet was automatic and the shower was very good and it had the best shower gel and shampoo we had so far in various 4 or 5 star hotels in Vietnam. Location was great. Next to a supermarket which was good for souvenirs and a bubble tea cafe as well as the restaurant propaganda that we ended up going twice and it was good. Close up to central HCMC or a short taxi ride.

The rest of the hotel staff were equally impressive — housekeeping kept the room immaculate, the front desk team was professional and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start each day. Everything about this hotel reflects top-notch service and attention to detail. Overall, Orchids Saigon Hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The comfort, the atmosphere, and above all, the people — especially Trung — made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City who values exceptional service and genuine hospitality. We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and the breakfast had a lot of options. The Hotel is near a lot of the tourist attractions.
