We got this place as a last resort option as me and my friends were gonna be in town for comic con. While the rooms can be pretty minimal in terms of space, we were still very much comfortable in our room! The staff was absolutely amazing, and while I don't remember all the names, one of the ones that stoodout was Ralph! He is an absolutely excellent employee and always greeted us with a smile and we shared many laughs during our stay for a few days. The staff always went above and beyond for our needs, even helping me find a quiet space in the hotel for a interview I had, they are the absolute stars of this hotel, and were easygoing and just great people to talk to. They ALL helped reccomend us bars and other forms of entertainment in the area that were quick walks, as all of the things we did were just a walk away and we never had to use transportation to get places. I read a lot of reviews stating that homeless people are quite prevalent on our street, however in 4 days we probably only saw one on that street, and even then during that one time they were never a bother to us. Absolutely awesome hotel and would absolutely stay again!

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was the outstanding service from Victor. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail—always with a warm smile. Victor truly elevated my stay with his kindness and dedication. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Employees like him make all the difference, and I can’t thank him enough for making my time here so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and family—thanks in large part to Victor!

Hotel was great overall. The rooms are on the small side but clean and modern and a good value for money when combined with the great location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided a high level of service. Thank you Ralph at the front desk for taking great care of me

This was my second stay here on my second trip to NYC, and once again it was great! What really makes this a 5-star experience is the front desk team. Every single person is warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Victor (the manager, who is absolutely fantastic), along with Monica, Emily, and the other Victor. I may not remember all the names, but every interaction I had was outstanding. Rooms: As expected in NYC, the rooms are compact, but they’re clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Location: Perfect if you enjoy walking. Times Square is just a 10-minute walk away, and most subway stations and bus stops are within 5–10 minutes. Getting around the city was very convenient. Lobby & Amenities: The lobby is a nice spot to relax, and I really appreciated the 24/7 coffee machine and fresh fruits — a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day out.

The service staff were super nice to us and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, we had to book spontaneously and paid $400 for the room. It was super warm outside for September (28/29 degrees) and the extremely small room (which consisted only of a huge bed) was incredibly humid and smelled strongly of sweaty old sports socks. At night, the humidity didn't leave the room and it didn't really feel comfortable. The bathroom was only okay in terms of cleanliness (it was fine for one night, but unfortunately not worth the price) and the bed was extremely worn out. We were very disappointed and had hoped for more.
