If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

The hotel is large a well located. The amenities are fantastic and the grounds are beautiful. However , Eduardo made our stay even better. He went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect, from fixing a booking error i made to making sure we had great excursions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The large pool area is a fantastic spot for relaxation, surrounded by lush gardens and ample sun loungers. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, it's an ideal blend of luxury, convenience and stunning scenery. The staff is also amazing, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madeira!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooftop pool with its stunning views and the beautiful infinity pool were definitely the highlights – perfect spots to relax and unwind. The spa is lovely, offering a truly relaxing experience, though it could use more seating when the weather isn’t great. The gym is well-equipped, but I did notice quite a few mosquitoes, which was a bit distracting. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a getaway. I would definitely come back!

We were there while hotels were recovering from Covid, so things may have improved since. Many facilities hadn't reopened since the pandemic. Public areas were good, even impressive, but guest rooms and corridors were run-down and drab. Food in restaurant was unimpressive buffet, and you had to pay extra for coffee after dinner. However, staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. Really hope it has improved, as it has the potential to be a great hotel

Me and my husband visited Pestana casino this year in summer. The pictures are amazing so we were excited … As we arrived at the hotel, we suddenly noticed that it is nothing like expected. Old architecture, old rooms, dirty pools ( the whirlpool was not clean) and a big breakfast room that gives you anxiety attacks. Breakfast was good! Rooms are clean but really old and the view from our balcony was not really nice. Stuff is okay but not really interested in guests. Parking for free is not possible because there are only four parking spots for free (we never got one!) All in all: Pestana casino needs a change and a make-over! We will not come again!
