The team at Pestana, especially Lily, George and Enzo, were nothing but absolutely AMAZING and attentive with us! They were warm and welcoming and helped me make a reservation after coming from a terrible experience at another hotel nearby. The hotel is super nice and clean but I would 100% come back just because the staff was so amazingly nice and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely come back next time we’re in NYC. They even arranged our transportation to the airport with Jacobo, who was also very attentive and friendly. I have NOTHING bad to say about this place, don’t think twice and book with them!

I’m giving it two stars and this is because the staff were really nice, accommodating and welcoming. But the hotel is not great, it lacks natural light so you go to sleep and wake up in the dark. The bathrooms are so small, you almost have to go over the toilet to fit and close the door, this is ridiculous and shocking, who even designed these rooms! Also, there is no storage for clothes, only a rack by the door with a few hangers. This hotel has not been designed with people sleeping in mind and this is the only reason people rent hotels, to use the bathroom and sleep. There is no chair and no table to put bits and bobs either, just a complete disregard for the need of the people. The pillows are also poor quality although I have to say the sheets were clean. Also what is with the duvet exposed between two sheets? I have stayed in much cheaper hotels around the world that were nicer and better. The communal areas are also a little bit depressing and not very warm and welcoming. I suggest the hotel hires a competent person that can rethink/redesign the rooms with comfort in mind.

Nice peaceful location compared to other streets nearby. Outstanding part is the staff. Esp. Enzo, he's a star of the hotel. His bright smile and readiness to go extra mile for customer's request is the best I have seen till now. Staff at front desk, Rachel, Victor, Kimberly are awesome. They will greet you with welcomes and goodbyes everytime, something which is least expected in a business-only shrewd atmosphere of Manhattan. Room is clean and comfy, just shower area felt bit cramped, you can trust them with your luggage. Free flow of Coffee, hot chocolate, croissants and bagels are icing on the cake. It has become my favourite now.

Great location, just steps away from the heart of Times Square and Hudson ave. The room was clean and modern, but a bit tight on space. Still, everything was well maintained and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, it is a solid choice if you want to be close to the action in NYC. 👍

This is a lovely hotel! Rooms are very nice, very clean, quiet, and very well appointed (small-ish, but typical for NYC and quite comfortable). Service was outstanding. The front desk staff is kind, helpful, and always greet you with a smile. Shout out to Eugene and Rachel, among many other kind folks at the front desk. Outstanding customer service! Definitely recommend if you want to stay in the Times Square area.
