We’ve just come to the end of our week stay at Pestana Casino Park and we have had a fantastic time! Firstly, the hotel is in an amazing location as it’s just a short walk from the old town and most of Funchal. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with just the usual signs of use you’d expect from a busy hotel. The outdoor areas are immaculate and there are varied spaces to enjoy the sunshine. The indoor pool, steam room, and sauna are also pristine and definitely give a touch of luxury. We stayed half board and the buffet has been fantastic. The breakfast spread is vast and has everything you could ever want. Dinner has a really good variation with different themes throughout the week. The staff and the service have been nothing short of flawless. A few servers caught our attention in particular, including Paula who was always attentive and professional; Jose, who was witty and knows exactly how to make you giggle; and Manish for being super smiley, and for just being a hard worker! Quite often we’d witnessed him running around the restaurant making sure everything was in its place, what a star! ⭐ Thank you to the Casino Park team, we’ve had a lovely stay!

Perfect place. Nice views. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. A bit careless staff when cleaning rooms, forgot to fill fridge, friends didn't get new towels when old was removed. Maybe they are time pressed. Please take away airmachines to dry hands in toilets - they spread bacterias and viruses. Use paper towels instead. Really can recommend this hotel. The pool facilities are excellent.

We had an issue during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it was truly impressive. After the initial inconvenience, the team took the matter very seriously and made sure we were satisfied with the solution. Special thanks to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us—his professionalism and care really stood out. He's a great example of what a good manager should be. Thanks again for turning things around so positively! We truly recommend this hotel! The view, location, staff and experience was excellent!

Travel here last year March! Weather was perfect not too hot! This hotel is massive and has alot of lounge indoor and outdoor space! (As shown in my video) Breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from. Enjoyed our stay here.. the bedroom is standard but had good location and can walk to most places.

The best thing about the pestana was the staff. They're absolutely lovely people. So kind and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was spotless. Our first room was very dated but we got moved to a suite which was very nice. The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful plants and shrubs.. I'll thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will return
