I have stayed at this hotel many times and it’s amazing. It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable and the best part is the incredible staff. Victor G, George, Janelle, Emily and the team go above and beyond to be helpful and make every stay welcoming. They have a lot of amenities that make it easy on business trips like complimentary coffee, water and fruit in the lobby. It’s a great central location, convenient to the subway and safe for walking. I stay in a lot of hotels and I always stay here in NYC now because of the team. The place always has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a special guest, which is really nice when you’re traveling!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, just a short walk from Times Square and very close to public transportation, which made exploring the city so convenient. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after busy days in the city. The team was fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Jorge at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Little details like free bagels and apples, along with complimentary coffee, really made a difference each morning and added a thoughtful touch to the experience. The fitness room was well equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts during the trip. The only tiny hiccup was the lack of options for different types of pillows, but honestly, it didn’t detract much from the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

As usual, it was overpriced, but that's the lay of the land in NYC, particularly if you are within a short walking distance of Times Square. The short walk from Times Square has the advantage of the streets getting quieter, and you are close to the High Line (a must-visit for the tourist in the hotel). The neighborhood is less sketchy than one would expect. The room was nice, and the fixtures etc. in the bathroom were good. The elevators functioned well. The pleasant surprise was the all-day decent quality coffee, croissants, and bagels in the lobby, all available without charge—a good touch. The negative? Air conditioners are getting quieter in hotels worldwide, and it's time this one moved in that direction as well.

Excellent location, facilities, and staff. Me and my friend were here for a weekend trip. The hotel is easily located and is close the Times Square. The lobby is big and clean, with free coffee/tea provided 24 hours a day. The room is very clean and the staff cleaned it in time. We were warmly welcomed by Marilyn, Florian, and Mayi by checking in, and they also provided information on fun things to do in town. It’s definitely one of my best stay in NYC and will definitely come back again.
